I write most of my reviews on Yelp. I previously left a review for this location on Google reviews but wanted to move it over here because I believe the reviews on Yelp are less likely to be fake. I purchased a high-end luxury Cal-King( Stearns & Foster Reserve Euro Pillow-Top) from this location. I had such a positive, no hassle experience I want to make sure others are aware of this place. Nothing is more irritating than poor customer service and being treated terribly when looking to obtain a service or purchase a product. I rarely write reviews but when I do, I take them seriously. Below is my experience. If you're interested please read on: We visited the Las Vegas location at: 6845 N Decatur, based on the positive reviews. Prior to my visit I had two mattresses in mind; The Sealy Posturpedic Hybrid, and the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate. The experience overall was as follows: As soon as we walked in we were greeted, although the sales person was busy at the moment (which we understood). This was great because it gave me a chance to walk around a little. I sat on the Sealy Hybrid, then laid on it. I hated it...Instantly. Next I sat on the S&F tight top Lux Estate. It was meh and far too bouncy for my taste. However, I sat on the other S&F with a pillow-top and I was in LOVE 0_0. What I didn't know at the time though is that this was actually the S&F Reserve model. More on that later. Once our sales person (Jared) was finished with other customers, he immediately began offering options of all different brands and price-points. At no point were there any weird high-pressure sales tactics or anything. I expect a certain level of sales strategy in these situations, but not to the point that it's insulting and uncomfortable. I believe our sales person met the mark here. He made the sale in a way that was balanced and reasonable, which further encouraged me to buy. Now back to the S&F pillow-top. Well, after having the opportunity to try several different models and brands and price ranges, I still opted to go with the S&F firm pillow-top Reserve Model. This is literally the best bed ever. The process was easy, I was given a few options for purchasing and we were able to land on the option that worked best for me. All in all I'm very happy with my choice. Jared also made sure we got same day delivery. The delivery guys were professional, courteous and made sure my bed was set up correctly. I'm happy with my purchase. I'm glad I took a chance. Whenever I shop for a mattress, they always ask what position I sleep in and what I've noticed is that 'missionary' is never the answer they're looking for. I don't know, I'm not awake. But after a decade of use, it was beyond time for a new one because according to one mattress manufacturer, a sleeping human sweats 880 pints over five years and so my bed was at the 220 gallon mark, doing the math. Or twice what a waterbed holds. I went to three stores before deciding on Best Mattress and chose a firm, high end Simmons Beautyrest black mattress that has charcoal in it acting as an anti-microbial, sturdier triple-coiled springs, body cooling properties, and even some fur from an Alpaca. It's a comfortable and desirable bed that the maker doesn't need to discount, so the price will be nearly the same no matter where you shop. What made me buy from Best Mattress was the congenial store manager, Darrick. Not only is he knowledgeable about beds, but he doesn't go into full salesman mode with the 'hurry up and buy right now' pressure. Fact is, I walked out on all three stores I went to that day and two of them gave me a subtle guilt vibe for not buying immediately while Darrick encouraged me to take my time, shop around, and come back when ready. I did, we discussed trade rumors in the NBA, and then he sold me a great bed. Now I sleep like a baby tranquilized on warm milk, thanks to my new Simmons Beautyrest mattress...no more counting sheep at night, no more tossing and turning. Delivery was next day without problems and they also remove your old bed free of charge, no matter how much DNA is on it or in it (too much info...my bad). Why did I go into a physical store? My CalKing was murdering my back, and at first I tried to browse different websites, but it's just impossible to buy a mattress based on reviews. And when you purchase a mattress online it can take weeks. Why would I choose THIS Best Mattress again? Darrick is the sole reason I would go back. He walked me through the pros and cons of each mattress so that I was able to make an informed decision. Sales staff were awesome. Troy and Robert. The problem is the delivery men use dirty gloves to deliver the mattress. They stained the sides. When I wanted to exchange the mattress, under the 120 day guarantee, they would not take it. It was a nightmare. Absolutely the best service on a warranty problem! Purchased our new Serra set last March (2016) We started noticing manufacturer flaws, it happens! We had a 10 year warranty so I was going to be putting it to the test. I visited the store in January, the salesperson said no problem and filled out the form to go to Serra. Within days the inspector called to make appointment and inspect the bed. He told us the manufacturer would send us a letter. In less than 2 weeks we had our confirmation of our full refund and to stop in the store and pick out a new bed! 2/1/17 we purchased our new Cal King pillow top set and it will be delivered next week. After visiting other mattress stores, I found this place! Thank goodness I did because I almost gave up hope trying to find a decent mattress within my budget. We tried out different types (coil, memory foam, and combination) and firmness of mattresses. We pretty much knew what we liked, but we did walk out of the store just to check out what else was available and only to come back later to make a purchase. We were helped by Nick, who was really knowledgeable about mattresses. He answered all of our questions and gave us good advice. He was polite and courteous, and never pressured us to hurry or to choose a particular mattress. I really appreciated how he gave us space (instead of hovering) as we lay on every single mattress (and in some cases for a very long time). Besides the guidance we received from him, he also gave us a great deal on the mattresses. The prices are OK, compared to other stores we visited, therefore we ended up finally with a mattress that is perfect. I am so pleased that we stopped in to Best Mattress. My boyfriend and I first went into Ashley's (which is in the same parking lot) and everything was crazy expensive. The mattress, the frame, the mattress protector, pillows, and delivery. It was all ridiculous! We went into best Mattress and couldn't be happier! Troy helped us out and we felt no pressure! Checked this place out because of an Ad they had and very glad we came to this location! They are locally owned and operated in Vegas since 1994. They have a good warranty which is 25 years and a 120 day satisfaction guarantee. They also do free same-day delivery and set-up and removal. You can also do financing with no money down. Most stores you would have to pay for delivery and you would also have to put a percentage down if you qualify for finance. Our sales person (Nick) was awesome! Pointed us into the right direction and couldn't have been more happy. He took real good care of us and got what we wanted. He knew his products and absolutely delivered! Top notch service, helpful, friendly staff who weren't used-car salesmen. They actually LOOKED for discounts, and price matched Amazon for pillows and the adjustable base. Ended getting another 10% off just for buying that day. The supervisor that day even suggested we wouldn't be as happy with a more expensive mattress, and that has never happened to me in any mattress or furniture store. Best costumer service my husband and I have ever received. I was originally looking for a mattress with latex foam. I had went to a few mattress stores before going to Best Mattress. Labis originally greeted me and had informed me that the beds he had in the store had very little latex foam and told me that their was a store here in Vegas but he did not remember the name of it. I left the store and went to another mattress store to end up returning to Best Mattress. I had told my husband how courteous and informative Labis had been with me. I appreciated his honesty by telling me that he didn't carry what I was looking for and I thought we could go back and check out the beds he did have. When we returned John greeted both my husband and I. He was patient with us while we checked out the beds. He did not make us feel like we needed to be in a rush. He just let us go around and check out the beds. In other places we felt pressured because the sales associate were behind us all the time and telling us what beds to look at. I really appreciate that from John, he didn't make us feel that way. We ended up purchasing a bed at Best Mattress along with the box springs. The price was just unbeatable. We even received a free pillow that I liked and a mattress cover. We received free delivery. A few days later my bed frame arrived and we were told that we didnt need the box Springs for the frame. We called Best Mattress and asked if we could return them. It took about a week to get a final answer from the manager. However, we will now be able to return the box Springs after a bug inspection and a restocking fee. The rest will be credited back to us. So glad I came to this location when looking for new beds for my kids. We had recently moved into a new home and it was time to upgrade their bedroom sets! Dennis was so helpful and gave me a great deal. I had called to see if the beds were in Stock and he promptly called me back, gave me prices, inventory details and took time to listen to my needs. When I came in, he made sure the sets we were getting matched our needs!! The delivery guys were friendly fast and efficient. They took the time to make sure they knew exactly where we wanted everything and made the stairs look like a breeze carrying everything up, alall while careful not to damage anything. Just want to write a review about the service at this best mattress!! I purchased a power base and from the sales guy to the delivery guys everyone was top notch! When the base was delivered David knew right away there would be an issue because of the design of the bases delivered and my unique staircase .. He and helped me talk with the sales guy Labis and his boss Joe Graziano! All three made sure I was able to exchange the bases for ones that would work for me!! David went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! He delivered the new bases the next day and went through the set up process!! If I would have done this review 2-3 weeks ago I would have said that Troy and Roger were the best I have ever worked with! But I can have to say now that have ZERO professionalism!!!!!!! My husband and I purchased 2 twin mattress, long story short we had to return one and bought a full mattress. We went in and spoke with Rodger and he handled the return we were supposed to be receiving. 2 weeks later we got the check in the mail. 2 days later Troy call us on a Sunday afternoon and said they had made a mistake and gave us the refund twice. His exact words "when can I get that back from you?" My husband nicely explained we don't have the money right now we have to wait 2 weeks for pay day. Troy told my husband we would speak after the 18th. TWO DAYS later Rodger calls my husband leaving a message that it is Urgent we call him and set up the payment!! First of all it's not my problem they made the mistake! Then to continue calling us after we said we would give the money back after pay day! That's border line harrassmeI had them reported to corporate! Update 2/28/18-- we received another call in regards to the money we "owe". I called customer service and they told me that I had to pay or she could come pick il the merchandise. I have a receipt stating I paid for my mattress I am sorry that you made a clerical error and refunded the money to us twice that's not my fault nor my problem. I will not be buying a mattress from best masters EVER and I will make sure that everyone knows how horribly disorganized they are!! To ask the customer to fix your mistake is unprofessional and I will not stand for that!!! TL:DR, bought a bad mattress, the mattress inspector brought bed bugs into my home, best mattress gave me the run around ever since. 2 years after the nightmare I went through with my first purchase, I was having to again contact this company. The iComfort mattress I purchased previously had been sagging in the middle on both sides. I was informed that an inspector had to come in and check it out. He came by, was nice enough, and informed me my mattress qualified for a warranty exchange. The next morning I wake up and I have a bug bite. I've never had bed bugs before in my life, so I thought it was a mosquito bite, though excessively itchy. Every day there after I woke up with at least one new bite. I tore my room apart numerous times, but finally found the nest after a month.It seemed to be way too out of the ordinary to be a coincidence as we have not traveled in over a year, and our last house guest was 6 months ago with no incident afterwards. I called their customer service after being told by Serta that the inspector was hired through best mattress and promptly started getting what I call "corporate run around". I was told I would receive a phone call from said inspection company, but after 2 weeks I still had not heard a thing. I call customer service again, was told I could not call the inspection company directly and that another order for a phone call would be placed. a week after that and still NO CALL. I argued with customer service where I was told they were not responsible and that they had nothing to do with the inspection company again and received a call that afternoon telling me that had I called the first day I was bit, they would have sent over an exterminator. This was a complete turn around from what was said before, so I asked to talk to the regional manager. All he wanted to do was turn it around on me, that there was no possible way the bed bugs were left in my home by a person who INSPECTS BEDS FOR A LIVING. There is always room for error as we are only human. After arguing with him for a good 20 minutes I was told I would get a call back (sound familiar?) as he would call the owner and see what he said. That was over 2 weeks ago with no communication what so ever. I have spent 2 months fighting these bastard bugs. I am thoroughly fed up with best mattress. On top of all that, I revisited my original receipt for the warranty exchange and saw that I was over charged for "promotional" items. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what my family and I have with buying a mattress here. I do not place blame on anyone quickly, as a bed bug allegation could hurt a mattress company, but nothing else makes sense. Now that I see that best mattress has zero integrity, and zero care for what their customers go through after they get your money, I feel I need to let others know. read more

I have been searching for a new mattress for over a year. My wife and I have different work schedules so it's hard for both of us to go shopping fir big ticket items. However, 2 weeks ago, we both were off on the same day. We were in the area and decided to stop in to this store because I had previously tested out the iComfort bed at a different store. Labis greeted us when we walked in. I explained that I was just looking around and liked the IComfort mattress. Labis said that he will work some numbers and get me a price. Labis ultimately came up with a price that we couldn't turn down and ordered the mattress. I asked for a late delivery and he said they will accommodate. He told me that he will call me the next day to confirm delivery because they were out of stock. The next morning as promised. Labis called me back to confirm the delivery date. Several days later, my wife was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and needed emergency surgery. Knowing this was going to cost me a pretty penny, I went back into the store a few days later and asked if the price can be discounted even further. Labis promised me a call back the next morning. Sure enough, he called me back and reduced the mattress price by almost $300. The next day. I was anxious to get my delivery. However, the delivery person called me in the morning and told me that he will be arriving in the afternoon. I asked what happened to the late appointment and he said that he didn't know anything about that. We had to reschedule the appointment for the weekend. Two days, later, due to a complication from my wife's surgery, she was taken back to the ER. At this point, getting a new mattress was put way down on my list. I called Labis and explained the situation. He said that he will process a full refund to my credit card with no penalty. I didn't even have to come into the store and sign anything. I really appreciate everything that this store had done for me. When the time is right, I won't hesitate a second to go back to this store. Thank you. read more

When our mattress was opened and set up, it gave ohorrible rubber smell that stunk up the whole house. When we went in to complain and ask for them to come get it (we had picked it up) the salesman copped an attitude and said we would have to wait a week before we could bring it back. His boss told us to cut an apple, put it on a plate and set it on the mattress to help absorb the smell. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!! You say this is common then you should warn your customers of what to expect when they get the new mattress home!!! And cocky salesmen don't help upset customers!! read more

The last thing I think anybody wants to do is spend half your day shopping for a mattress. After checking out a few places around North Las Vegas and looking at some deals online my Fiancée and I decided to stop in Best Mattress. (After lunch at Cafe Rio of course). Lol. Our sales man Dan was super friendly and really a huge help in showing us the different qualities of the beds. Dan did a great job helping us find the best bed and value in our price range.
