    I will never buy another piece of furniture from any Ashley. The salesman was helpful but ordered the wrong desk. I realized it pretty quickly and he corrected it. A few days later my desk was delivered. The delivery drivers told me the hardware was not available but they would leave the desk and order the hardware and it would be delivered to me in the mail. After a week I didn't receive it so I called customer service after 30+ minutes of the phone the CS person said she was ordering it, the call dropped. I called back 2 days later and was told my hardware was on the way. Now a month has passed I went back to the store they told me to call customer service 6 calls later in one day, because they repeatedly get disconnected I was told a technician would be contacting me I 48 hours. Of course no call. 3 calls today, now I'm told someone will contact me by Wednesday. I have repeatedly asked for supervisor. The worst customer service. Now I am stuck with a $800 desk in multiple pieces with nothing but lie after lie from Ashley.

    Our furniture was delivered broken. Broken to the point the driver asked us to come see it in the driveway before he carried it in because in his words "It don't look like new furniture". It was supposed to be redelivered on Saturday, then Monday, now I'm 2 days off work and It still has not arrived. The warehouse sends texts to cancel a couple of hours before they are set to arrive. The store takes my info and doesn't call back. Once they have the payment, there is no concern on their part to make it right. Isabelle was our sales rep and I was told by associates Tanya and Roz that she would call on Saturday when the re-delivery originally failed to happen but no follow up has occurred. I replied to the escalation email yesterday after a request from Megan on my Facebook review but no one has contacted me back.

    It is now officially mid-November. We have NOT received my son's furniture and seem to be ghosted by any and all Ashley Home store Representatives. I am about to seek legal counsel.

    When they were remodeling we were ignored after opening hours.  Staff unconcerned we stood outside and walked right past us.

    I've tried to shop this store a few times. Once on a Sunday we were left at the door waiting past opening when a manager walked past us rudely and still didn't unlock the door for several minutes with no acknowledgement or apology. Stopped in again while looking for accent chairs or recliners and again the sales staff were flippant. We actually bought a very clearance hanging lamp that we decided to pick up the next week because it would need to be taken down and the staff seemed busy. Emphatically we asked it be brought down so we wouldn't have to wait. I gave them an extra 2 days but when we arrived to pick it up, it was still hanging, no one would help us, the salesman that rang us up denied selling it to us and left us standing alone for 15 more minutes. Luckily a gentleman "Sanjay" asked us if we were assisted. We explained we were waiting for someone to remove it. He knew we had already paid, there was no commission, but he helped is promptly and considerately. I chose to buy a couch somewhere else and do not think I will return for chairs.

    Stay away from this place! We were told it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery, 7 weeks later we are still waiting on our chairs for the dining room table. When they delivered the sectional we ordered, they were tossing it out of the back of the truck and broke the frame. You can't really tell because its hidden by fabric. I've tried to call and see when it will be replaced and today I was told Dec. 31st. So I asked to be refunded and pick out something else but was told no! I've called several times and have to wait over an hour each time. I've purchased quite a bit of furniture through Ashley over the years but I guarantee this will be the last!! Horrible customer service!

    We received pathetic customer service from this store. We ordered a $4000 bedroom set and on…read moredelivery day noticed what appeared to be a crack in the footboard, but you couldn't actually feel any separation, so we assumed it was just the wood grain. Fast-forward eight months, the footboard is cracked all the way through and the bed makes a terrible cracking sound when I get in. We did not realize that the crack had formed and could not find the source of the noise until just randomly noticing it one day while sitting on the floor... 3 months after our 1-year purchase date. We did not purchase the extended warranty, as I take care of my things and do not expect the actual frame of a bed to crack within a year. The frame structure of our bed is clearly defective, yet the manager of this store absolutely refused to help us in any way, simply because we were a few months past our warranty date. Completely pathetic! This will be our last time buying from this company.

I ordered a movie…read moreroom couch with an extension, the last week of may with promised to be delivered in 3 weeks, but it took nearly 5 weeks--and when it finally arrived, it was the WRONG COLOR. I've been waiting SIX WEEKS for the correct color, and I'm still stuck with the wrong product. To make matters worse, I placed another order on April 2nd and received an email confirming that the new couch would be ready for pickup on April 7th. Trusting that promise, I sold my old couch on the7th. OBVIOUSLY right?!? Later, I was told that pickups only occur from Thursday to Saturday. When I went to pick up the couch today, I was informed that it wasn't even there and won't be ready until the 23rd! I have screenshots proving the April 7th pickup date. This is absolutely unacceptable--especially since I had guests coming over for a gathering, and now I'm left with NO COUCH in my living room. I am beyond disappointed and will not be recommending American Signature Furniture to anyone.

Overstock Outlets are essentially liquidation/discount style stores with an ever-changing inventory that includes anything from furniture to diapers, trampolines, toys, coolers, and legit more. In our trip to this location, we didn't have a list, just a piqued curiosity of their current inventory. They had a good selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, along with a wide variety of household appliances, home decor, cabinets, storage bins, dining sets, mattresses, mowers, power tools and a mix of a few other random items. The store is in an old plaza and shows its age. The exterior isn't the most welcoming, but I will say that our experience inside was not what was expected from the outside. It was a bit better than expected. Service was friendly. The cashier/associate was helpful and available as needed. We laid eyes on a few things, and ultimately bought a smokeless wood fire pit that was around $100 after discount...which is a great price! Overall, this was our first time at this Overstock Outlet and while it may not be our last, we do enjoy their sister locations a bit better.
