If you like great reviews have I got a treat for you! We started our couch shopping adventure at a different Ashley Furniture store and had about as much fun as Bambi on Mother's Day. We did manage to find something we liked, but were a bit turned off my the sales approach. We then went to 9 more stores and compared price, quality, comfort, and price just to end up back at Ashley HomeStore in Madison TN. This time we were greeted by ISABELLE. She the real MVP! We looked at a couch we were so close to settling for, but then like a wise old master in a karate movie she revealed the couch we were meant to buy. We needed some time to talk about it and she did something I've never seen an employee on a sales floor do before. She gave us time to to actually talk about it. We made the price work and ISABELLE answered every question we had even though she had to stay a little past closing time. She even managed to suffer through every corny furniture pun I had in my arsenal. Bless this woman! If you, your friends, or your family need a piece of furniture I highly recommend going to this location specifically and asking for ISABELLE. 12/10 would buy from her again. She cares about what you buy, not when you buy, or how much. This was something we have been dreading, but ISABELLE made it so worth it. Please give her a raise, bonus, extra vacation days, and a company car. Really though, do something for her she deserves it. I mean look at all the stuff I just wrote about this. Ashley HomeStore and Their Third-Party Warranty Service: A Nightmare Experience My experience with Ashley HomeStore and their third-party warranty service has been nothing short of infuriating. It has been nearly a year since I first contacted them to get my couch fixed, and the process has been an absolute disaster. I have scheduled tens of service appointments, many of which required me to take time off work. On multiple occasions, the service technicians simply didn't show up, with no courtesy call or explanation. The lack of professionalism is astonishing. Their customer service department is equally appalling. Each call is an exercise in frustration--long wait times, representatives who seem ill-equipped to resolve issues, and empty promises that someone will follow up (spoiler: they don't). Instead of addressing the problem, they shuffle you around endlessly, leaving you feeling like your time and money mean nothing to them. At this point, I've wasted countless hours trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward warranty claim. The couch remains unfixed, and the company's complete disregard for customer satisfaction is glaringly obvious. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing from Ashley HomeStore or relying on their warranty service. The ordeal has been exhausting, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and stress--shop elsewhere. read more

I purchased a Queen bed and nightstand on 05/05/2023. The bed arrived defective. The frame has several deep cracks which is very dangerous. The workers that assembled this bed had to have seen that the frame was not safe for use. I paid $1791.67 and I trusted that the merchandise was as advertised. I was also told I could not get a refund or exchange. So since they are unable to refund or exchange, I have know choice but to let them repair it. As of 07/25/2023 they still have not made the necessary repairs so that I can use the bed. I was told on 07/24/2023 that the replacement parts will not arrive now until 08/15/2023. Even if the parts arrive, I am a Long Covid and breast cancer survivor and I am not physically able to drag wooden slats into the house. I think this is a ridiculous amount of time to not have use of your bed. This is beyond poor customer service. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. M Rene Whittaker read more

My wife and I have been praying about purchasing a new mattress for several months. We decided to visit a few stores and just see what our options were. Upon arrival to Ashley Furniture in Madison, we were greeted immediately by the sales associate. Isabelle Stokes was very friendly and professional in appearance and knowledge. Never once did we feel pressured to make any purchases, but we did find a mattress and frame that we are so excited about. Wonderful experience at the Gallatin Pike Store! Max was so very helpful. I'd been to 8 stores looking for a table of a particular size. He knew his inventory and took me right over to a beautiful table at a great price. Very personable and helpful. Worked to give me the best price, explained all the different delivery options and made sure my experience was a great one! Can't leave out the rest of the staff either! It's been a little over a year since I made a major purchase at Ashley, and my two piece leather sectional still looks as good as it did the day I received delivery. I haven't needed any new furniture since then, but that hasn't stopped me from stopping in to check out the great new Items they have in. I always seem to find an Accessory that I JUST can't live without. The Staff is always friendly and it is almost as if I knew them all personally! I'm about to redo my Bed Room, and Ashley will certainly be my First and Last Stop. I haven't found prices these good anywhere in town! read more

We entered Ashley store right at opening time. We were greeted at the door by Michael, who was our salesperson throughout our visit. We were allowed to browse and take the time we needed to make our decisions. If help was needed we had only to ask. After settling on specific pieces of furniture we left and went to compare other stores with similar items that interested us. We ultimately returned to Ashley and made our final selections and closed our purchase. It was a completely pleasant experience dealing with Ashley and their cordial staff. read more

Ashley has the most friendly people, with great prices. I was recently in the Madison store. I was greeted promplty, and immediatley I was blown away by the selection. Ashley has some of the best looking selections I've seen, with the best pricing around. I would say you get the most for your money at Ashely, no doubt! I'm sorry to hear about the other reviews. I love Ashley Furniture but in the past found it hard to deal with the sales people. This time I went in and had the honor of having Isabelle take care of me. I am furnishing a new place and have a lot of items I am looking for. I let her know that I will purchase several items over time and she was more then willing to write everything down. If I could I would buy everything in that store! They have such great quality in their furniture. Reasonable prices! We ended up buying our living room furniture there. She pointed out some examples of what it would look like so I was comfortable buying this without actually see it. While I was there she helped me pick out an end table that would match.
