Only one time I definitely did not appreciate: The cashier didn't bag all my stuff and went to break right after so I assume she wanted to get it done and over with, and when I noticed when I got home(since we had A LOT of stuff), I called. They could not find it, and said they would look at the security cameras to see if we actually had those items and I wouldn't hear anything for like 2 days. I told them what it was IN DETAIL, like to the bit. Then they found it and I went to pick it up. When I came in, they basically acted like I was a criminal stealing 2 7.99 things. The cashier was right next to me & the security talking, and didn't acknowledge anything that was said or apologized. Or even said "yes, I forgot to put it in the bag and they were here." I know she heard us, like I said, we were RIGHT next to her. I understand precautions but I mean come on. I was there literally an hour ago from when I came in. I just didn't like how they handled the situation at all. Otherwise great store and deals. :)

T-shirt, raglan, tanks, pants, candles, jewelry, socks and much more! The owners were there and so very passionate and friendly! Looks like there are frequent sales and a coupon with your first purchase! Sale section and they can do custom items too! Great spot to get a gift and grab yourself something too!

Just witnessed 5/24/25 at 644am an employee with a name of Katie, who had bright red hair…read more Screaming at a customer, who asked why she was rude to another customer in a nice manner. She then went off yelling at the customer and telling him look where you're shopping as an excuse for her attitude to the senior citizen, also with other very unprofessional comments. The gentleman never raised his voice or said anything to feed he anger and looked very surprised by the events unfolding with this employee. Even the self check out employee was blown away with how Katie was acting. She should not have a job after disrespecting multiple customers and her place of business with referencing it as a place she can yell at people because we as customers chose to shop there. I hope he files a complaint with HR. Very uncalled for by the employee and with children around being scared

Horrible for the fact a employee took the time to interrupt stop the whole process of ringing up…read moregroceries and what I had going than start arguing with with me for no reason and threatened me that I better step back while refusing to assist me with the pour cleaner solution that I asked him to take while I was ringing up groceries. Than the employee refused to give me his name or show me his name badge so I could report him and he repeatedly told me I better get back in a threatening manner. I than advised him that he was wrong for not taking the pour cleaner and that it had got all over my hand. I had placed the pour cleaner on the counter and he was still acting in a manner that was threatening and I requested the manager and warned him that I know martial arts and that I had my toddler son with me and for him not repeatedly threaten me that he would do something to me for simply trying to hand him a bottle of stuff that was literally pouring on me and leaking. He than said something else to me and I told him to call the manager. The management and supervision spoke with me. They than told me that they would speak with the employee that his actions were u acceptable and that they would handle the situation. And me and my son left. I went shopping today and was stopped by police and escorted through the store by the police and held in the front entrance/exit by produce on camera and embarrassed bad with three police officers standing around me at one point and me being forced to sign paperwork that barred me from the Springfield walmart location indefinitely. I feel this location condones their employees to threaten and intimidate customers and than bar the customer for their violations of store policy where their employee made threats overtly to a customer and than condoned it. I have reached out to their upper management in hopes of a resolution to mend my relationship with the store location and am in hopes that something progressive will be accomplished. I will update this review as this progresses.

Fast forward 5-6 months she has opened up her own business here and is doing what she loves! She offers specials for first time guests as well as occasional deals. Honestly I have yet to find any colorist that does as well as she while keeping prices affordable/reasonable . I went back in December at this new spot and it is perfectly charming with a cute boutique in the front that offers clothing, jewelry and more. I'm planning to come back to see her soon, totally worth the 45 min drive!
