A cute little mart that sells a variety of asian sauces, treats, and groceries. I like how there's a kitchen in the back that has a nice lil menu of good eats to pick and choose from. Don't be deceived by the menu as there's actually a rotating menu of the day on their instagram @officialasiamart! I got their beef jerky medium and smokey flavors and both came out to $15 total. I also ordered 6 lao sausages (3 for $5), Papaya salad, Pad Thai, Kao Thiew, and 3 beef sticks ($5), Pork Cracklings which all came out to $47 which is insane because that much food for that price? INSANE! The food is IMMACULATE. I was here to pick up some items and looked up good food places and Asia Mart stood out. I love Cambodian food and it's nice to get some authentic food that doesn't break the bank and tastes impeccable. Everything's also made to order so it's fresh and not premade and you can see the owner grilling fresh meat sticks & sausages outside. The service is also nice and the lady at the register was kind to help answer all my questions. Check it out if you're in the area or near the area for good tasting, well priced Cambodian food or want to look/buy some Sanrio merch or need some southeast produce that you won't find at your Ranch 99/Hmart/168 supermarket.

Please call before going. They can be close but show they are open! Good hot food sold there as well but have to be patient.

Saturday, 11.4.2023 This place honestly deserves 5 stars!! The people working here are super friendly and the food is honestly so so good. I tried their caramelized pork, pork cracklings, and egg rolls for the first time today and OMG literally everything is so so good! Whenever I walk into this store it feels very comforting. You know the environment is warm and friendly. Even though the store is very small and located in a semi-sketchy area), the food packs a punch from all the flavor. The caramelized pork was so tender and it had hints of sweetness. It also came with that delicious "crack sauce" that I can't get enough of. I love how the prices of the food here is affordable!! I really loved the pickled veggies that comes with each order of skewers. It's spicy, sweet, crunchy and umami. I couldn't stop eating everything because it's just so dang good. The egg rolls were nice and crunchy. They came with a sweet chili dipping sauce. They were unique too because these egg rolls had taro inside of them. I never tried egg rolls like these before. It added a nice texture! Even after leaving the egg rolls out for HOURS, they're still super crispy. If you want to reheat them though, air frying them is the way to go! If you're not on that air fryer train yet, you definitely should get on it! The pork cracklings: my oh my, just thinking about them is making me salivate haha. These are deep fried pieces of pork belly. They're so juicy, crispy and savory, but not too salty. It really pairs well with rice and the "crack sauce" they give you. The sauce is sometimes also known as Thai Chili Dipping Sauce or Jaew sauce. It's spicy, sweet, salty, a hint of sour, and very savory. This sauce literally goes well with so many things and I can even just eat it with plain rice! I'm not even from Stockton and I'd definitely travel here just for the vibes and the food! Tip: I learned recently that their menu items change daily. To keep up with what they're offering for each day, you can check out their Instagram @officialasiamart. They post regularly! You can also call them to place your order instead of placing your order in person. This is a must try place, you guys!! You're missing out of you don't come here to try their food at least once. (Preferably on a weekend since they have more food options available!)

Based on previous reviews and photos, seems it opened a few years back already, which I did not know until now when passing by driving on Hammer Ln. Small Asian mini-mart (convenient store) with some Asian goods: hot food, some cold drinks (Thai ice tea), frozen food, papaya salad, snacks/candies, seasoning items, comic posters, a bit of everything here/there, etc. Limited items but do like that some of their prices are lower than what one may find at bigger Asian marts or supermarkets. Conveniently located in a plaza with plenty of parkings. Friendly staffs.

Pretty upscale market with a nice deli and bakery for this area. I'd say real close to Whole Foods…read morequality and the prices match. But this local indy store has been around in this town for over 55 years, so it is well deserved for them to be a local fave. I only got a sandwich for the road and a bakery item, so no significant grocery shopping. I was traveling back home and didn't have a cooler so I refrained. But next time if I have a cooler, their meat counter will get exercised. Got a Salami Sandwich ($11/4*) from their deli and it was pretty solid. Every sandwich is customized, so every customer fills out a card, checks off your preferences and hand it over to a deli clerk. Nothing out of the ordinary here, just your basic sandwich stuff, but with quality and fresh ingredients. I liked everything in my sandwich, was even to put alfalfa sprouts in it, as I haven't had that option in over a decade. I wished there would have been an option to add oil n vinegar to make it more 'Italian' tasting, so I had to settle on just mayo and mustard, which is more classic American tasting to me. Still a solid sandwich that I was able to eat in 2 intervals so a decent value in my book. Coffee Crunch Cake ($7/3.5*) Very impressive tall cake with a very moist crumb. A little too industrial tasting for me but better than other grocery cakes like Safeway, which taste like plastic to me, so many additives and stabilizers. Cake part had a light chocolate taste, but maybe it was supposed to be more coffee-like? I couldn't taste any coffee except for this super hard and sweet candy on top used for garnish. Indeed that candy offered a 'crunch' element but in a very cloying and awkward way. Sure it was nice and glossy and even resembled shiny coarse stone like obsidian. But to take a bite that big of hard candy to go along a delicate cake was just too extreme for me. I think if that candy were in smaller chunks, more like a crumb texture, it would disperse more sending coffee flavor more evenly and not risk breaking a tooth on that hard sweet candy. I had higher hopes for this. Gawked at their butchers counter and it was pretty darn impressive, Pretty high quality stuff but also insanely expensive. Steaks start at $20 per pound and easily rises double to triple from there. But they got some serious cut steaks here, like 2-3 inch thick cuts and they even have a couple versions of wagyu steaks. Nothing is prewrapped, everything has to go through a clerk. Produce section just meh and regular. Well kept but Safeway may have a more extensive produce section. Dry goods definitely Whole Foods level. They seem to have a guy out front bbqing meats like sausages and tri-tip, like 7 days a week, which is impressive. I got there around 11 am and the employee was just setting up. Otherwise I may have tried something. Cool store, that if this were in my town, I'd be a reg. Since I was just a passing traveler, just call me impressed.

I love to cook, so of course grocery shopping is fun to me. Their house generic goods usually cost a fraction of the price that competitors charge (including the other store that starts with a W!) Make sure to hit up the bulk bins. I bought about 2.5 weeks worth of groceries -- including cheese and some delightful chocolate wafers -- for under $65. I even found some brands and products that I can't easily find in my own area (Contra Costa County.) At checkout time, things move pretty smoothly and efficiently. My checker was friendly and super speedy. I was able to bag up my own groceries out of the way of the next shopper, which I think keeps the lines running quickly. I'll definitely be coming back again!

A lady in front of me had an adorable baby so I complimented her on how beautiful her daughter and said that my biggest dream is being a wife and a mom. Rosemarie looked at me with disgust when I had said that. Then when I paid for my things, I had NO POCKETS so I had to pull the money from my bra and she got disgusted and said "I have to touch that. That's disgusting" and proceeded to put on hand sanitizer in front of me. May I add, I took an hour long shower before leaving my house to be met with horrible, rude, bitter woman. Winco HR please look into her customer service background because I'm pretty sure she has none. She is rude. I'm 24 years old and I have more respect than her. And lady, grow up. With curb side- Items were missing from my order a few times, called the customer service number and they refunded it. Not a problem but defeats the purpose of why I ordered it to be picked up by the curb because now I had to make that trip to get the items anyways. Moving along. I placed an order for 3 items online giving them a benefit of the doubt once again to have it delivered at home but to my surprise, these items were scheduled to delivered at 3 separate times, honestly, news to my ears because why would I want 3 different deliveries for one order that was placed together and they were small items to begin with. Had I known this prior, I'd not bother ordering. First item arrived, with no issues. Great. What can go wrong now right? Wrong! 2nd item was delivered past 6pm and was left outside of my apartment complex on the entrance gate. Yes no contact, no phone call from the delivery person whatsoever to even make it to my unit. He just left it there and left. I found out about this particular delivery after, a pic was sent on my phone about it being delivered. I mean, who leaves a package at a gate? Regardless, I walked around the complex, hoping it was still there but of course, someone must have picked it up being it was on the outside of the complex. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service yet again and they refunded my money and this is when I was informed that Walmart uses 3rd party delivery services so, somethings are out of they control but they are sorry for the "inconvenience " Cherry on the cake. I received a text the next day about my last delivery being delayed so I tired to cancel the last item because by now, I had enough of them but then I was hit with "cancellation may not be guaranteed" but "you'll get a response in 48 hours"- so basically they said- "You paid for your item to get it on time" but now, you have to wait for what's convenient for us? Seriously, wth is going on with their online and delivery services? As a customer, who frequently purchases at Walmart being it's close to where i live, I can definitely say I will not be using online anything at Walmart anymore after my last item is delivered. Thanks but no thanks. Way too many issues.
