    Party room

What a terrible excuse for a Bukharian restaurant. The food sucks, the service sucks, the decor is slightly tacky...music is semi-decent though. Anyway, I came for a family birthday celebration and when I walked into the main entrance, I was standing in the middle of a Rusisan supper club and feeling very confused in my jeans-and-a-nice-shirt attire. Turns out, that's the party room, but the restaurant is two doors down through a completely unmarked door. SO shady! The restaurant itself is a hole in the wall, with a small section for a "live" entertainer, and there was no soap in the bathroom. When it comes to the food, I've eaten at many Kosher restaurants like this, and the food here was by far the worst. Everything was tasteless, bad, meh, and just not good, except for the babaganouj which was decent, the pickles, and the liver. Everything else, including the classing Bukharian dishes like plov, samsy, and manty were awful. Also, we attempted to order an eggplant salad a few times before they got it right but when they brought out their first attempt at our order, we got pickled eggplant instead. Being a lover of eggplant, I tried it and had to actually spit it out! I never, ever spit out my food, no matter how bad, but this was just plain vile. The service was equally terrible. They never cleaned our table so as new dishes were brought out, old dishes weren't taken away. Cluttered, messy, gross tables indeed! Even at the end of the night when they brought out the cake, they didn't bother to clear off our dinner dishes and leftover foods, nor did they bring out new plates for the cake, spoons, and forks, so yes, my chocolate cake tasted like kebabs with a side of onion, yum.

I had my wedding for 80 people at Asia this past Sunday Jan 18. Everything was nothing short of excellent! The food was delicious, everything from all the salads and cold cuts, to the shish kebabs and the pilaf. Our guests loved the food, the attentive service by the staff, and the warm family environment (the owner and his father cook all the food on premises). My husband's family flew in from Argentina and never experienced Bukharian or Russian food. They couldn't get over the quantity and taste of all the food. It was amazing! I highly recommend this place for a wedding or big party, especially if you want delicious food that's also Kosher.

Only good things to say about asia. A delicious buharian/russian restaurant that offers live music. Prices are amazing considering kosher pricing. If you're ever in boro park u better try this place out, u will thank me!

This restaurant serve banquet type parties. Nice place to celebrate birthday or other some what medium to big occasion. They have lots of salads, marinades, hot food, finger food, stakes, fish, live music. You can enjoy to stay for whole night to celebrate the occasion. That's what this place is known for. Not to forget to say, this place is a Glatt Kosher food service. They serve mostly food from middle eastern and Russian cuisine mix. Kind of nice to experience something new like that. The public for most part is Russian. The alcohol is served on several basis. You buy a prefix meal and alcohol is included or you bring your own bottle and you pay small fee. They make amazing shishkebab (shashlyk) in Russian. Enjoy your next experience here.

This place is awesome! The food here is so delicious. For $9.99 between 11-4 you can get a lunch special that includes bread, soup, salad, and an entree. We paid for extra lamb. We also got a great Russian punch called Kompot that had fruit on the bottom. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful. The meat was tender. The food was tasty. It was wonderful.

Decent service, consistently good food. The only problem could be their music, but it can be steered by making a couple of requests. This restaurant is kosher that serves amazing shish-kebabs so don't expect milk with your coffee or sour cream with your dumplings. Making a reservation is recommended.

Delicious chicken with salad and fries

The lunch special is absolutely delicious and perfect for a hot day like today. The chicken is succulent, juicy, delicious and moist, the salad fresh, crisp, and lush, and the fries are crisp, homemade, and fluffy inside. This was a perfectly delicious meal.

Cyrillic writing, clothes, food with wonderful smells, trays and trays of caviar, just bursting out the door. And, a Starbucks. Today, not too many Eastern European businesses are left. Now, it's banks, cellular, provider, stores urgent care, a 7-11, even a Popeyes freaking fried chicken. Oh, and the Starbucks is still there. After walking out of a very bad experience at imereti Georgian cafe down the street (see separate review) I found this place. Boy, am I glad I did. I was seated in the front. The restaurant was gorgeous. ! I could hear a beautiful voice singing, Eastern European songs in the back of the restaurant and at one point,, he switched to Elvis's "I can't help falling in love with you" in English. That made me a little emotional, because that was my late partner's and my song... Anyway, I decided to go for the crêpes with red caviar (salmon roe), and the Ukrainian borscht. Bread and butter is brought to my table. The white bread was OK, but the brown bread had a deep rich flavor. The crêpes come first, and they were amazing. The crêpes were very warm, soft and delicious. I loved the "red caviar". A little bit salty, more briny than fishy, and a wonderful explosion of flavor when the eggs "pop." in the mouth. I was very happy. Next came the borscht. It had cabbage, beets, potatoes, and either beef or pork. I'm not sure which one. The meat , beets and potatoes was very tender, and the soup was delicious and not too rich. A very satisfying flavor., the beets gave it a little bit of an earthy flavor. The sour cream that came with it, just added a creamy richness to it without overtaking the flavor of the borscht. 1000% a home run. Dinner wasn't cheap. Two dishes, two iced teas (I found out they charge for refills), and tax, and it came out to about $48 before tip, .I didn't care. I don't mind paying extra if the food is that good, and this food was absolutely beyond awesome. I would be glad to come back and try other items on the menu. Thank you!
