The only draw back the dude at the register was a white man with zero familiarity with the dishes or menu items, possibly new? We looked online for a place to order food from following a drive to Green Bay on Christmas Day. Asia Wok just happened to be the closest Chinese restaurant which was (a) open on Christmas Day and (b) offered delivery to a pair of weary travellers. My wife and I browsed the menu online and settled on some "standby" favorite items we've ordered from similar restaurants: the Happy Family combination, a quart of egg drop soup, and a side of crabmeat rangoons. After a short hold on the phone, we got the order placed and waited patiently for the food to arrive. The food was a few minutes late, but an apology for the delay was the first thing out of the delivery driver's mouth when I greeted him at the door. He was truly apologetic and genuine. The food did not disappoint either. The Happy Family combo platter was packed with delicious beef, pork chicken and shrimp along with assorted vegetables. The shrimp were cooked and still had the hard shell on the tails which was an unpleasant surprise when I eagerly gobbled up my first shrimp to discover that unpleasant crunchiness in my mouth. The egg drop soup has a stronger chicken broth flavor than what my wife was used to. Still good, just a nuanced difference. Same with the crabmeat rangoons: they had a stronger flavor than the "crab rangoons" we are used to. Neither were disappointing, just a pleasant surprise to the taste buds. read more

The BEST Chinese food in Green Bay. I always get the fried dumplings, sesame chicken combo platter, and the small veggies w/ white rice. The dumplings are my personal favorite and come with such a good sauce. The service is always good- usually 15-20 minutes. Even when busy they are still pretty fast and under 35 minutes. read more

First, let me explain that my kind of Chinese food is the fattening, Americanized version. The kind you can get at a mall food court. That said, Asian Work didn't entirely disappoint. They offer a standard selection of popular dishes, and I chose a bourbon chicken combo that came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. I also ordered some crab Rangoon (which came in a generous 8 piece portion) and some chicken in a stick. Both were good, and while the crab Rangoon wasn't quite as sweet as I like it, that was easily fixed with a dunk of the sweet and sour sauce that was included. I ordered delivery and it arrived promptly, and the delivery guy was very friendly and nice. Before I get into my thoughts on the entree, I should probably mention that the bourbon chicken that I am used to, and that I assumed I would get when I ordered it, consists of small bits of chicken in a sticky sweet brown sauce. That is not AT ALL how this location prepares their bourbon chicken. I don't really want to penalize them for that, though. It could be that I'm used to a different, regional version of the dish, as I recently moved here from Tennessee and so far almost everything I know is wrong when it comes to eating in the Green Bay area. Anyway, suffice it to say I was surprised and more than a bit dismayed when I opened my bourbon chicken and saw a dish that consisted mostly of onions and bell peppers. I loathe onions and peppers of all kinds, so I immediately set to work picking them out. By the time I finished, the entree was significantly smaller than I feel like it should have been, even if I liked onions and peppers. I ordered chicken and didn't really get much of it. The quality of the chicken, in my opinion, was low. The meat was fatty and grisly, even though it did have a slightly sweet flavor, apparently from a marinade that somehow survived being cooked with a garden's worth of onions and peppers. The pork fried rice that came with the meal was good and will fulfill most people's expectations of normal fried rice. I will probably try ordering from here again, but I will most certainly ask questions before I finalize my order, to make sure that I'm getting what I want. read more

Good place for a quick meal. The fried wontons are great so is the wonton soup. The chicken on a stick is super big also. Haven't really tried the other dishes but I would return. The only thing I didn't like was no utensils in the pick up orders. I think they have an area where you're supposed to grab the spoons and forks though. read more

Well, it was hot. That's all the positive words I have for this food. Fried rice was over cooked, puffed up and soggy. With very little taste. Chicken and broccoli was also bland. Broccoli was huge! It had to be cut to eat. And by huge, I mean about 4" long by about 2-1/2 to 3" wide. Might as well just put a head of broccoli on top! Crab Rangoons were greasy and too sweet. And I didn't see a speck of crab like substance in it. Egg roll was super greasy and mushy on the inside. Nothing was edible. Never again! read more

Fast delivery of Hot food! Beef broccoli sauce is rich, Brown and on point. Ask for extra sauce on General Tso chicken. Flavor is great, just usually fully separate Red balls with not enough sauce to enjoy with rice. Moo shoo pork isnt always available in many chinese places, but theirs is good, and the calories are hard to beat for filling tasty food. Egg rolls are good, full of meat and veggies, not the rice noodle fillers like so many. Chinese soup is rarely done well in my opinion, but their hot and sour is good. Originally I was skeptical about making the journey in the snow to come eat here, but now that I have I'm glad I did. Food was outstanding! Ordered TSO chicken combo, came with what is pictured, and I don't have a single complaint. The service was extremely helpful. They helped me through the menu describing and answering any questions I had. They weren't impatient and were happy to help. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back if I'm ever in town again. read more

I was glad to find this place enroute on my return to my home town, a trip I make frequently. A few weeks back I stopped in and had Pork Lo Mein. It was ok, but not much more. The noodles were brown from so much soy sauce. Today I stopped and had a bowl of Hot and Sour Soup in the store while I waited for my shrimp fried rice to go order (I eat and drive). The hot and sour soup was not good. It too seemed to have way too much soy in it, and it had none of the little bits of pork in it that is traditionaly in hot and sour soup. The Shrimp Fried Rice, was a joke, a bad one! It's just yellow rice with commercial diced bits of carrot. and peas, and whole small shrimp. IT WAS BLAND AS COULD BE, WAS NOT FRIED,AND HAD NONE OF THE NORMAL FRIED RICE COMPONANTS, IT'S A RIP OFF!. I was so tempted to turn arround and take it back, but didn't of course. Just beware, some of what they have is not good, and some of what they have is not really Asian! read more

Nothing super special but better than average. Crab Ragoons are the best. I always get the beef with mushroom and it is tasty.
