I wish I could say the food here was great, but oh wait... I wasn't able to taste it. Let me tell you why. Their website said they closed at 9:00 pm, so what did I do? I showed up at 7:40. Only to try to open the door, and it NOT OPEN. The sign on their door says they closed at 7:30. I'm beyond angry. I was SO excited for some pho. Now I'm sad, angry, and hungry. Looks like another night of eating Wendy's. Not complaining though because at least Wendy's doesn't lie online about their hours. read more

The decor seems more suited to a hunting lodge than a Vietnamese restaurant. I'm guessing the owner is a big time hunter. Some very interesting mounts and pictures. I went in a Sunday when they say they limit their menu to just the Pho and egg rolls. That was okay because that was what I was looking for. As temps begin to drop here in Las Vegas the only thing I can think of is the P2 (2 Beef Rib Bones & Meatball Slices) from Pho Lodge in Green Bay. We were there a couple weeks ago to watch a Packers game and the only regret was that we only went once. The pho is probably the best I've ever had. Two big beef rib bones, sliced meatballs and daily made broth. I really appreciate the sliced meatballs because instead of taking a couple bites of a regular sized meatball, you're able to have a slice with every single bite. And of course the beef ribs. WOW! Two large bones with meat that literally falls off the bone. ONLY $13!!! How?!?!? The owners are extremely friendly and we first met them back at their old location in 2016. This place is a must visit. Can't wait to be back next October. Better yet... open a location here in Vegas! read more

This isn't Vietnamese Pho, pho broth should be cooked over long hours. According to the menu, it's made every morning. No basil on the side dish. Broth didn't taste bad, but it definitely did taste like it had all the spices that you're normally used to when it comes to Pho. Clean restaurant and friendly service. Absolutely delicious! My husband & I went to Pho Lodge for dinner tonight with our 2 year old son. We both got the P2 Pho, & egg rolls and our son had the meatball slices. So so good!!! First time here. Wife said it had some good reviews so we decided to go. First impression, when walking up to the door, I see a huge elk head logo next to the restaurant name... First thing that pops in my mind is..."Pho Lodge huh, looks like I'm getting some caribou pho! That would be interesting. Never had that before!" I go walking into the restaurant and I'm in awe of the decor! Decor is of a hunting/fishing lodge, it's like walking into Cabelas. Very cool for sure, just not what I expected. Restaurant was partially full when we arrived. Very clean, very bright. Music wasn't overly loud either. We sat down and within minutes we were greeted and got our drinks. We were handed the menu and found out there's only 1 style of pho in different sizes. Which means they've had lots of practice to perfect this one bowl. Beef rib with sliced meatballs, and additional charge for add-ons. I was a little underwhelmed with the lack of cuts of meat that would be included in the pho. With the name & meat-centric decor you'd think it would be loaded with all cuts of meat. Where's the tendon? Where's the tripe? Where's the raw shaved beef? Once we were served our bowls. The broth was very very clear and you could see some rings of fatty oils floating around. Usually don't see a clear broth. Without adding any additional condiments, my first sip of the broth and it's waaay too salty! Maybe it was just that days batch but all I could taste was salty broth. I'm sure the chef tasted the broth and said it's perfect! So it must be how it is. Overall, if you're looking for a more traditional pho or want variety, I would pass on this one. read more

The service was insanely good. Fast, delicious, and cozy environment. Visited from NM for a Packers game and thought we were intruding because we arrived 30 min before closing. The owner seemed so happy to see us and really brightened my mood (after the packers lost lol). So thankful we chose, and will go back when we visit the Packers. read more

Not that I'm big on exotic meats or anything but a bit disappointed that they didn't offer a seasonal special or anything since it's high tide hunting season.
