I order from Asian Boy for myself and when I have guests. The food has always been some of the best in this area.

So- I've been ordering here for YEARS and it's been great about 90% of the time. Every now and then a container of rice is missing. We like the steamed dumplings, but occasionally they're not bad, but odd. Eat it while it's hot, in other words. I did order lunch once- a special entree with the fried rice and egg roll and it was some of the BEST Chinese takeout I've had in a really long time. Very fresh, perfectly hot and delivered quickly. I'll continue to recommend this place- the price is right, too. read more

We called in an order and both meals were wrong , I expect a language barrier but when ordered 139 we got 135 , when we said add shrimp to the shredded beef they understood no shrimp . We said spicy they understood not spicy and this was all some what ok even expected , when we called to tell them our meals were not what we ordered they were argumentative and rude. We just said we give up and hung up . Unless you can go in person and circle the little numbers or the patience to order on line I recommend a different restaurant! Delivery person thought it would be a good idea to try and keep the change without being offered. That's not how tips work , I either tell you keep the change when handed the money given to pay for my order or when you give me my change I then proceed to give you a tip. Ifavorite Chinese, but tonight it was over an hour and a half delivery, so I chose not to tip for the first time. Then I got my food and had zero utensils or napkins and four soy sauce packets for two entrees and two sides. When I asked for eight. . We only get sushi. Quality is very good. Rolls are normal sized, but expensive for the area, especially the specialty rolls. We normally get 5 rolls for two people (we pig out!) and it's around $50. If we switch to the standard rolls, we could save a lot. Service is good. We normally pick up and it's ready when we arrive. read more

This place was a happy surprise find, since I thought the North East, MD area was mostly devoid of non-American food. I got the sushi here and thought it was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely better than grocery store sushi. Considering that there isn't much else around, I was glad of my meal. Asian Boy has Chinese food too, so there are a lot of options. Not really an eat-in place, but there are some tables off to the side if you want to. For sushi, I found the price quite reasonable. I grew up in the DC Metro Area, so any place that sells regular rolls for under $5 or special rolls for under $15 is average / cheap. In fact, besides Kotobuki in DC, I've never been anywhere that sells sushi for less than that, except the grocery store (and that doesn't count). Overall, I was happy and plan to go back. read more

Out of all the Chinese takeout places I've tried in the area, I feel that Asian Boy is the best one. I regularly order beef and broccoli because the beef is delicious and tender. The combination platter gives a pretty good period. Prices are somewhat higher than other Chinese takeout places. I'm not sure why this place isn't listed as Chinese takeout/restaurant. We loooooooove this place!!! The steamed dumplings are absolutely phenomenal! Other places I've found that the dumplings to be too doughy but here they are thick enough to hold the filling but thin enough so dough is not the only thing you taste. Best chinese food in the Elkton Area, for pick up or delivery. It's always fresh and flavorful. Service is generally expedient and rather inexpensive. I reccomend their House Special Mei Fun, Spring Rolls and Fried Pork Dumplings. They do offer coupons on their menus, so save them to save a bit of $$. I'm not a lover of their sushi. I find the rice underseasoned and the fish a tad mushy. The seaweed salad is also a bit of a miss, as it's drenched in a spicy sauce that makes it unpalatable. read more

My husband a and I have ordered take out from here a few times, and have really not been too satisfied, but the rating really comes from last night. They dropped off our food and accidentally included 2 cups of soup that wasn't ours. Then they came back and picked it up!!! They delivered it to another family AFTER it was in our house for 15 min. We were DISGUSTED!!! We will NEVER eat from here again and you should question the safety of any food you get from this place. read more

I placed an order online on a Friday night. 30 minutes later I received a phone call from Asian boy stating they could not deliver my order. The lady explained the minimum delivery amount was $25 to deliver to North East. I explained to her it does not say that on the website and I had ordered from there before. Do not ever order delivery from this place! I ordered food at 7:05 and after calling 3times, the food arrived at 9:10! Over two hours! I got the same line all 3 times I called and when the food arrived I was told they were very busy and I could have 1.00$ off....how generous! This place is a dump. Shrimp fried rice means shrimp. Called to ask about the shrimp but was yelled at and hung up on.

Our usual place was closing and Asian Boy had the latest delivery available in the area so we placed an order online. The order arrived extremely fast and the food was absolutely delicious. I got General tso chicken combination which was crispy with a perfectly sweet/spicy sauce and a generous amount of meat. The wonton soup was tasty and the crispy noodles reminded me of the ones that were freshly made at our local restaurant when I was a kid. My husband got the sushi and the portion was large for the money but he said it was just okay. This will definitely be our new go to for Chinese! read more

terrible sushi! barely recognizable. huge maki, over-riced and strange tasting. i would consider eating here again to try the chinese food, but it overall seemed very low quality in terms of the service and the look of the kitchen. staff seemed friendly but kitchen did not seem to know much about what sushi is supposed to look and taste like. also, i called ahead and was told 15 minutes. when i arrived i had to wait another 10 for my food. read more

Very fast delivery and on a Friday evening too. As far as I've found so far, their Singapore Mei Fun is the best I've had in the area and with just the right amount of spiciness.
