Sad to say this buffet went downhill since I came here about a year ago. Again I am mindful that it is a Chinese buffet so I don't expected the best food ever but atleast it was decent last year. This year seems like the prices are higher and less options for seafood like the year before. The sushi doesn't taste a good as it did last year and they made the bare minimum type of rolls (nothing fun just California rolls and very simple maki). Atleast the hibachi stir fry is always good. I just remembered last year there was way more shrimp options! Now this year it's all chicken mostly which I get it it's more cheaper. Disappointed. Went to Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet and wasn't impressed. Cost $28 and the selections were not great. Also, the buffet side foods were not hot and all had a funny taste to them. I couldn't even enjoy it. Had to leave food on my plate because the taste was making me sick. I have gone to other buffets that had a fair amount of sushi and the food was better for the most $18. A group of 10 of us went out to eat here and 7 out of 10 ended up with food poisoning all from different households. (This is the only place we had went to that was in common). We called to just inform the restaurant that this had happened because we didn't want anyone else to get hurt. A quick defense was put up. They told me that we need to get a lawyer to sue their insurance company, no one apologize for what we went through. I felt like No one tried to remediate the situation and I felt they just pretty much shoved us off. We just called to inform them, but now seeing nothing will get down to investigate this we just might take them up on this offer. It's a good thing we all have doctors notes that it was indeed food poisoning. This is crazy. Update: Some minutes after I posted this review I was ONLY THEN called by the restaurant they offered a 50% of the bill refund for everyone who was affected. I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles UNTIL I told them what I was there for. The mood QUICKLY changed. I don't speak the language but it sounded like an argument happened between 2 of the staff when she went to go get someone to give us the refund. Then the attitude it seemed we gotten during the whole process was really aggressive. I don't know if it was the color of our skin or the fact we actually showed up for the refund but It felt like she was treating us like we were beneath her. Not to mention they did not even refund the whole 50% of the entire bill like they mentioned over the phone and they gave a refund of SOME not all who were affected, even though I had documentation of all the ones that were sick. When I brought it up she said I changed the amount of people which I didn't. And her voice in my opinion was increasing getting louder and argumentative. The person who I brought with me who was also one of the ones who were sick from that incident was also feeling the same negative energy that was giving off. We were just overall happy to leave out of that place. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!! Decor is horrible but food and service were great. A lot of food looks good. Three different waitresses stopped by so often.

My wife and I eat here often. The people are nice and the variety of dishes is really good, lots to choose from. The food, overall, is good. It's not great, but then again, it's an all you can eat buffet, not some fancy, high priced restaurant. I always enjoy my meals here and one plus is the ice cream cups they serve are Hershey's which is a top brand, no skimping, The other thing I would say is the facility is always pretty clean as are the bathrooms, which is always a good sign. read more

Today was our first time back to this buffet since the start of the Covid pandemic. I didn't know what to expect, especially after reading some reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. It was much the same place as it was years ago. We arrived at around 3pm on a Sunday. It's dinner buffet all day on Sundays. The food was fresh and was frequently replaced with new batches. Look everybody, its a CHINESE BUFFET. What do you expect, a Michelin-starred meal? The food is very generic and typical of a CHINESE BUFFET. People complaining about quality and freshness. For one, at least the food (with exception of sushi, desserts, salad and fruit) is cooked. Yes, they probably use cheaper ingredients, but guess what, it's still edible. For those complaining about the desserts, they buy them prepackaged from a vendor/distributor. Somebody complained about shrimp count!? You want them to give you all-you-can-eat tiger shrimp for ~$12/person? Pretty sure that's a recipe to go out of business within 24 hours. BTW, I am not an employee, friend or relative of this business. I just feel as though people are bashing this business because they felt as though they didn't get their money's worth eating at a Chinese buffet. I've been here several times whenever I have an appetite for Chinese-American food. I'm a senior citizen so I get a dollar off my meal. Today I tried to use a $2.00 coupon. They wouldn't let me do it. I either had to use my senior discount or the coupon, but not both. Other restaurants and fast food places will let you have both, but not this place. The food is decent and my daughter and I go at least twice a month. I think we may never go back. This place is in trouble financially, they now close on Tuesdays and no longer can you have sushi for lunch. A sure sign of financial problems. They also lack personality, never say hello, never say thank you. There's another Chinese Buffett a few miles down the road, I sure they will get our business. Alright, I have to review this place objectively after reading the other reviews! First of all...yes, this is a buffet. That being said, I am NOT a fan of buffets yet I crave the food from Hibachi fortnightly. You're paying $6.99 for as much as you can eat of a huge variety of food. There is the typical deep fried buffet food available, but there is also fruit, veggies, FRESHLY MADE SUSHI, baked food and plenty of healthy options. This is the perfect place to visit when you want a variety of food and don't feel like cooking! Boyfriend and I have gone to Hibachi 10+ times and enjoyed every visit. They are usually very busy but we have never had to wait for a table in this huge establishment. They have a large staff that is constantly seating/bringing out food/cleaning. We've found that the food is of better quality on their busier nights (Thursday-Sunday) when, we're guessing, the food doesn't sit out as long. Recommendations: -Sushi (hand made in front of you - this itself is worth the price) -Bok Choy -Salt and pepper chicken -Crab rangoon -Chicken wings (Boyfriend's favorite) -Coconut ice cream (Did I mention they have an ice cream bar??) There were just three trays for sushi which was loaded every ~30 minutes: crab roll [mostly] and (semi)tuna roll. I tried the later and it was a disaster to me! They put ginger and wasabi in sauce form on all of rolls. I was about to vomit after trying the tuna one. The salads were fine. Also they had hashbrown which I liked. However! the price was dirt cheap!!!! ~$15 for two person! The personnel were chinese and mostly unable to comprehend questions. No fountains or oriental music- but neon lit signs and mainstream music. There were over 6 massive buffet bars, including 12 selections of ice cream flavors and a sushi/hibachi bar. Lovely restrooms. Quality: (5/5) Significantly better than most Chinese buffets that you will encounter. The food was cooked to perfection, nothing unusual looking. Selection: (5/5) So much food! Bring an extra stomach, and a huge appetite! They had everything from classic Asian cuisine to American favorites like delicious mozzarella sticks and apple pie. Tastiness: (5/5) For a Chinese buffet, it doesn't get much better than this. Everything is freshly cooked- nothing raw or stale here. Perhaps not as good as Chinese takeout, because the food isn't cooked to order. This isn't their fault, merely the curse of buffets. Though, impressive for the large variety! Service: (3/5) Somewhat lacking, as it was hard to understand our waitress. She also seemed distant and peeved with us. Needless to say, she was nice and very polite. Went last night and to me the food is not good. The chicken is dry. Nothing really has flavor. Some things were cold.
