Stopped by Asian Cajun Crab Shack and ordered the catfish po'boy to go, and it was a great surprise. The catfish was crispy and well seasoned, and the sandwich itself was simple but really satisfying. The bread worked well with the fish and toppings without getting soggy. The Cajun fries were also pretty good and paired perfectly with the sandwich. I honestly didn't expect to find a solid po'boy like this all the way out in Colorado, but it definitely hit the spot. If you're craving Cajun-style seafood, this place is worth checking out.

Great First Visit for a Seafood Boil This was our first time at Asian Cajun, and we were craving a good seafood boil. The positive online reviews led us here, and we're glad they did! Parking was easy, and we were seated at a booth, just as we requested. The restaurant was clean and surprisingly spacious. Service was excellent! our server even memorized our order without writing anything down. I ordered the shrimp and snow crab boil ($40 at the time), and the portion was generous. I had enough leftovers to enjoy for dinner the next day, so I'd say it was a great value. Our kids had noodles, and my husband went with the Po' Boy sandwich. We also had tea and soda to drink. Everyone left happy and full. If we're ever back in town and craving a seafood boil, we know exactly where to go!

I felt like the food was a little pricey for the portion size. I didn't see a drink list on the menu. Maybe we will try again in a few months.

Always such personal and quick service. We do appreciate the people here and the food and the drinks pouring. It's an event when we come here. Try the cajun wings and fries. Definitely a favorite of mine. Crispy and delicious. Thanks for the great service, food, and fun times

The Crawfish Etouffee is a must try, and the crab was my fav out of the boil :)

I'm not sure if this is my first yelp review, but point is I don't do this often at all. This place made me actually want to give somewhere a glowing review, from the customer service of the owner, to the savory and delicious food, this place is somewhere in heavily looking forward to coming back to. Also if you drink the bar looks super cozy. Amazing vibes

This place surprised me, I'm so glad I finally tried it!! I've been to other places that do Cajun style seafood boils. In the past I haven't been a huge fan of them before but this time I loved it. We got the snow crab and shrimp boil with the everything sauce and it was delicious! We also got the gator bites appetizer and that was good. The place is located in a strip mall and actually there's a lot of good restaurants next door. The place has plenty of room and is open and spacious. Our server checked on us multiple times and the everything sauce recommendation was on point. The menu is also pretty deep, they have a lot of entrees to choose from. I will definitely be back, recommended!

What a great fusion of flavors. Also happens to be 2 of our favorite cuisines. We designed our own tapas meal. We started with Korean Dumplings and then shrimp & pork spring rolls and finished with grilled oysters. Everything was delicious. Service was quick and very enjoyable.

Food is always delicious and consistent. We always order the mega boil Asian Cajun medium. The shrimp egg rolls are always a hit and the pasta is even better the kiddos love it. Good other options are the crawfish ettoufe and the ramen. Service is always awesome with the family ran atmosphere. Space is big and great for parties.

Good prices and a great ambiance. Lots of TV's to watch major sports events on! The only complaint we have is that the crab legs were slightly over cooked and sticking to the shell. The service was great, our server checked in on us quite a few times. A must try is their macaroon ice cream! It is to die for so yummy!

Uncle Henry's personality and communication changed that and made him feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you, I really appreciate you for that. My Husband enjoyed everything I ordered. The combination fried rice, lo mein, and chicken wings were made to order...hot, fresh, and delicious. It isn't a large restaurant, it's more like a take-out joint, with dining in as an option, we dined in and got to enjoy the warmth present of this family run business. We needed that. They ran out of roasted duck so if you're looking for that recommend not coming in late. Got the double meet dish with char siu pork and roasted pork belly. Tasted good, but pretty fatty for both. Not sure if they already used up the good parts of the meat and that's what they had leftover, but this is what's keeping them from being a 5. Otherwise it tasted good, I could see the potential. The stir fried beef noodles is as classic as it gets. No notes , adding sriracha is a personal touch for me and it tasted familiar. Otherwise, open to trying it again if their meat isn't as fatty. Prices were reasonable too.

They were served to oue table within 5 minutes of ordering. Unbelievable flavors and the sauces were just right. We then ordered Dan Dan Noodles & Beef with Broccoli as entrees with Vegetable Fried Rice & Vegetable Stir-Fried Udon Noodles. We were served within 5-7 minutes. Everything was AMAZING!! However, I decided to give it a second try while I was in the area today, and I will say that it has considerably gotten better. I ordered the dumpling flight as well as some vegetarian potstickers. My dumpling flight was delicious if I had to make a recommendation on which dumplings to get it would be between the original soup dumplings, and the crab soup dumplings. I typically don't like crab and a dumpling because I don't like that fishy taste, but this didn't have it. The only one thing that I would change is that I would like more soup in the dumplings. The skin was actually quite nice. The potstickers were also very good and I would order those again. They were nice and plump and came out quite hot. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean. However, if you're in a party of six or more know that the restaurant is not huge and while they can accommodate a party of six, while I was there, a lady came in with seven people, and it was a bit of a struggle. Their bathroom was clean and I don't remember if it had a changing table. With tip it was probably about $40 so it is on the higher end of things for dumplings. Would I recommend this place? Sure, especially now that it's had time to improve

The cucumber salad was clearly cucumber that was cut and just had some dressing poured over it and it wasn't cured or lightly fermented like other dumpling places. The soup dumplings had nearly no broth in them and two came punctured and dry. Really, the food was just bland and didn't seem fresh. When you're paying that kind of money for it, just spend a few dollars extra and go to a place like Nana's or one of the other places that's making their own stuff in house.
