I was also shocked to see additional line items on our bill for requests that are standard in the service industry. Specifically, I was charged $1.00 for a request for "extra crispy" fries, and I have previously been charged for simple accompaniments like lemons. Charging customers for basic food preparation preferences feels both petty and indicative of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. The combination of hostile service, a significant decline in food quality, and the nickel-and-diming of standard requests has made it clear that I will not be returning to your business.
