This is our go-to Sushi place. It is close and better than the other options in the area. It is a little pricey but good quality.

Food, service, and cocktails here are great. This is my go-to sushi spot. Their crispy tuna appetizer and lemon salmon rolls are my favorites. My only qualm is I wish they offered green tea with their beverages, I'm not a fan of Barley tea. read more

If you were to ask me for a ratinf in 2020 or 2021 I would have said 4-5 stars; however, I recently went since Go Fish is typically my go to...and I wasn't really pleased. My usual order of the chicken fried rice hardly had any chicken and the chicken it did have was dark meat with a weird texture. The sushi was okay, but with smaller portions....it just didn't do it for me this time. There are better places to go to if you want sushi or Japanese fried rice. J Biebs was playing when we walked in and I was not mad about it! We came here last night to celebrate a birthday and felt so welcome. There were a ton of interesting, delicious sounding rolls and specials that struck our fancy. Our server was lovely and checked up on us several times throughout our dinner. The ambiance consists of a sleek and chic interior design with pop hits playing in the background. After we sat down and started reviewing the menu, our server asked if we had any questions. I asked if they had any other gluten free sauces besides tamari (ponzu, yuzu, spicy mayo) but unfortunately they only had tamari. However, our server said that they were working on a new gluten free spicy mayo recipe and would maybe be coming soon. Love that they are working on something for the gluten free fam :) I ordered the yellowtail scallion roll and the salmon mango roll with a side of lemon and tamari. Lemon + tamari (kind of) equals ponzu to me, and the chefs prepared my yellowtail scallion roll with tiny little slices of lemon on top. It was a nice touch and I really felt the love in the food. My non-gluten-free friends ordered from the special rolls section and were super pleased with their meal. I asked them what they would rate their dinner and they all said 5 out of 5 stars. It truly was delicious. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to the lack of gluten friendly options. I would have liked to see the GF label next to some of the special rolls. GF ponzu, yuzu, and spicy mayo would have fully won me over but it sounds like they are on their way to making some more GF options available in the future. The prices were a bit higher than I had expected but their happy hour menu had a bit more affordable options. I'm not in the Broomfield area a whole lot but I'd definitely come here again, probably during a happy hour and hopefully once there is a GF sauce or two added to the menu :) read more

This place is excellent! My friend recommended we come here for the vegan options and they really did not disappoint. We got the impossible wontons, which the waitress was kind enough to ensure they were vegan for us as the vegan menu also has vegetarian dishes, and I got the agedashi tofu & a couple of pieces of vegan sushi; inari, the fried tofu sushi, and the shishito pepper roll which the waitress was again kind enough to recommend without the spicy mayo after she knew I was vegan! Look- does this place have decent sushi. Absolutely. Would I recommend it to friends who love sushi? Probably not. This is great for those who really really like tempura - if you are sadly celiac like myself then steer clear. It seems even the non tempura sushi items have tempura flakes in them so it's hard to find menu items that don't have a crunch to it (which is totally fine if you are into that!) My husband who grew up in Indiana gives this place five stars and talks me into coming back often. It's good! Just remember you're in a landlocked state so even really good sushi (the fish is always delicious) isn't the same as what you might find on the coasts. And that's okay! This is "my husband from Indiana" approved. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. Do recommend unless you are a sushi snob then maybe fly to a coastal city instead. read more

We had our lunch favorites, sushi lunch, poke bowl, shrimp & vegetable tempura, and sashimi. I guess the waitress overheard it was a late Birthday lunch for me and brought out tempura cheesecake on the house. They're so wonderful there, left a great tip for the staff and chefs. Started off with a cucumber salad. The dressing was not overly sweet. Next was the jacky roll, 69 roll, salmon skin roll, and octopus roll. All were delicious and flavorful! I don't like my rolls with too much rice, I feel like some restaurants do this to cheat you, in my opinion. This place does not do this! They provide plenty of meat in their rolls and the perfect amount of rice. If I had to rate the rolls, I have always loved the salmon skin roll, however, the 69 roll was delightful! Tie between the two! Then the octopus roll and Jacky roll! The only thing that would have made the octopus roll better is for it to have been spicier, but overall still great. We made reservations here thinking it was a standalone restaurant. However it was located in a strip mall. It was hard to find at first because the neon Go Fish sign was completely out. We had 6 drinks between four of us and ordered 1 California roll as a quick appetizer it was $85..we thought that was expensive and decided to go somewhere else for dinner. This place was clean and nice and the waitress was beyond sweet it was just more of a lunch spot to us versus a nice Friday night date spot. read more

This was a very solid spot. I got delivery for a late dinner and wasn't disappointed! I got the crunch spicy tuna, crunch spicy octopus, and the Alaska roll. The two spicy rolls were great, filled with fish and not a ton of rice. The Alaska roll was good but there was definitely more avocado than fish, but it was still a good choice. It came with plenty of chop sticks and two big containers of soy sauce. I don't know how the inside looks because it was a delivery order, but the packaging was above average. We have returned to update my previous review of 3 stars. Dina off the gate greeted us within seconds of arriving. Cold water and menu was given immediately. Also cold, were the quenching Sapporos. After ordering, we were given shortly after our appetizers. The crunchy Calamari was an explosion of fresh flavor. So delicious! We come from the west coast and this Calamari was a great choice. We know what's fresh and what's not. The Yaki Soba with Shrimp was superb! After Dina's recommendation, this was a home run, this was a match made in heaven. The Lobster Tempura, California Roll were sooooo good. But the Mango Madness is now my favorite roll. Overall the sushi presentation was perfect. Hats off to the sushi MASTER CHEFS! My wife's birthday dinner was topped off with a delicious cheese cake which we had to take home and cap the night with a dessert to remember. They have a huge menu with tons of different rolls! We ordered pick up online and it said 40-60 minutes. Then 10 minutes later I got a text saying it was ready. That was kind of annoying because I live 15 minutes away and I wanted it to be fresh for my son's first time because we ordered tempura. Anyway, when we arrived to pick up, the restaurant was very busy but, the employee was very nice. The sushi was delicious and my son loved it! We got the Mango madness roll and the Las Vegas roll. If it weren't for the quality food I would've walked out. On Friday (feb 4th) me and my partner walked into a very busy restaurant. We had made prior reservations for 7 and arrived at 6:55 for our table that wasn't available. The host had sat everyoone before saving us a reserved table. The host that night (blonde and little older) was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met, she made me and my partner feel like we were bothering her anytime we'd say anything We simply asked if we could sit at the bar since it seemed our table wouldn't be ready for a while and she replied with a very sarcastic "well absolutely" followed by an eye roll We also saw her bickering with another lady who was a guest. The manager was also no where to be seen and when she was seen she walked out and ran back to the back without helping her obviously stressed out host Horrible management and choice of host on a busy night, if she can't contain her emotion and gets to that point frequently I can't imagine how others have been treated by her. Sashimi lunch was amazing. The salmon was like butter, I almost accidentally cut it in half with my chopsticks! The tuna had some gristle issues, but All the fish was fresh and tasty. My server, Emma, was super sweet. She even took the time to read the happy hour selections descriptions to me so I didn't have to get my readers. I read the sign in the entry way, had to wait a few minutes to be invited in and they promptly took my temperature. All of the Covid precautions are being followed here and it's just great to dine in when that is rare these days! Happy, happy, joy, joy! Tip: happy hour 1-5, Monday through Saturday.
