    Crab Fried Rice with Curry
    Janet D.

is a modern Asian fusion restaurant with multiple locations in the Denver metro area, including Denver, Lone Tree, and Broomfield. The restaurant is known for its "elevated" take on traditional Chinese recipes, often described as a modern dim sum or tapas-style experience that blends authentic flavors with a chic, contemporary atmosphere. Restaurant Details Miya Moon (Denver) offers an upscale but approachable dining environment that has quickly gained popularity for its high-quality ingredients and precise preparation. * Vibe and Experience: The atmosphere is often described as "hopping" and vibrant, particularly on weekends. While the space is intimate, the service is generally noted for making guests feel welcome, though some patrons have noted that handmade items can take a bit longer as they are steamed to order. * Pricing: Generally considered "not that expensive" for the quality provided, with a solid selection of liquor and cocktails to complement the meal. Overall, Miya Moon is highly recommended for those looking for a "modern" Chinese dining experience that moves away from traditional cart-style dim sum in favor of a more polished, made-to-order approach.

I ordered the three-cup chicken (which is not officially on the menu) with fried rice. I also ordered wonton soup. For my beverage, I enjoyed a wonderful pot of oolong tea. The ambience was pretty chill, and the servers were very accommodative. The wonton soup was very flavorful, and the three-cup chicken was simply amazing in texture, seasoning, and presentation. The chicken egg rolls were phenomenal. Definitely a fine establishment to enjoy Chinese cuisine. I did not have a reservation; I was seated immediately.

Ordered to go and everything was packaged so beautifully, just like last time. Glad to see it is the same. The interior decor of the restaurant is lovely. Service was friendly, but slow, as the order was not ready on time. We tried the Mongolian Beef, Wagyu fried rice, edamame and a couple other items. The Mongolian beef was delicious and tender, I definitely plan to order that again in the future. The Waygu beef was very chewy, that's something I would skip next time. If you want a soup and enjoy eggs, their egg drop soup is tasty. Plenty of parking spaces too, it's in a shopping center.

Birthday Dinner Three Cup Chicken (clay pot simmered chicken w/ sesame, ginger, garlic, chiles, & fresh Thai basil)

First class Asian fusion place. Toby's pick is usually something Asian, usually Korean, but tonight she thought I might like this spot because it was less traditional than some places in the are. Oh, lords, was she right. I loved the three cup chicken with all its garlic flavor and hearty chunks of chicken served piping hot in a clay pot. This is a dish I wish every Chinese or Asian fusion place served. I don't have many go-to dishes like this so I immediately latch on to one when I do find one out in the wild. Scotch's drunken noodles weren't bad either. The service was amazing. I love when servers check on you just enough with courtesy and, when you do make a request, they make sure to fulfill it with efficacy. I know everyone gets busy and I don't fault them for having multiple tables to check, but it makes me feel special when I feel like my wants are somewhat of a priority. That's good customer service if you can make all your stations feel like that. The ambiance was great--modern and sleek but meeting with some kickass classic Asian restaurant elements. This feels like a place that's trying to make it clear they make some bombass food here in the old style but they're not stuffy about it. It feels welcoming and warm, but overall just alive. And that's the kind of place you should always want to eat in. In conclusion, eat here. The food is great and it makes you glad you came as soon as you sit down.

This restaurant is a standout in the area. My husband and I came with a friend and we all shared: - Salt & Pepper Asparagus - Chicken Peanut Curry - Stir-Fried Udon - Crab Fried Rice & Curry - Walnut Shrimp - Spare Ribs The entree portions are huge, so don't order this much food unless you want leftovers. This was enough food for 5 people. My favorite things were the asparagus, shrimp, and udon. I really enjoyed everything though. I'd definitely recommend sharing food to try more things. I'd happily go back to try more of the menu.

The ambiance was outstanding along with a very attentive wait staff and my food came out nice and hot and tasted fantastic. It was a little chilly outside so I ordered some hot tea and it just hit the spot.

Located in a strip mall, so plenty of parking available all around. Not too busy on a week night, we did not have nor need reservations this time. Service was fantastic. Our server Kiel was very friendly, helpful with recommendations, and attentive. Drinks - the golden lotus and old fashion were solid options. Food came out quickly and portions are good, albeit a bit on the pricier side. For tapas, I recommend the crab rangoons and potstickers. We also got the chili wontons and spring rolls, which were fine, but I would try other tapas next time. For entrees we got the sesame chicken and drunken noodles with beef. The sesame chicken was tasty, though the breading is different than what you would normally see, not spicy at all. I would skip the drunken noodles next time, not a ton of flavor there. As others have mentioned, the to-go containers and bag are beautiful and can definitely be reused, a very nice touch. Overall we had a great experience!

Miya Moon is my go to restaurant for upscale Chinese takeout! I'm a big fan of their beef with broccoli, orange chicken, pork potstickers, wonton soup, and hot and sour soup. Their food is made with fresh, quality ingredients and you can tell that sauces are flavored with real fruit juice. Nothing artificial here! They also have the cutest packaging set up for takeout that includes reusable Tupperware and a reusable hot bag. We definitely keep the Tupperware for regular use at the house. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is that I have ordered online in the past and my food has not been ready when I showed up. If you place an online order, I recommend calling the restaurant to ensure it was received, or you can just call the order in. I have not dined in, but the space is beautiful and it will be so cute for a date or get together with friends! They have clearly marked gluten-free and vegan dishes on the menu. They serve beer, wine, cocktails, and sake.

Wow! So impressed with Miya Moon, from the excellent service and elegant, modern atmosphere to the delicious Chinese food. I had lunch there recently with my daughter, and we were immediately struck by how sophisticated the space felt. We were greeted by a very friendly waiter (maybe also the manager?) who offered great recommendations and was happy to adjust the dishes to our preferences whether for the spice level or the sweetness of a cocktail. We couldn't believe such a gem in this unassuming strip mall! Even though it's a bit of a drive from where we live, we've already decided to go back and add it to our lunch/dinner rotation. Highly recommended!

After watching the construction progress and spotting the "coming soon" signage, I eagerly anticipated the opening of Miya Moon. As a local, I love supporting neighborhood businesses, so I was excited to finally stop by for a weekday lunch. We were seated immediately in a cozy booth, a welcome respite from the cold weather. To warm up, we ordered a pot of jasmine green tea, which was both fragrant and soothing. The menus, made of paper and plastic, felt slightly out of place given the restaurant's elegant ambiance, but perhaps more refined versions are still on the way. I began with the Egg Drop Soup, which was rich and flavorful, followed by the Chicken & Lettuce Cups--a light yet satisfying choice for lunch. Service was excellent--attentive and professional without being intrusive. The restaurant offers ample seating, including intimate, inviting nooks. Parking is plentiful with options right out front and to the side. On my next visit, I'd love to sit by the "moon" area and explore more of the dinner menu, especially the intriguing cocktail selections. I'm already looking forward to returning!

I love that every item on the menu has a story. They carefully named each menu item as and to the culture and the way the wait staff explains it, takes you on a trip through said culture and makes you feel apart of it. A small yet intimate restaurant that invites you to enjoy all it has to offer. You can go wing with any menu item you choose The honey ribs are 10/10 and the drinks are not for the weak lol very tasty But the Ube ice cream stole the show for me! It comes with a shot of expresso and it was the perfect combination I never imagined!

Recently opened, Delicious and Affordable!! I came here on a Wednesday night with a group of girlfriends. Plently of free parking so it is good for big groups of a date night. We made a reservation but on a weeknight, it might not be necessary, however we had a lovely table that was fairly private. The atmosphere was very in theme! I love the fact that the menu is one page, yet they still have so many options. We were greeted by Mya who was so sweet, and she always made sure our drinks were filled and that we didn't need anything. We tried so many different items because we decided to share (it was a great choice, we all got to try a bit of everything). I loved the fact that the chef Jonathan and owner Roy came out to greet us! It makes me want to come back and bring more people to share in how great my experience was. On top of the service, the food was top notch. Everything came out piping hot and tasted delicious. My favorites were the cucumber salad, homemade crab ragoons, the chili wontons and the chicken lettuce wraps were to die for! Highly recommended coming here! You will get great service, and amazing food. Overall, 5/5 stars.

Always exceptional food, beautiful presentation, with sustainable practices, this is the place to celebrate a special occasion. The current menu, which runs through June, is the final menu by the current chef and it highlights Costa Rican cuisine. The chef and staff have gone to great lengths to showcase this Latin American dining experience. The Barramundi was by far my favorite on the menu, although that is relative among the 7-course meal. Everything we tried was knock your socks off delicious. I love the quiet dining room, with a chance to visit with others sitting near you at the chef's counter. Their fermentation program is second to none. One thing that always makes a meal memorable is the service. The Bruto team takes care of everything and knows just about everything food or drink wise. The menu was recently refreshed and it shows. The mushroom paella was loaded and perfectly cooked, the burrata was a solid start, and the Turkish pizza with halloumi was a surprise standout. The poached cod was also great, especially the sauce. The drinks were just as strong. The L5 margarita with salt foam was really good, and even the frosé, which I usually skip, worked perfectly here. The vibe is a big part of it. The downtown views are hard to beat and the patio is easily one of the better ones in the city. Inside also feels intentional and well designed. Service was excellent. Avery was our server and it was her first day, which you wouldn't have guessed. Carl and Mark also made the experience feel smooth and welcoming. For dessert, the Lisbon chocolate cake and Turkish kunefe were both great. The Basque cheesecake and lobster salad also stood out and had those memorable bites that stick with you. I assume seating on the other side would give you a view of the mountains but we didn't explore. For the food, we just ordered 2 starters: eggplant fries and patatas bravas. The potatoes were dry and starchy and not crispy like I would hope and expect for the dish, would not order again. The eggplant fries on the other hand were amazing - crispy with a sweet glaze and perfectly tender on the inside. I would come back just for these fries. The seafood dishes looked and smelled amazing as we saw other tables get them and I'd come back to order other dishes just because the views, drinks, and service were so great.

It was pretty busy on a Friday night, but we were told that a few customers did not show for their reservation so we lucked out. The hostess was friendly and gave us the option of a booth or the bar. We chose the bar. Corsica has almost what I would call a modernized vintage decor, with high ceilings, brick walls, and interesting light fixtures. It was kind of a stylish warehouse. Upon being seated, we were greeted right away by the bartender who took our drink orders. I chose the Wolfpack, a salty and sweet bourbon cocktail, and my friend chose the Tiki Baby, a tequila cocktail with fruit flavors. Both were delicious and meticulously made. We ordered about four tapas to start with. They honestly came out almost too quickly, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they came out even before out cocktails were prepared. They did get one of our items wrong, but corrected it by allowing us to keep it at no charge. The food was great, but I liked some items more than others. The stuffed dates were probably my favorite. I was slightly disappointed in the caulini, as it is wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. Despite the food coming out quickly, we didn't feel rushed at all. We sat for a long time, and ordered more drinks, and a couple more tapas. I felt very European, as we ended out meal with wine and cheese.
