I will start by saying that this business was delightful to deal with and I will be 100% coming back. There were a couple of misses but they were mostly preference things and that happens when you are trying to figure out what your favorite things are at a new place. I wanted crab rangoon and I wanted to get my kids to try something new. Asian Corner has some delightful american chinese favorites so I gave it a go. I initially started by ordering online via yelp but I always wonder if there are surcharges so I called to place my order instead. The phone ordering experience was simple and pleasant and the stated wait was only 20 min. I ordered crab rangoon, potstickers, chicken drunken noodles, chicken red curry, and lo mein. I clearly stated that the lo mein was for kids and I wanted nothing but noodles and sauce and the woman on the phone was very nice and understanding and gave me no grief. When I arrived for pickup I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the inside of the restaurant was. It's not in a super high class location so I expected a basic carry out experience. It was very clean, nicely but simply decorated, and just generally felt good. I will definitely be coming back to eat inside. Only one person was at the counter and he helped me quickly and with great service. I found that my bill was the same as it would have been via online yelp ordering, so no surcharges for ordering online. The very nice man at the counter seemed very worried that he notices that the top of my paper bag tore when he removed the receipt. He reminded me twice to be careful picking it up and offered me a plastic bag. When I got home I found that my food was all correct, exactly how I ordered it and packed neatly. The crab rangoon were perfect, crispy, creamy, and not strongly flavored with anything, just like I like them. They came with an interesting vinegar based sauce that I really enjoyed. The potstickers were not loved by my kids. They seemed to be wrapped in egg roll wrappers instead of wonton wrappers like the kids are used to. I think they tasted good but the different texture threw the kids off and they didn't eat as many as I hoped. I may try the steamed dumplings next time instead. The lo mein was exactly as I ordered, just sauce and noodles. The kids liked it and were so happy not to have to pick anything out. They didn't notice but I noticed a faint fish-sauce flavor. I think this is to be expected with thai food since that's a staple of pretty much everything but it did taste different than your garden variety lo mein, so please be aware. The kids didn't complain but it's not my favorite flavor so I would not order again for myself. They were a thumbs up to order again from the kids. I felt like possibly my spice levels were mixed up between the noodles and the curry, but it was not significant. The curry was ordered at a level 1 and the noodles at a level 2 and I felt that the curry was a little hotter. Both were so good and such a nice tingly burning level of spice. I may very well have ordered wrong but I did expect the noodles to be spicier than the curry. I would not go over a level 2 unless you know for sure what you're doing. The drunken noodles were perfect and I will absolutely order them again. The curry was a little thinner than I have had at some other thai places but the flavor was delicious, and I just ate it with a spoon out of a bowl like soup. The curry came with a very small order of white rice. I would have probably preferred a larger size but it was fine. I had a delicious dinner and found a new great place! I just wish they had Crying Tiger on the menu because that is my absolute favorite. read more

I've been wanting to try the food from Asian Corner, because I had ONLY heard great things. I'd never had Pad Thai before, but it was delicious, sweet and spicy! Like most Asian restaurants, they offer levels of spice to suit your taste! There was an issue with a delivery service, but the owner made my order and called me directly to let me know. The young lady manning the counter could also not have been more kind. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Asian Corner. Give this small business a try. You WON'T be disappointed! read more

Food was a 4, service (first impression) was a 1 of 5. When I came in, there was no one to greet me, so I started heading for a table. I abruptly get stopped by a girl, who without a smile or saying hello, tells me that she'll be giving me the table. No smile or eye contact, she leads me towards a table. As we are walking, I ask her to please give me a larger-size table, to which she responds that all their tables are the same size. I point to her that here are rectangular tables that are larger and that here are square tables that are smaller. In response, the girl gives me a mad look and then breaks out the fakest laugh and smile ever. Disgraceful and unwelcoming. Afterwards, I got served by a guy who was more friendly. Everything is always delicious. I've ordered red curry, drunken noodles, spicy basil fried rice... all delicious. The crab Rangoon is not too sweet, which is how I like it, and their sweet and sour sauce is the BEST I've ever had. Must be made in store. I also ordered the mango sticky rice and it was soooo good. Legit! This place was delicious. I travel for work, they delivered to the hotel which was great and the food was super tasty. I had the drunken noodles with chicken, dumplings and tom yum soup. The only thing I'd say is use a bit of caution when considering the spice. I like spicy food but the "medium" was a strong "medium." For some perspective, I'd give sriracha like a 4/10. We enjoy Asian Corner about once a week for dine-in or takeout. The owner is very friendly, the service is prompt, and the space is welcoming and clean. We also like the background jazz music. We have tried most of the menu items, and they are all well-prepared and delicious. You can adjust the heat level to your preference (1-5). What a fun little place hidden away basically at the intersection of 44 and 141. It's in that first decent sized strip mall on the east side of 141... tucked away a bit, but worth the effort to find. If you turn east as if you're going to the furniture store you'll be on the backside of this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the food, and appreciated the personal attention throughout our date night visit. We started with the crab rangoon... the hubs had a craving. Nothing super special there, but they were hot, fresh, and the dipping sauce was nice. Not the horrible bright red gloppy stuff that is more usual. I then had the spicy basil stir fry and it was delicious! I would have liked a bit more heat as I was asked on a scale of 1-5 where would I like my dish prepared and I said 4, meaning almost all the way hot. It was more like a 2, meaning I offered to share with my hubs who has very little heat tolerance. Nevertheless, the dish was good with crisp-tender peppers, sweet onions, and a sauce that was flavorful without being syrupy. I will admit I ordered a Thai iced tea, which was a mistake for me as it was overly sweet, but then again, I didn't really know what to expect there, and now I do. Thankfully my hubs, bearer of a major Sicilian sweet tooth, loved it, so it was not wasted. Alas, I cannot remember the name of the dish my husband ordered, but he quite enjoyed it. The sauce was rich and garlicky. One thing I noted as a positive was that the portion sizes were not overly massive. There was enough there - just not grossly too much. I know... I can pack it up for later, but reheated is never as good. Next on my list to try for a return visit: the cold beef salad, and noodle soup. I'm also confident my first grader would also be able to find something here that he would eat. The dining area is small, but not super busy on a Saturday evening at 7pm. Noticed Asian Corner was close. We ordered two appetizers and two entrees. Upon arrival the food was ready as promised the modern modest restaurant has great eye appeal. Friendly easy checkout. Got home and the food was still warm. The small veggie egg rolls were nice and crunchy as were the crab Rangoon. The dippy sauce was tart and sweet. Yum. 4 to an order. I had green curry with chicken that was a 4 on the restaurants 1 to 5 scale. Just right. Wife's stir fried veggies with beef was tasty as well and a mild 2. I can't wait to go back. I live nearby and found these folks on a Next Door recommendation. Wow! Excellent menu selection and very reasonable prices. I ordered carry out and my order was at the counter when I arrived. First off, was very impressed with the freshness of the ingredients and full flavors of the sauce and beef. i ordered Spicy Basil Beef with a spice level of 4 to be safe and had a nice heat to it, little forehead beading but not the overwhelming heat. They included a small cup of the spicy chili oil just in case I wanted to go for the 5 but I saved it for another day. The Crab Rangoon were cooked perfectly and the cooking oil was clean. Miso soup was flavorful and had quality tofu chunks. The owner is proud of his ingredients and the quality shows through in his dishes. I will be back and hope to make my way through the entire menu! read more

Chicken Fried Rice, spice level 2 (my daughter ordered this. She wouldn't have wanted it any spicier.) Chicken stir fried with vegetables, spice level 2 (my husband's order. He wouldn't have wanted it any spicier, either. He really enjoyed this. He said he'd order it again.) Red curry with chicken, spice level 3 (me! I don't think I've ever had curry before. I would definitely get this again. It's kind of like a stew or soup. The rice was delivered separately and I added it to the curry. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be served or not, but I thought it was delicious. The spice level was just right for me. Nice heat, but not uncomfortable.) We had our order delivered. They have outside pick up spots and they deliver food to your car in a timely manner. They wear masks and the staff is nice. The food was great, I loved the salmon fried rice the most, it will be my favorite to order in a future. I recommend ordering with them. Just back from a trip to Bangkok and a Chiang Mai cooking school, I did not expect to be impressed. I used to love this place until one visit my wife and I came in with our kids and we were rudely greeted by I'm assuming the owners wife. We didn't care about her attitude so we stayed and ordered what we usually get. Before we got our food we noticed and unusual amount of bugs flying in the restaurant. Once we had gotten our food and started eating my wife noticed that there were bugs in her food. I then look at my food and notice bugs in my food. Then I checked my kids food and noticed bugs in their food as well. My wife didn't want to say anything but I notified the owner and wife. The wife immediately gave us attitude and questioned where the bugs were. I was still going to pay for the food but the owner was nice enough to comp our meal.
