Delicious. The Japanese selection is more extensive but I come here for the Chinese food. It is on point. Well presented, well cooked and delicious. This time around I ordered the Kung Pao with white rice and a side of egg roll. The chicken and veggies were cooked to perfection with the right amount of spice. We were a little skeptical about the sushi in this place since it was in Hialeah and they also sell Chinese food. I will tell you that we were pleasantly surprised. This is by far the best sushi restaurant in the area. The portions are big and economical (about 10-13 dollars). One roll is more than enough for one person. We ordered the Yummy roll and the Pink Lady roll. For those of you that like raw fish, go with the yummy roll. The freshness of this roll is amazing. For those you how like cooked rolls, go with the Pink lady. The Pink lady is torched and saw a smoky tastes that's unlike anything else. I came here with a friend for lunch the other day since it was near her house and she said the food is really good. We ordered the sushi and my husband got the general tso's chicken Lunch portion. He said it was really good. After seeing his meal I wanted some of it too. I could tell that the place has a local following which to me is a major plus. It was the night of Chinese New Years and obv has the biggest craving for fried rice. Living in Hialeah, I searched on Yelp for top rated Chinese fried rice and this spot popped up! Ordered takeout and they were extremely nice. The restaurant is very cute and modern for its location! The fried rice was fulfilling and wasn't too heavy on sodium. I got the house special, extra Yums! Also got the sushi dinner with 3 different rolls and side of miso soup. The miso soup was so blah, barely any spice. The rolls were okay... not the best. Any of my friends on Yelp know that I am a faithful customer to a sushi spot in Miramar... that is, until their service began to seriously lack. They are so so so rude! ....Not this spot! The owner is lovely- he is so friendly and seems to remember all his customers. I've dined in a few times but I usually order take-out. Th time I dined- in he sat next to my and my best friend and started talking to us and really creating this great relationship with his customers. I never see establishments like this anymore! I love when people are so personable like that! When I walked in last night for take-out he asked me how I was and how my friends was! (My best friend that is always with me and so happened to be with me when I last visited them). I love their service here! 10 stars for that! This may sound like such a plain roll to be in love with, but, they make their Spicy Tuna roll so so so well! I love it, i believe it is because they add cilantro. The cilantro gives it a great flavor! It is one of my all time favorite rolls to date. Also, I am what you call a "sauce person"- I love me some spicy mayo and they are not stingy with it. This place is a hidden gem. We've actually gone 2 more times before I was able to write this review and each time the food was spot on. It appears to be a family run business with only one waitress who is this cute tiny little woman, with a tiny little voice. The food is delicious, I usually order a side of spicy mayo with my sushi rolls but the rolls were perfect just the way they were. The chef is kind and you can tell that he really puts his heart into each meal. He came over each time to check in on his work and he really values your opinion. You have to get the beef tataki it's delicious and the ponzu sauce is homemade and just pure amazingness. Will definitely come back again! read more

The sushi here is one of my favorites. I get a Crab Salad Roll and it is delicious with some eel sauce. It is always made with lots of love. My best friend usually gets a Spicy Tuna Roll which she also loves (with lots of Spicy Mayo because she LOVES sauce) or the Honey Chicken & Fried Rice Combo with an Egg Roll (which brings a lot of chicken and a large side of honey dipping sauce) This is one of the few places that I order takeout from and don't have a problem with giving out extra sauces. I've ordered delivery/take-out from Asian Garden at least 5 times now. I've never actually eaten at the restaurant so I can't vouch for their service from that perspective. My biggest annoyance with them is that it's sometimes hard to get through when you call. Normally I have to try calling 5-6 times because the line is always busy. For sushi in Hialeah, this place is pretty good. I've tried a variety of their rolls and they taste fresh and delicious. My favorite rolls are their Spicy Tuna, Miami Heat, Pink Lady, and their basic JB roll. Their Dynamite Appetizer is also pretty tasty. I have ordered for delivery, dined in and the quality and tastiness of the food has NEVER failed. The customer services is FANTASTIC! I order from different locations in Hialeah, one being all the way on the East side but they have been nice enough to deliver all the way there! Hidden gem of Hialeah. You'll notice the difference in taste and ingredients immediately. The Chinese rice is spot on and the sushi is akin to Sushi Sake. The owners should be charging more for the food but I guess they're not out here to try to hustle you like their competitors. You really can't beat the price here at Asian Garden!! All of their Japanese and Thai food come in big portions and cooked to perfection. I have both dined here and ordered take out, and have always been satisfied with the quality. Honestly speaking, I would only eat their sushi every once in a blue moon just because I've had better, but none the less they have a lot of variations and at a competitive price compared to Sushi Sake or Sushi Maki. Such a great sushi spot in the middle of Hialeah Gardens! All the food I've had there is really good, but my go-to sushi roll is the Pink Lady roll. It's torched at the top so it's not a cold sushi roll, which I normally like, but it's so satisfying cause it's warm! Their hot and sour soup is so yummy if you enjoy a little spice in your life. Prices are fair, and the sushi is always fresh. I have spent many a night in Hialeah craving delivery of something other than cuban food or pizza. The options are minimal but this place is a decent alternative for for when you can't stomach another frita or pizza pie. I ordered delivery on a Saturday night in. We got a JB roll, chicken curry, and the shrimp hibachi. The JB roll was solid and came with plenty of salmon and cream cheese and seemed pretty fresh. My curry had great flavor and the onions and peppers were caramelized perfectly but I usually like my curry with a bit more heat. I wonder if next time I can request it come a bit spicier. The curry itself was a really great portion but the white rice that accompanied it was very small and I'm gonna have to make more at home for my leftovers. My mom really liked her shrimp hibachi and it came with a bunch of vegetables that were crisp and cooked perfectly. The thing about this place is that it's kinda impossible to get through on the phone. I called maybe 20 times before I stopped getting a busy signal. That's mostly why I've given it 3 stars. The delivery itself once we did manage to order was prompt and the charge wasn't bad at all. All in all, this is a solid option if you live close by and are loathe to change out of your pajamas. read more

Normally Yelp can be trusted, but how does this place have 4.5 stars?? Had the pleasure or unpleasant experience of visiting this joint for lunch recently. Ordered Lo Mein and General Taos chicken with fried rice + Eggroll. The Lo Mein was a rubbery tasteless meal. The fried rice was a scrap of leftover junk that was recycled and stepped on before being served to me with extra dirt seasoning. You get the picture Being that it is located across the street from a hospital, I can understand why. We just adore this place. My brother in law was telling us for a while that we should try it and it exceeds my expectations. Food is so delicious that even when you're full you want to keep eating, sushi is not fanci but it is very well prepared and the price is super cheap, the fried rice is delicious and the portions are plentiful, one portion for one person is enough for two.
