I got a to-go order and really liked the presentation of the soup in one of those nifty plastic containers (they're sturdy! Yay no spills). I love how the veggie tofu broth was not salty, the veggies were cooked to perfection (not soggy), and the tofu was nice and firm. For the entree I liked the sound of the peppered steak + vegs so went with that and can't go wrong with rice!! Great flavor and really appreciate how it wasn't over the top salty. But tonight left a bad taste in my mouth bc I ordered online at 4:45 and the email confirmation said it would be delivered at 5:45. I waited till 6p to call bc I know traffic can be awful. They said the manager would call me back and he did and they asked if I called it in or online and I said online. They wanted to know how online and I said through your website. We usually will carry out our order and our food is always ready quickly. The people who work here are polite and friendly as well. Wow! A actual restaurant of this type that has fried rice that tastes closer to what I was getting in my youth. As you know, most of these restaurants have gone over to serving a yellow rice. Kind of generic and even bland in some respect. This one by far tastes more authentic. Tell them to add a scrambled egg and scallions and you are pretty much there. The egg rolls actually taste like egg rolls with actual pork inside. My General Tso chicken actually had that lite crispiness and heat symbolic and authentic. The fried rice had no egg, carrots, or peas, just rice, soy sauce, and onion. No seasoning on the beef or chicken. The chicken was literally just boiled or something. Portions were big. It is nice that they offer different types of Asian foods and it is also nice that they deliver to our home(for a $15 dollar minimum). They also give you tons of white sauce which was a big positive for me. However, the last time we ordered from here we were not too pleased. The Japanese style dish was okay, some of the chicken was a bit chewy but veggies were great. The Chinese dish was not that good. Can't speak for delivery but ordering on Chownow for pick up works without a hitch. Now whatever Chinese/Japanese takeout spot you've been ordering from previously stop and start getting your food from here. I've ordered twice now and so far the food is consistent with taste and quality. The Chinese tastes fresher, and flavorful compared to the other takeout spots. Seriously try this place out and it'll surprise you just how better the Chinese food is. Now on to the Japanese Hibachi. Tsunami's is just down the road and while I won't go as far as saying this place is better but for a takeout spot it comes very close. Hibachi taste fresh and the portions are big and the sushi is on the same level. They even give you a lot of white sauce unlike other takeout places that only give you one of those small little sauce containers that of course is never enough. If the quality remains the same this will continue to be my go to neighborhood Chinese/Japanese spot. read more

I got steamed shrimp, broccoli, and steamed white rice. I also got two shrimp rolls, I am not so big on the thick breading they use for their eggrolls, but they were filled with yummy vegetables and shrimp so I just emptied them out onto my plate!
