This is my FAVORITE place to get takeout. Delicious egg drop soup, mei fun, and lo mein!!! Yum! Quick and speedy delivery and friendly staff who will always call if there is any issue. I would recommend this place VERY highly!

Hot and spicy chicken and hot and sour soup

Hands down the best Asian dish around. Hot and spicy chicken and it is perfect every time. We've never had a bad dish here, and we've been coming for about 8 years now. Great value for lunch, and they are always so kind! Hot and sour soup is perfect- sometimes I get slimy hot sour soup at other places- not here! I drive 20 miles just to have their hot and spicy chicken. Fresh jalepeños, peppers, chili's - amazing!!! I wish there was smell-o-vision!

We ordered delivery and really enjoyed it! I ordered a beef dish with vegetables (a teriyaki bowl) and their beef skewers are fantastic!

They're all served with fish sauce and fresh veggies. I also love their super bowls that you can order with chicken, tofu, shrimp, or pork. They're served over vermicelli noodles and fresh veggies. They're a little pricey, but it's great food! The dish I would not order again is the flaming soup. It's described as a hot and sour soup in a flaming pot with shrimp and vegetables. We ordered it to try something new, but didn't care for the pineapple pieces in the soup. Service is always great regardless of whether you're getting food to go or dining in. Youngs Cafe has a very casual vibe and it's always busy so be prepared for a little wait time during the typical dinner times.

From the moment we walked in - I'm recovering from recent shoulder surgery and dressing isn't easy so I didn't look my best - I discreetly asked the hostess if it was ok for me to come in looking kinda grungy and she sweetly told me I looked cute. Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We now have our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food was great and the service was very friendly!

This is one of my favorite spots in Fort Collins specifically for a few of their options…read more Their pho is fantastic. I'll usually come here when I'm craving pho. It's served with all of the toppings (plenty of bean sprouts, fresh jalapeños, Thai basil, and lime). The broth is flavorful. They have small, medium, and large serving sizes, but even the small is a generous portion. I usually get the steak pho. I've also ordered the steak pho as a to-go meal and they package everything perfectly so you can assemble your pho at home with the steak not being overcooked. They also provide hoisin sauce and sriracha with your to-go meal. Absolute perfection :) Another favorite is the combo noodle bowl with tofu. The tofu seems to be grilled and is one of the best tofu dishes I've found in FoCo. It's served with vermicelli noodles, plenty of fresh ingredients like cilantro, cucumbers, and carrots. They also serve their house fish sauce to drizzle over the noodle bowl. The combo noodle bowl includes an egg roll that's perfectly crispy and flavorful. I also recommend the banh mi with pho broth; One of the best soup and sandwich combos. The banh mi is big so I've usually eaten about half and saved the second half for a later meal. It's absolutely delicious with the fresh jalapeños, cilantro, and pickled vegetables which lighten up the sandwich. The service here is always great. I've always been seated right away and the servers are attentive, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of seating, but only indoor seating is available. The vibe here is pretty casual and there's not much that stands out about it, but the food is great and the space is pretty chill so it's a great place to meet with friends and/or co-workers.

I easily found a spot in the parking lot and my son and I were welcomed in and seated. We ordered our beverages, Fanta for him and hot jasmine tea for me. We ordered our food at the same time as our beverages. Unfortunately for us, there were two large tables that had just put in their orders. I understand that would make it busy in the kitchen. It took 25 minutes for our beverages to come and then another 40 minutes for our food to come out, so I asked for to go boxes and the check when the food came. We ate some of our dinner then packed the rest to have later so we would make it to the concert on time. We both got drunken noodles. My son got his with chicken, mild and I got mine with shrimp, spicy. They were delicious. I appreciate that we could just walk up to the register when it was time to check out so that we could speed on our way. Though timing was an issue, the food itself was great and I would go back.

Her recommendations to try anything here are spot on. The food was A1. We had a soup bowl Koi-sho (sp?) with beef, a chicken Thai basil stir fry, crab cheese, and spring rolls. We only regret we can't return in the near future, because we don't live in Colorado. It was completely worth the trip across town from our hotel to enjoy authentic food. The ingredients were fresh, the sauces were put together with expertise, the presentation was just right. I thought the spice level of 1 was perfect--heat that didn't overwhelm the other flavors. My husband didn't complain about his level 2. He thought it was great, but he wouldn't go higher. The restaurant itself is basic tables and chairs, but each table has a beautiful live flower rooting in water. Everything looked and felt clean.

Anyway, somewhere I'd heard relatively good things, so I stopped in for take-out when I found myself on this side of town. It was well into the dinner hour but the place was relatively empty - just a couple of people at one table. In retrospect, I should have taken this as a sign. I ordered one of my go-to dishes - pad see ew - and decided to try the fried tofu as an appetizer. I am struggling to find anything positive to say, so I'll just give it to you straight. The pad see ew had barely any broccoli, which to me is essential to the dish. I ordered it with beef - they used steak, but it was cut into tiny pieces and tough - cooked too fast and too well done most likely. The tofu was deep fried hard - as in there was a really hard crust - and it was packaged with absolutely no garnish, just the hard blocks of tofu and a container of sauce. I'm not sure if they've recently changed ownership or if I caught them on a bad day - it just seems weird to me that my experience was so contrary to all of the other reviews. I may give them another chance, but I can't say that I'm going to hurry back.
