    Spicy Beef Udon
    Alex H.

I think if you're looking for American beef stew, this is what you should order. I'm from Las Vegas and the beef udon there is $12. This is $18 and tastes nothing like beef udon. It took forever to come out so I didn't send it back and hoped for the best despite all the additions. There is carrot, onion, cabbage, broccoli, a fully cooked boiled egg??? And tons of pepper to choke on and no spice. The sushi was alright: 5/10 for the sushi. Service took a while.

Service is great, ambiance is superb and food is good!! Our server did really great and we are so happy with her service!

    Three roll lunch special
    Becki H.

This is a great spot for lunch specials! I always go for their three roll lunch combo which includes complimentary miso soup, and a choice of three rolls - there are eleven options you can pick from. I was greeted and seated in a booth by the window immediately when I arrived, ordered a hot green tea and enjoyed the people watching while I waited for my three rolls. Miso soup came out first - they serve it as a sipping soup without a spoon which was perfect to cradle in my hands on a chilly day. The avocado roll, spicy tuna and asparagus tempura roll came out soon after and I dug in. Everything always tastes fresh and clean - the avocado was perfectly ripe, the spicy tuna had a nice kick, and the tempura asparagus was crispy and delicate. My server was the only one working the floor and did a wonderful job of checking in on all of the tables and making sure everyone had what they needed so no one felt forgotten. When I'm looking for friendly service, fresh food and a solid deal, you'll find me here for lunch!

We've been coming to this restaurant for years and they deserve a better rating than this. They have a decent variety of sushi, ramen and Korean dishes. Their prices are fair and their servers are friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is trendy, but you'll feel comfortable in shorts and a tshirt. Our regular dishes are the JeJu bento box, ramen and Korean BBQ. The food is fresh and the portions are full.

A magical restaurant located just off the charming Fort Collins College Ave. Every time I visit Jeju the service is warm/welcoming (like family), the food is fresh, and I walk out in high spirits. Definitely recommend! + it's great for business meetings +the owner is awesome

    Budae Ramen
    Onvara A.

My sister and I came here for dinner with some friends. It was pretty busy that night, but luckily we were able to get a table in 20 minutes. Service was a little slow, but it was understandable and they still refilled our water glasses a couple of times. We shared the Budae Ramen (creamy, spicy chicken broth with two fried gyoza, fried spam, boiled egg, napa cabbage, carrot, mushroom and green onion) and the Katsu Donburi (crispy, panko encrusted chicken cutlet infused with soy broth, egg and onions, served on top of rice). My favorite of the two dishes was the Budae Ramen! The broth was really different (creamier) than what I was used to, but it was delicious. I loved all of the toppings as well. The katsu was good, but a little better after we re-fried it at home to crisp it up again. I really liked the onion and sauce that soaked into the rice. The portions were enormous! We had enough leftovers to feed us for a couple of extra meals.

    Baked Green Mussels

Quite honestly, pretty incredible. Dani, our server, was attentive and knowledgeable. My friend and I got an order of steamed gyoza, baked green muscles, spicy salmon roll, california roll (with masago), Yami Yami roll (the one with the tempura crunch bits on top), and Samurai roll (the one with the salmon/eel). For it being Fort Collins, I've honestly got no complaints. Prices are pretty fair given that Sushi Jeju is located in Old Town. $83.74 (pre-tip total) for two appetizers and four rolls is a heck of a deal. Definitely will come back.

Asparagus tempura, kobocha squash, salmon roll

JeJu has really great staff and the restaurant is clean. However, the sushi is really not good. Plain and simple. The fish and rice aren't fresh, and the sushi falls apart so easily no matter what roll you get. They do have good drink options. Also, their miso soup and spicy edamame are definitely good. The location of this restaurant is fantastic. I just wish they would step up their game with the food. I've been here many times over the years and I keep asking myself why I keep going back.

We have always experienced excellent service and delicious food! The sushi is great, and the pineapple curry is actually better than what can be found at most of the Thai restaurants in town (and that's saying a lot!). I don't understand how their ratings got so low. It actually makes me suspicious of the rating system and it's susceptibility to being used as a means of personal retaliation. Drinks were on point, and the little details in the atmosphere (lighting, ambiance, layout) made it feel special. For food, we kept it simple but tasty: fries and their edamame bowl with cocktails. Both hit the mark -- the fries were crisp and fun, and the edamame bowl was a smart choice for a lighter, shareable app. We didn't get sushi this visit (so I can't weigh in on that), but for what we had the experience was solid. The patio upstairs is a standout: great for a friend date or casual hang, especially if you're looking for something more upbeat. Service for us was attentive and friendly, which added to the good vibes. If I were to suggest one improvement: I'd like to try more of the main menu next time (especially sushi or a full entree) to get a full sense of what they offer. But for now, I'd absolutely recommend this place for drinks + apps with friends in Fort Collins. We'll be back.

It took more than a few minutes to be greeted/served. The waitress didn't ask if we wanted any additional drinks. We were happy to wait for the ramen and the sushi, but my salad (which was removed from the bill after i asked) never came, and it was a 15 minute wait for a bowl of miso soup. By the time we ended up getting the soup, then another 20 minutes for the entrees, most of the restaurant had cleared out, and we were one of two tables left. The waitress never filled or asked to refill our waters, had to be flagged down to get the check, and took a long time to actually run our card. Didn't sit well with me. I understand there were only three on the floor, but if that is their standard lunch rush, they need to hire additional help. The food was fine. No one got food poisoning, but my party and I agreed we'd all had the same dish done better elsewhere. Had a huge problem with the sake descriptions as well. The one we got was described as "fruity and full bodied". Takes one sip and a google search to figure the main flavor is umami. I hope the next time I come to visit, they have picked it up, however, I doubt I will be making a return trip

The gyoza came out perfectly pan-seared -- crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. That dipping sauce had just the right balance of salty, tangy, and savory. You could easily crush two orders without trying. The pork belly steamed buns were next-level. Soft, pillowy buns wrapped around rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. The balance of fat, sweetness, and sauce was perfect. Messy in the best possible way. And then the star -- the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was deep, creamy, and packed with flavor -- that slow-simmered richness that tells you it was done right. The noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork was tender and seasoned beautifully.
