Warning: I reviewed this place in its first week of opening. I hope that it gets better. The concept is good but they really need to work out some of the problems with it. First of all, if you are expecting a place to wait on you, this isn't it. You order yourself on a screen which isn't a problem but I had to order for my family as they were confused. On top of that, like another reviewer said, the only flavor is salt. My friend's fried rice bowl was rice and a little bit of cilantro. No egg, no carrots, just a bowl of greasy rice. Add-ons are 50 cents. Well, 50 cents gets you 3 quarter sized pieces of broccoli. My salad was the size of a softball for $10 and it was basically the asian mix stuff you get in the bag at the grocery store (lettuce, carrot, red cabbage) And for $10, especially at a place that stylizes itself as fast lunch food... Very overpriced. The base price is not bad but it doesn't come with much and you have to pay extra to add everything on. Its definitely not authentic Thai food. I'm really loving this concept! I notice all of the cool details and branding like the eco-friendly products. You can see and taste that they use quality ingredients here. In all fairness I have only had the chicken noodle salad bowl, but every time it is great! So fresh and flavorful. Love that you order via the computer POS and the team is always super nice. I love the modern decor. My only recommendation is to revisit the Thai coffee recipe. Perhaps I was expecting it to be similar to a traditional Vietnamese coffee. This one wasn't very creamy and tasted too sweet for me. I think it's all about personal preference though. I loved the Thai tea when I ordered it. If you are dining for lunch I recommend coming before 11:30am or after 1pm because the lunch rush makes parking really challenging in the area. I will definitely be back! read more

I've been a couple times now and I took my Dad with me. He is a picky one to please. Our ENJOYMint (pun intended) had us taking a detour on the way from a funeral of all things! It is quite a distance from our neighborhood but it is totally worth the detour! I had the Fire Noodle bowl and it was just as flavorful as it was the first time I tried it! My Dad got the Fried Rice with grilled chicken skewers.The portions are really big and leftovers are great the next day. I also got the steamed dumplings. Sometimes they can be chewy if not done just right but these melted in my mouth. I didn't get a beverage the first time around but on this visit got tea and my Dad had beer. He fell in love with the beer. So much so, I went all over town trying to find it. Alas, we had no choice but to get it there! They allowed us to take out 2 6-packs! WOO HOO! The to-go bowls are great for storage and we have racked up a few now. EnjoyMint is in a great spot for the UTD students. They offer a lot of specials for the college crowd. They are open late enough to grab food after class. I wish I would have had a place like this when I was in school! I'm pretty confident we will return again and again. I visited EnjoyMint on the day it opened and have continued to come back during my rather short stays in Dallas. It's location, next to both Torchy's and Snuffers, offers a different experience than your typical franchise options in the Campbell and 75 area. I typically go for a bowl of fried rice, which features skewers of the meats of my choice. The skewers sit atop of the bowl, allowing me to "portion" my food as I go, of some sorts. This restaurant is a branch of Asian Mint, a place where my family typically visits every Friday. Always happy to visit both restaurants and expect wonderful customer service as well as delicious food. :) read more

My children ordered fried rice with steak (pretty good), white rice with fried chicken (surprisingly flavorful), noodle soup with grilled shrimp (oh, so good that soup!), and I got the salad (carrots, kale, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, cabbage, I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting something else) with grilled shrimp.
