My original appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 12. On August 11, I received a call asking me to move my appointment to 12:45 PM because Le had an appointment that she could not move. I had the time available, so I accommodated the change even though I found it unprofessional to have my appointment moved because of the technician's personal scheduling conflict. Then, on the morning of August 12, after I had already gotten ready and planned my day around the 12:45 appointment, I received a text saying my appointment was now at 1:30 PM. I had plans with a friend immediately afterward, so that time no longer worked for me. I called the salon to figure out what was going on. The employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She put me on the phone with Le, but the conversation was confusing and I was never given a clear explanation for why my appointment had been changed again. When I tried to explain how frustrating and unprofessional this was, the employee became nasty and told me she "didn't have time for this." I told her that they were losing me as a customer and that I would be leaving a review, and she hung up on me while I was still speaking. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a nail salon. I was willing to accommodate the first scheduling change, but changing my appointment again at the last minute, not being able to give me a reasonable explanation, and then treating me disrespectfully when I called was completely unacceptable. It's especially disappointing because I actually liked Le's work and specifically waited for her to come back from vacation. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has completely changed my opinion of the salon. I will not be returning.

The pedicure was nice, but I got a full set of acrylics put on, but he didn't give me any kind of manicure before hand, so my natural nails underneath were left uneven and kind of long, and since he didn't touch my cuticles before applying the acrylics, I have acrylic attached to my cuticle (super painful!) The nails are filed very poorly and uneven, and whenever he got glue/acrylic on my skin around my nails, he just filed it off very aggressive. Over all it was a painful and not very pleasant experience. The facility it's self was very clean and they were polite, just didn't pay much attention to the details and rushed through our appointment.

Holy moly worst nail experience I've ever had. I for one love to pay for a luxury service to be treated like a subhuman piece of garbage. She filed the Polish at the end so now the seal is broken, I have gel all over my cuticles and they are shiny. This is why I do my nails at home and this experience just solidified that choice I constantly make.
