Food & portions are great! Our family loves the chicken fried rice, orange chicken (spicy), the egg rolls, as well as spring rolls. The spring rolls are actually amazing!!! The freshness of the veggies packed inside are delicious!! I have tried spring rolls in the surrounding area (Warminster/Richboro/Langhorne/Holland) which are always so soggy and oily inside. It's quite gross & I can promise I have NOT been back to those places. Asian Palace spring rolls have a few pieces of cut shrimp (nice chunks) that I have to pick out because I'm allergic, but they are soooo darn good and fresh, I'm willing to risk it lol. Their chicken fried rice is tasty & has good amount of carrots, peas and onions. Can't tell ya how many other restaurants have cut corners and dobt put veggies in and to top it off skimp on the chicken. I was highly pleased to see A.P. If I could give a zillion stars I would. Our favorite Chinese restaurant. What I love most is they appreciate your business. Still love a Chinese restaurant that puts out hot tea, noodles and duck sauce the minute you sit down. Today I took 24 ladies to lunch (pre-arranged menu choices). All 24 ladies (some hard to please) enjoyed everything! Courses were timly, food was fresh, hot and generous portions. It was perfect. Bruce, the owner was very accomodating, Alan and Ken took great care of us. They didn't miss a beat. Generals Chicken is all white meat. I enjoy the veg tempura but everything is a good choice. And lots of left overs! Yay! Must end with the pistachio ice cream...our group favorite! read more

I've been meaning to post this review for a while. We used to go to Asian Taste Inn in Huntingdon Valley and noticed a change. Had learned from FB that Bruce had sold and is now at Asian Palace. It is worth the drive to Richboro! Everything is delicious and large portions. The chicken in the General Tso's is white chicken breast and tender. The restaurant is clean and bright with friendly, attentive staff. Definitely recommend! read more

I was out with my 12 year old niece for the day. She picked this restaurant when I asked her where she's like to go for lunch. So this is where we went! It's very nice inside. My niece told me was redone recently. We sat in a booth and the person who waited on us was very nice. I enjoyed a salad with ginger dressing (I love that dressing!) and sushi and my niece had General Tso chicken. She loved it and was happy she had leftovers. read more

I followed Yelpers reviews & headed to Asian Palace for takeout. They prepared my order quickly. The food was still hot when I got home & I was s happy diner! The egg roll was crispy, not greasy, & was filled with tender baby shrimp & pork with fresh vegetables. Their Won Ton soup, (which I ordered mixed with a little Hot & Sour Soup), was excellent. The won ton were plump, juicy, & freshly cooked in the soup. Finally, I thoroughly enjoyed my Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce, a delicious version of one of my favorites. This is now my 'go-to' Chinese restaurant. They accommodated my special requests with a smile. read more

Asian Palace replaced Hong Kong Gourmet in the Richboro Shopping Center a couple of years ago. Same management, but definitely a positive makeover in the dining room and restrooms. The place looks sleek and Asian modern. The cuisine is also significantly improved, with use of higher quality ingredients that appear to have not been frozen before wokking. Beef, chicken, shrimp and flounder were tender and well realized. Our Salt & Pepper Fish was quite tasty and interestingly crisp and flavorful with good peppery finish. Similarly the Beef & Chicken in Orange Sauce was mildly sweet with green and red pepper picking up the amber sauce well. Maybe too much reliance on broccoli to fill the platter, but that is really a matter of cosmetics. Where the kitchen fell short was with their spicier dishes allegedly from the Szechuan recipe book. We found the Garlic Shrimp and Szechuan Chicken to have almost identical tastes, with both too light on the actual garlic and chile pepper content. We searched in vain for garlic cloves in the former and small red chiles or black star pepper in the later. Pretty to behold, but disappointing in realization. Service was friendly and well carried out. While overall a decent meal, the real issue comes from being a fusion house, and trying to be all things to all people. Far better to do only what you can do well without compromise. This palace was not prepared to deliver on true Szechuan cuisine, nor even a strong garlic dish. Better not to offer what you really can't deliver. 3.5 STARS PS. The Egg Rolls were excellent. read more

We were very happy to find out that the owner who sold our favorite, Chinese and Japanese restaurant had reopened at a new location! They are now in Richboro and we were welcomed into the beautiful new restaurant by Bruce like old friends, which is how he greeted many other former regulars as well. Service was wonderful as usual and the food was as good as always. Everyone is given a pot of tea and crispy noodles. Two of us had Sesame Chicken and the other had General Tso's Chicken. We were pretty hungry by the time we received our food so I didn't take photos of our entrees. Sorry! read more

I have been going to Asian Palace frequently for their lunch specials. I always have a difficult time deciding on their Chinese menu or Japanese menu. Their hot and sour soup is my favorite. Their beef dishes have very tender and you can taste the freshness of the fish in their sushi. Wait staff is wonderful and when I had a car issue they let me hang out until I got help. read more

I ordered crab rangoons that were not fried all the way through leaving the inside raw, the Singapore may fun was completely bland and dry, lomaine tasted like cardboard and the kicker was sesame chicken breaded soggy chicken breast drenched in sauce. We have known Bruce ever since we moved into the Huntingdon Valley area in 2005. At that time he and his brother owned Asian Taste in the Justa Farm Shopping Center. Since the sale of Asian Taste, we were hoping that he would open up again in another spot. A chance meeting led to us being informed that he was opening up in an existing restaurant in Richboro. We eager to again dine on the dishes for which his Asian Taste was known for. Since reopening Sept15, 2023, we visited that weekend, and ordered our favorite dishes. We recognized a few of the staff from Asian Taste, and were warmly greeted. Our order consisted of Salt and Pepper Flounder Filets, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Chinese Eggplant in Garlic Sauce. The filets were crispy tender slices of flounder coated in a salt and fragrant pepper tossed with bits of onions and jalapeños. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is a sizeable mound of huge crispy prawns fried in a delicate coating, drizzled in a tangy sweet creamy sauce. The Eggplant was tossed with onions along with green and red peppers in a savory garlic brown gravy. All dishes ready were scrumptious and oh-so filling. takeout order - szechuan dumplings were good. everything else lacked flavor. ordered a general tso combo and asked for extra spicy (ordering online asks for your spice level) and paid extra for plain fried rice (combo comes with pork fried rice and i dont eat pork). the rice i received was definitely pork fried rice so i couldn't even eat it. general tso had no flavor, let alone any spice. it's also pretty pricey compared to similar restaurants in the area. probably won't order again. read more

We have been to Asian Palace twice since it had opened and both times it has been delicious! We got the General Tso chicken and pork lo mein combo platters with fried rice- full of flavor and tender. The second time we got the honey walnut chicken. The chicken is so light and all white meat with great flavor. The dining room renovations are modern and clean. The friendly staff are the same from Asian Taste. The best thing is they are a BYOB. This will be our go to place from now on! read more

It's worth the drive for us from Huntingdon Valley to Richboro to get great food & great service.

Clean. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Pupu platter for 1 was very big. Easily fed 2 people. Not greasy. Chicken chow main fantastic.

Used to be Hong Kong Gourmet. Not sure what the change was exactly- ownership, branding, chef - but I was disappointed in the product. I had hoped it would be as yummy as Hong Kong Gourmet was, but it's not anywhere near the quality it used to be. Wonton soup was flavorless and nothing in the wontons. Chicken had a funky taste in the general tsos, and my food was not hot. The sauce tasted more like bbq. Might give them a few more months to get settled and work out their kinks, but it's not looking too good. Ending on a positive note- Take out service was friendly and quick. read more
