Using cured lemon was a very clever idea as the sauce was not too strong but still had depth; the saffron and turmeric were well balanced. The fish itself was NOT overcooked and flaked perfectly. The vegetables were also executed well and cooked so they could be eaten with the same bite. The star of the show was still the cook on the fish with the wonderful sauce. The Slaw was in a too small plastic cup, and was exhausted long before the flounder. Their homemade tartar sauce was ample for my needs for the broad fish and dipping my fries. I was pleased that neither of the deep fried components left an aftertaste. Clean oil is most appreciated. This was one of the best fast made to order meals I have enjoyed in 2026! The Seared Branzino was okay - there were bites where I had a very fishy taste - and it was a very small piece of fish.
