I was greeted after a moment or two; I asked about the pricing for the foot massages, and then a gentleman gave me the most basic foot massage. You can't really expect to pay an inexpensive price and get right in. If you could, I would be a little worried. Fred's massage was certainly worth the wait. She laid on the table and was given a horrible massage it was a woman that gave a weak massage (which is why we asked for Leo). I called to tell them we want to get a credit. Alice said they will definitely refund our money. I said that wasn't necessary as we go there often - just a credit for a new massage. She said she will do that. If she does take care of this we will change this review to 4 stars as that is the proper response to this. We love both AA and Bamboo creek but sometimes the massage is a bit of a "miss" and we want to help them improve to be better. Hopeful!
