I am new-ish to Ventura and have searched high and low for an amazing nail salon. I wouldn't describe myself as picky, but I was looking for quality and nails that would last. Enter Le's Nails & Spa! I have become a regular customer, getting services from pedicures, hybrid gel manicures, and eyebrow waxing. I have recieved excellent service for all! The prices are reasonable, the quality is excellent, and the customer service is epic! The salon is clean and well cared for! Ask for Aimee or Lilly ( I'm sure everyone is amazing, though!)
I visited the salon for a manicure and was charged an additional fee for a white tip. I was not satisfied with the results and politely asked if they could be corrected. At that point, the staff began speaking in another language, and when the technician returned, she appeared upset that I had requested a fix. I also inquired about cuticle care, but was told there was no cuticle to address and that what I was seeing was only polish. Another staff member then approached with a noticeable attitude and applied a gloss topcoat after I mentioned that it appeared none had been applied. Overall, I felt my concerns were not handled professionally. As a paying customer I feel they should take the time to address your concern and fix it to your liking.
I felt uncomfortable here every step of the way. I do not get my nails done in general, and am very uninformed when it comes to all of the various techniques used these days (gel-x, hybrid, etc) and when I let them know this at arrival and that I had questions, instead of explaining things to me, they took advantage of the situation. At no point while doing my nails did the technician explain what she was doing or why, she didn't ask if I liked the length or thickness (way too thick) and at no point did she ask me which color I wanted. I have so many cuts around my cuticles, and they are raw and tender to the touch. The technician doing my pedicure was extremely difficult to understand as they mumbled at an extremely low volume when discussing which option I would like, telling me no when I asked for the cheapest option, pointing me instead to the 3 most expensive. I chose the cheapest of those 3, and the first time I understood her was when she slammed the menu closed, said there would be an additional $15 for the gel polish on my toes, and went to work. It was the most painful pedicure I've ever had, as her "massage" felt like torture, and despite my oww's and grimace, she did not let up. My left foot is bruised from how hard she rubbed it. The color I chose for my toes, they unilaterally decided was going on my fingers as well. I tried to speak up, but they only spoke amongst themselves other than repeating "nice Valentines nails" with a fake smile. $150 later I look like I already need a fill and I'm still in pain. Never again.

I would usually see Brian and he did an amazing job each time for my fill and I never left disappointed, unfortunately this time I had some younger guy do my fill he seemed like he was not very experienced. My toes were painted unevenly. This was such a disappointment. Will be searching for a new nail salon.
Me & my mom got our nails done by Bella & Andy. We have been getting our nails done here for more than 5 years. We love these nails! Their hybrid gel feels strong but light on the nail & comfortable to wear. They have lots of color options & great costumer service. We love Le's Nails & Spa!
Both nail techs are very nice and genuinely give off good vibes. Jeanny did my toes and they came out ok. The quality of the work on my hand nails though, for Ms. Helen, is sad to say... not the best. A + for the effort and spunky demeanor though. Had she not had a great attitude, I would have absolutely asked for a redo and w/ someone else. Place looked clean. Good customer service. A lot of gossip but overall friendly atmosphere.

Once again, Le's Nail and Spa did wonders on my nails! I showed them some inspiration of what I wanted and both Bella and Arron were determined to do exactly what I wanted. They were kind, efficient, and at such a reasonable price that it is shocking. I highly recommend getting your acrylics done here, they are extremely talented! I will be returning!
I cannot stand the cat eye. It's not a cat eye, and I did my toes and three out of five toes on my right foot. There's no polish on it as of this morning. I got them done Sunday my other foot there's one toe that has no polish I thought you were supposed to use a gel Heather and the cat eye on my hands are ridiculous. I paid a lot of money plus a good tip to be treated disrespectfully talk down to like I'm an idiot and apparently I am you gave me the discount nail polish refuse to do the cat eye on the foot that I wanted, but I'm kind of glad you didn't cause you don't even know how to do the ones on the hands and you made them boxing and weird. I had to go home and reshape my hands cause it was scratching me because all the edges were rough cause I don't want my nails like a box but you know, asking you to do it my way you just ignore me like the numerous times I'm like could you put the little you know crystal jam on the one finger the last three times you just forgot but yeah you talk down to me like I'm an idiot. You're messing with the chair hurting my back the young gentleman next to me felt so bad he's staring at you because you were so rude to me. I just wanted it out. I almost walked when you messed with the chair so bad when I asked you not to touch the chair and you're so rude when you talk to me and yeah you're right when you talk down to me like I'm an idiot. I'm an idiot cause I tipped you $30 to now look at my feet that I haven't done had done in a couple months because of my back injury so you know who I am Heather you know who I am there's my name and so yeah I guess I am an idiot the way you speak to me cause I tipped you 30 bucks but I'll never be back again ever to be talked down to to pay for services that I'm not getting and to be sniffed at you know and it's not the first time you've done it and I'm never gonna wait again. I came in the middle of the week and I got I think I got Mazzy so sweet. Did a great job. Did the French perfect I showed you an actual photo of what I wanted with the cat eye and this looks like crap and I'm looking at my feet three out of five toes have no polish on it not even shipped and I tipped you 30 bucks. I paid $150 well played well played. I'll never be back there again ever don't respond to me and don't call me. You respond to me and ain't gonna go well.

I have been coming here for years and recommend this shop to anyone who asks! Amie is my go to tech but all the nail techs do amazing uniformed work. For the first two years I was coming here I hadn't settled on a particular tech since everyone did great work and their techniques are so uniform that you can't really tell the difference. HOWEVER, Amie has been my go to tech for the past 3 years (5 years strong in total) as she does amazing work and her nails never lift or break! I bring a lot of Pinterest Inspo pics to her and she always replicates them flawlessly! I always leave feeling fabulous and satisfied! They accept walk ins but for more popular techs like Amie, Tracy and Brian you should call ahead to make an appointment because their schedules fill up quick! And for good reason! These are my most favorite sets I've gotten by Amie over this past year! read more

I had a facial wax Sunday with Lili Ann and I have to write that she was exceptional , she treated me with such a delicacy her energy was magical. She has such a about the explained to me how my eyebrows will look, and she's really took her time to make me comfortable and understand how my eyebrows like she took her time to understand me also in what I wanted she did a perfect job with my eyebrows. I asked for an acrylic set, square with bubble bath gel. I came in with blue regular nail polish on. I told the technician it was only polish. The Technician did not remove my blue polish entirely before adding the acrylic and tips. I had to ask for him to remove more of the polish because it looked like I had dirt under my nails. The application of acrylic was very runny. Causing it to crack at the cuticle two days later. The gel was heavily applied. It looked horrible. I soaked them off 5 days later. $70 down the drain. When I soaked them off, I saw I got chloronychia. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. read more
I have been meaning to post a review since we have been getting our nails done here for years and have always received great service and wanted to share our experience, I recommend you make an appointment as sometimes they get extremely busy and wait time can be long if you walk in. Keep in mind that sometimes they do get backed up so be kind and give them some grace as sometimes they can't control clients needs that may require more time than anticipated. In our recent visit we made an appointment with Bella as my daughter wanted detail and design for prom and Bella did not disappoint, she was worth the wait! read more

I have been to Le's many times with no situations and satisfaction. This time around I asked for coffin nails with French tip. The manager of the store was working on my nails and while she was filing she made almost every finger bleed. I asked if there would be a discount. She was very defensive and said she would give me a $4 discount and pay $55. She explained because I wanted skinny nails it was going to bleed. She didn't apologize and continued to ask me for pictures of places that do coffin without bleeding. Even when I showed pictures she disagreed and again said "Because you asked for them skinny the file is going to make u bleed." I've always asked for coffin and never bled when asking for coffin nails. She also continued to use the bloody file on the rest of my nails. She did not get a new file and used the same one. When I came to pay I told her I'd pay $45 or nothing for the poor customer service. She then said "This is the last time we provide service for you." I'm not welcomed back nor do I want to be. Just be careful if you want coffin nails, you'll be paying for bloody nails. The whole situation was so uncomfortable. read more

This was the most painful manicure/pedicure experience I've ever had. Instead of using a cuticle stick, they just use the electric/battery operated nail drill/file, which cuts into your cuticles. it was so painful, I started to perspire. Also, they used dirty tools on me. I could see the residue of previous use on the drill tips and the case they were stored in. The nail file they used was dirty as well. The man who did my pedicure didn't use long, even strokes of the polish brush, and instead dabbed the polish on so it was a rough, uneven finish. My fingers are suffering the most though. Two days later and the skin on the sides of my fingers as well as my cuticles are still really sore and feel cut into and damaged. I said "ouch" a few times and the woman giving me the hybrid gel manicure still continued to be rough and used her dirty tools on me. I would not go there again, ever. read more

Bella is my go to for my nails and pedicures. She does amazing work and is so attentive to whatever is asked of her. I've had pedicures by others in the salon and have never been disappointed here. I've been a client here for almost 8 years now and won't be going anywhere else unless I move. The salon is always clean and relaxing and the prices are reasonable. Quality work. read more
