I came a week ago for a manicure. Today for a pedicure with my bestie. I love how they clearly communicate the prices and how to move my feet. Tammy has very strong hands! Not too much pressure but very good. She was the quiet type but warm and not distant. Lilly did my bestie pedicure and was so cheerful and positive. Very clearly communicated. I really wanted to love this place. I had a nice experience when I walked past and waved Hello and made an appointment. But the actual appointment itself let me down. I'll explain why. When I arrived I had a couple of coats of polish on my nails and they asked me to put my hands into a bowl of acetone and they'd be right back. I waited 20 minutes with my nails soaking in acetone before she came back. I was very concerned as I'd never been told to leave my real nails in acetone that long. I did as I was told and after 20 minutes she came back and painted my nails. The polish looked pretty but the very same day it started to peel off like the kind of polish children use. It all just peeled right off. I kept thinking it was because my nail bed had absorbed so much acetone that the polish literally wouldn't stick. The very next day half of the polish peeled off on its own. The lifting and peeling polish was getting stuck in my hair when I'd run my hands through my hair and just come right off. It's been a week and my nails are just getting worse each day. I am uploading photos to show the damage to my nails which was caused by soaking my nails in strong acetone for 20 minutes. I want them to know that I'm disappointed because I paid $25 plus tip for polish that wouldn't stay on my nails for even 1 day - due to my nail bed soaking up the acetone. Also; my entire nail is disintegrating on each finger due to the harsh acetone stripping my nails of keratin. See image please. I just want them to know, so it doesn't happen in the future to other customers. +1 Stars: for the beautiful paint job. -4 Stars: to damage & polish peeling off on first day. PLEASE DO NOT SOAK REAL NAILS IN THE ACETONE YOU USE FOR REMOVING POLISH FOR 20 MINUTES. My nails are very damaged. read more

Went in 2 to 3 hours before the appointment to schedule for 1 PM for a pedicure I showed up on time for my 1 PM appointment waited 17 minutes. No additional manicurist was available and it was gonna be at least another 15 to 20 maybe 30 minute wait until everyone else was done. I would not recommend this place if you are trying to schedule an appointment during your workday as they will not be on time and will not be able to take you when they said they would. Super unfortunate as this was my first experience with this place . read more

I requested an appointment for a manicure and pedicure but specified on the phone that I wanted Kim to do my manicure (I really liked pictures of nails she had done and wanted chrome gel for the first time and was really excited). I was asked if anyone could do my pedicure and I told them I didn't mind another doing that service. When I got there for my appointment, they asked made sure I could have anyone do both services and I said that I had scheduled the manicure with Kim and pedicure with whoever was free. They said okay and had me start with the pedicure. The woman was nice and I was happy with the service. When it came time for my gel manicure, the same woman (not Kim) started doing my nails and I told her twice that I scheduled with Kim and she just said okay both times (I think there was a language barrier with her). I basically gave up on the fact that I wouldn't have my manicure done by Kim. The woman that did my nails had to call over someone else to fix the shaping of my nails at one point (I wanted almond and the tip was heavily to the left on a couple of nails). The salon looks nice inside, seems clean, and I think I would have been really happy had I had the service with who I asked for. My manicure is fine (some bumps and some overlap on my cuticles). I think if you are just looking for an everyday manicure or pedicure, you'll likely be happy here. read more

I have a wonderful experience at this nail salon every visit! The staff are friendly, professional, and highly skilled. Plus they have a BIG variety of colors. My nails always turn out so good! The salon is clean, relaxing, and they have a snack bar. My good rol techs Wendy for nails and Tammy for pedicures. I've been going to Kim's nails for so many years now, and I wanted to go check out their new location. My first impression was that it looked pretty and modern. When I walked in, I was asked to check in on their check-in screen. Once I checked in, I picked out my color and had a seat in one of their comfortable massage chairs. Lily did my pedicure, and she was really friendly and did a good job. She was great at communicating and making sure that I was comfortable. Wendy did my acrylic nails, and while she did a good job, she did have me wait a long time before she was ready for me, although I had an appointment.
