I've become an avid Padel Tennis novice. The sport is played on an artificial grass carpet with sand sprinkled on it. It's very similar to playing on a clay tennis court I found these Rocket Gell 10 shoes designed for indoor tennis. It's a mix of a herringbone sole with a grippy edge. I called to ask about a model in store and the service rep was very abrupt and rude with me. I understand new models may be asked about a lot or it may be busy in store but as someone who is also in customer service it's very important to remember to be kind and not just hang up the phone. Great customer service! Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable In Getting me the right shoes for my work and running needs. When I first got to the outlets I went straight to this store to replace an old worn pair that I loved. The assistant manager approached me shortly after I got there and informed me my shoe model had been discontinued for a while and showed me a few shoes that looked similar. They were a lot more expensive than my old shoes but she expertly explained the benefits I'd get from the new shoes. I left to think about it and checked out all the other shoe store at the outlet. Four hours later I went back with my wife to get her thoughts and approval and was approached by Michael who helped us find my size and took an assessment of my walk to make sure the model I was thinking about getting was right for my inward rolling walk. They had a great Memorial Day weekend sale and I got a second pair for 80% off. Being from out of town, coming back for a new pair later was very inconvenient so getting a second pair only made sense. As Michael tang me out, April saw me and acknowledged that she remembered me from much 5 hours earlier in the day and mentioned she was happy to see me back. Great touch! I walked out with my new pair of shoes on my feet and being extra impressed at the amazing customer service I got. My feet are loving these new shoes!!! read more

What a great store. I went there looking for specific model of shoe, and after talking to the sales rep, he directed me to a completely different shoe. Then after HE determined my foot type (high or low arches), he showed me the shoe that would be best for me. THEN he explained that if I wasn't happy with the fit after I'd worn them for several days, I could return the shoes for an exchange. That is a great policy! read more

This Asics outlet store is located inside the Las Vegas Premium Outlet stores north. It's been here since I think a year. Although all the other shoe stores (Rack Room, Fabulous shoes, etc.) also sell Asics I like to buy things at the factory store. There's a lot of staff walking around and most of them are very friendly and have a big expertise about the shoes. But like in every store, there's always one out. Last may I was 'helped' by the 'odd one out'. Not very interested, little knowledge. I've started running on Asics but switched to Mizuno a few years ago. Asked the lady if - considering the Asics I wore in the past and the Mizuno's I wore the last few years - she could give me some advice. Here advice was: just try something on. We'll that's no advice for a store that specializes in runnig shoes. Not even if it's an outlet. So minus 1 star. But than again, this week I was looking around for shoes for my hubby and I was excellent taking care of by one of the male employees. So the know how to do it. Hope it's contagious ;). And besides service I can inform you they have a big, modern collection. For my hubby I bought the Nimbus-15 for $129 (I think) and they also had the Nimbus-16 already. In my own country the Nimbus-16 is only on the market for a few weeks. No clue about the price, but for the Nimbus-15 I've paid $228 (including tax) about a month ago. Almost all sizes are available of the shoes on display and beside shoes the have a small collection of running clothes. read more

Went to Nike to look for shoes but it was super chaotic in there and they didn't have my size. Walked past asics and decided to go in because I noticed they were having some really good deals on their women's clothing (sorry! Didn't look at the men's clothes). Leggings were $25, long sleeve thermals $18 and clearance t shirts were $10. The people working were super helpful and the store wasn't very busy. It was also pretty clean. I like how asics shoes are specially made for the way you walk. Just look at their website, I think they say you either are underpronated, overpronated or super... but they also have shoes for neutral as well. Just ask the people working for help picking out the right shoe. I wanted something for work since I'm a nurse and have to be on my feet all day. Asics aren't cheap... they range from $55-200+ and I was going towards a two pairs that didn't have much cushion (and were around $70-85) luckily I told the guy working what I was looking for and he directed me towards their gel cushion shoes. Although they're more expensive, I definitely felt a difference when I wore them. I ended up with a paid of nimbus 18s. What I don't like about asics is that their colors are super funky. They don't have a lot of neutral colors imo. read more

I absolutely love this store. They have all the latest and greatest styles of workout clothing and running shoes for every type of foot. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. And of course I can get down with some outlet prices. We had so much fun running around this mall. I have to say this was one of my favorite stores. They were so organized and I had my eye on a few items especially their bright and colorful kicks. Asics Kayanos are my favorites for distance running...feels like you are running on clouds. If you are looking for a good pair of shoes to make your feet happy when putting in those miles Asics is the first place you should go. read more
