Horrible customer service,, my husband tried to return a pair of shoes he ordered online, that he literally wore for 5 minutes on clean concrete to check the fit and they absolutely refused to return them. They have a 90 day, you'll be satisfied or we'll take them back policy!! We are 20 year customers and our entire family wears them. Never ever shop there!! read more

Located in the San Clemente Outlet Mall this store has a great selection of shoes and - since it's an outlet mall - the prices are fantastic and will definitely save you some money. Customer service was really good; the employees were very helpful and know their product. They didn't have the exact shoe I was after but the prices were so good I found something close enough and am quite happy with the pair I purchased. It's worth the trip if you love ASICS. read more

The ASICS Outlet store is an athletic store that carries some sportswear and athletic shoes. I personally was on the hunt for a comfortable and reasonably priced pair of running shoes for my young elementary school-aged daughter when recently shopping here. There definitely seemed to be more options and selections available for the older kids and adults versus the smaller sizes for the young tots. Between the two pairs available for girls, unfortunately they both weren't available in my daughter's size. I was also taking into consideration that their shoe sizes tend to run small, according to the salesgirl, so I almost felt like I was going a full size above what I was looking for since there were no half sizes in stock. So all in all, I didn't end up purchasing a pair of shoes from here due to the lack of inventory for younger children, but would possibly consider them in the future if needing a new pair of running shoes for myself. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is my frist time buying Asics shoes. When I went to there store I asked the person for good walking shoes. They recommended the NIMBUS 24. I am very disappointed in these shoes, all I do is walk in them. I don't play sports, train or run in these shoes just walk 1-2 miles a day. They only last me 4 months I was told by the warranty department they are at there "end-of-use point and not longer should be used" I feel they should last more than 4 months for $160. The rubber came off like butter the fabric is breaking down and my toes come through the sides. You would think these shoes would hold up better than they did. They have cheap manufacturer quality and they don't stand behind there products. They lost a customer I will never recommend or buy from this company.  These seem to use cheap Chinese material. Just go to Costco and buy a $30 pair of shoes that will last. read more

The sales associate knew right away it was going to be tough when I stated I needed a WIDE ALL BLACK tennis shoe. There stock of WIDE is nominal at best like many retail brick-and-mortars. She says they do get some wide shoes there but are currently sold out. She advised me when I should call back to check for wide ones. I use an orthotic for my plantar fasciitis so I have to use WIDE shoes for it to fit. I always liked Asics and they are my 2nd favorite to Saucony which has a nice selection of wide shoes. read more

Asics has been my go-to brand for running shoes. I was not expecting a high level of customer service at an outlet store (San Clemente). But I actually got the best service I've ever experienced when shopping for shoes! Shout out to Timmy, who gave me a master class on shoe design & construction. Not only did he have extensive knowledge of the technical details of athletic shoes, he matched the type of shoe to my specific running needs. Super customer service! I went to Asics Outlet store in need of new shoes for work. My current Asics style is no longer made but Bethany was able to fit me into a new style that fits even better! With plantar fasciitis problems I need shoes with excellent arch support and Asics is my go to for sneakers. And of course I walked out with not one pair but two because the second pair was 80% off!
