Usually they have had 3-5 staff to help out a large customer base, but this time there were only 2 people, one at the checkout & one replenishing product. It wasn't a MAJOR problem but I just hate waiting on lines. Neither was overly friendly. For the initial reasons, I will rate it a 4-, instead of a full 4!

I able to find a good deal for my daughter shoes I end up buying 2 pairs. Evans was so very helpful with me he is so kind to help me out. Day before I was having problem ordering the shoes online I tried many times but i guess there is a glitch on vans website so I told Evan about it and he offered to help me , we did multiple times then boom it works he able to order the specific shoes that I like and he put a code so it is free shipping to my home.
