I was told I had to download an app just to be seated, which was inconvenient and unnecessary. The food was mediocre at best--decent, but far from exceptional. What truly enraged me was the service. The iPad at my table (A3) had been shut down, so I couldn't place an order. While I sat there unable to order, the staff repeatedly assisted the table next to me--customers who were using their iPads to order normally. No fix was offered to my table. No working device was brought. No real attempt was made to correct the problem. To make it worse, the servers kept coming back and asking the customers sitting across from me, "Sir, do you need more A5 - beef?" for them--while I was still stuck at my table with no working iPad and no way to order for myself. It felt deliberate. Whether it was intentional or not, the outcome was the same: I was treated differently, ignored, and left waiting while other guests were served. This is not "customer service." It's disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm done with this location--I will not return, and I will not recommend it to anyone. I hope management takes real action to ensure this kind of treatment never happens to anyone else.

I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!

He pulled out a few options for me to choose from. They have SO MANY options to choose from. They had acrylic, nylon, and cotton yarn of different weights. They had multi color yarn, embroidery thread, lace trimmings and some sewing supplies!! The prices were basically about the same as the big name stores, with some yarn types being not as cheap but remember that this is a small mom and pop shop and every dollar counts!
