The tech rushed through the job -- I had to ask her to clip around my cuticles (standard practice for even a manicure). She filed my nails quite literally sideways. They look like a strong gust of wind hit them and they're like slanted sideways. It's an awful look. She also didn't press down on the nails so the tips of the nails are tilting or curling backwards. FWIW, I did ask her to fix what I noticed when I was in the chair, but some of the things I realized when I walked out. My impression is that the salon expanded and the quality of their services have dropped.

My nail tech, Rose took such good care of me from start to finish. I got the deluxe pedicure package and it was honestly one of the best pedicures I had in a long time. From the scrub and callous remover to the massage, she really took her time and was very detail oriented. I even had a cracked nail on my big toe and she was able to fix it up with a little acrylic in a way that looked so natural and matched my other big toes' nail in size and shape perfectly. I had a solid base for my nails but left with thick flat nails. Uneven "deep" French lines. At every step that I provided guidance on what I wanted Lynn didn't understand and just proceeded forward. She would check in with me to see if I liked it I would tell her no and what to correct/change and no luck. At one point she began to rush to finish my nails. Not gonna lie I'd be annoyed too if someone was correcting my work - but this is a customer service business. Choppy job and significantly unsatisfied. Overall, ridiculously long amount of time to leave with results that look like this. Recommend if you do come here ask for a young nail tech because they seem to know what they're doing and their clients left happy and loving their nails. Tip to the business: teach your techs how to properly apply hard gel & a DEEP French so you don't get these results.
