Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) She cleaned the car while it was parked in front of the house on the street. She brought her own water and everything else. The car wasn't immaculate when I received it back, with several places on the inside that still have soap residue, although overall, I'm completely satisfied, as I didn't expect perfection. I think for the price and convenience of not having to go anywhere, I'd definitely use her services again! Minor update: Miss Klean asked my wife for me to take down my photos explaining that my wife was asked if the car was cleaned to her satisfaction, and she said yes. Perhaps these things weren't visible because it was wet, or she didn't see every square inch. Yelp isn't an advertising space, it is a place for honest reviews, and I I'm blown away that there was a complaint with a five star review. Given that there are 13 reviews below that yelp flagged as fake doesn't bode well either. I honestly want Miss Klean and her crew to be pleased with 5 star review, as I know running a small business is difficult, but also recognize that unless you score 100 out of 100 on every test, you can't just have 100% praise.
