I called this place on Sunday afternoon, and since apparently they make a point of never picking up their phones, I got a phone call back around 9 PM the next evening. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning - and was told someone would come between 9-9:30. 9:30 rolls around, no one is there. I call. Then I call again. 30 minutes later, I finally get a call back from Albert, who has clearly forgotten that he made an appointment with me (although he said something about a meeting - if you in fact had a meeting, you may have considered calling me before to cancel). He tells me he will send someone else out immediately. So, I waited. By 11, still no one had arrived, and I really had to get to work. I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up. This place is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if you were too busy to detail my car, you should not have let me make the appointment. I would have preferred that to wasting four hours this week sitting home waiting for you guys to show up.

Most recently, someone through gravel at my first floor apartment window. I reached out to WA&G via social media, gave them a call and Dale was quick to respond. He arrived the next day, surveyed the problem and returned with the new glass. What I appreciated was I communicated the issue and Dale suggested plexiglass; a cheaper and more durable product. Well it gave way to some time recently and we got Dale out with his an to my office in Upper Marlboro on a sunny Saturday afternoon as my office held their annual cookout for our families. He was prompt and once told our wants went right to work. Not only did he complete my BF's car but he completed mine all within a little over an hour. Neither of us had really done any true cleaning to our cars all year aside from running through a gas station to wash off the salt during the winter. I have a sedan while the bf has a all white truck whose rims hadn't looked so new in the time I have known him! Dale changed that and made it showroom ready! The sparkle left made us ashamed - we vow to never let our cars look so pitiful again now that Dale is around! The price is almost a steal. I have paid the same at those "detail" shops for 4-5 people to clean my car and it never sparkle like this one man shop did! They suggested contacting Jed at Annapolis Detail Center (ADC) to see what he could do. I stopped by ADC. Jed said he could not make it perfect but he would do his best to improve how it looked at no cost to me unless I was happy with the result. He worked on the process while I waited. The overall result was excellent and I could barely see the small imperfection Jed had warned me about. I was delighted with the result as was my wife when I got home with her car (she thought it had been painted). Jed saved us a a great deal of money. He's friendly, skilled, and fair in his pricing.
