The team worked extra hard to please me. Regarding card fraud, it is a problem everywhere. I avoid using a Debit card anywhere and may use my phone in the future. I appreciate this business.

I even gave them good reviews in the past, but an incident early 2026 prompted me to forever stop going to this place. As I see here, there are many complaints about George, the person who takes the credit cards or is it, so to say, the "gatekeeper." His attitude has become increasingly condescending and rude, outright hostile. when I went there earlier this year to have my car washed, he informed me that my monthly subscription had run out because my card had expired. By accident, I had forgotten my wallet at home that day, so I couldn't give him a different card. When I told him that, he literally pitched a fit and started shouting and yelling and insulting me, so I asked him what else he wanted me to do? He did put me through. Later on same day, I called the owner, Raj, to talk to him about that, but he never returned my call. I texted him. And again he ignored that too.. At that point I decided I had finally had enough of putting up with the squalid customer service. This place has gotten increasingly worse since Raj automated everything. There is no cashier or attendant in the office. The place looks deserted it and I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed in the way this company has turned out to be. I also concur with the comments regarding the damage to their vehicles. Four of my cars were damaged or dinged while going through the car wash at this place but every time I brought it to their attention, the owner Raj, whom I considered a friend, was taking it personal as if I was insulting him by pointing out that my car had been damaged because of his faulty equipment. Furthermore, every few months Raj creates a new package to charge more money and skimp out on the services. The rims are no longer cleaned. The seats are not cleaned as Raj claims they never clean seats! The interior door handles are not cleaned, the screen of the information center is not cleaned, and I was paying $69 a month for the Supreme package. I took my business to White Horse car wash on Richmond Highway and they do all of that for $54 a month for unlimited car washes.

We used my jeep for a recent house renovation so it was pretty messy and dirty and we use it also for all our labradors transportation. Needless to say there was a lot of dog hair everywhere. He restored it to brand new conditions and it has not looked as good inside and out since we bought it. I would highly recommend Elvis and will definitely use him again!!!
