This company was amazing from start to finish, my family and I are so satisfied with the product and services that we received. Our sales Peter made sure that we were completely satisfied with the product in which we wanted. We had 12 windows and 3 doors installed. The product took about 6 to 7 months to arrive. Upon installed it took about 3 to 4 working days to complete the entire installation. After installation the city came by to conduct their final inspection and yes they past with flying colors. A week later their Supervisor Sergio came by to do a final inspection as well He reviewed the work that was done. He too wanted to make sure that not only the work was done correctly but to make sure that we were satisfied with the product and service. Last but not least the company's financial team Tammy and Margarita did a amazing job those ladies know what their doing as well. Each person that we made contact with did their thing. I'm so mad! I want my money back! When Thomas first sold me the contract on 12/18/2020 with ASP windows he told me if I gave him $1,000.00 then my windows would be installed in 9 Months time, Aug/Sept 2021, at the latest? I told him we have an association from the devil and I wanted my money back if he couldn't get it done - so he put that in the final approval measurements contract that we signed. 12 Months later Thomas wouldn't return my calls, text or emails so I contacted (ASP Kendall) that my wife and I had gotten approval from our association in the December 2021 board meeting and you informed me that Thomas is no longer with your company and Bruce was assigned to our contract, so last week Bruce tells me $1,000.00 more and I would have to wait another 6 Months at least, so 18 or 19 Months start to completion? This is 2x longer than you 1st promised us! I told Bruce that we wanted our money back and he said that you would charge me to get out of the contract? That he would call me back in a week, NOW 1 week and 3 days later Bruce is AWOL just like your 1st guy, so now I am posting online. Please have a responsible person call me back with your decision. So I had high hopes for ASP, I talked to them many times over the years at the home show, and I saw they had a super high rating. Last summer, I got a quote for ten impact doors. Unfortunately, it took me three months to get the quote approved, and my original salesperson left. I was then passed to the owner's nephew. Since it had been three months, the quote had expired. But the new price now was 26% HIGHER for the same doors. Anyway, I was very disappointed. Luckily I was able to track down the original salesperson, and he was able to get the same doors even cheaper than the first price. Before you pull the trigger, make sure you do your pricing homework. I was able to save thousands else ware. read more

I had this company give me an estimate for a new front door. When I shared with the salesman the cost was out of reach he asked me if he dropped the $1600 permit would I sign the contract. I indicated the door is to be done under a permit and thanks but no thanks I don't deal with a company that doesn't abide by the law or the proper processes. Keep in mind he wasn't going to lower the cost of the door and installation, they were just not going to get the permit. After this my niece hired this company to put all brand new doors and all new windows and after a year and two months the job is still not done satisfactorily. This company does not have employees to do the work.....They hire contractors and most really don't have a clue how to do a proper install. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

Had been two years of my doors and windows installation. Everytime these rains starts I just can think about ASP. If I knew better I would kept my old doors. Now with this sliding door I can hear everything like I dont have a door and rain gets in and trough my wall. Long story short... During covid they were behind and sent me two guys that Im guessing they were just hired, cause they were talking about how this new company for them do things. I told the guy: what about that big gap on top of the door frame? You dont need to put extra wood there before screwing the door? He said: No worries, it will b fill in with silicone. I guess thats the way all noise come trough. Company sent the repair guy two times to check leak into wall. Looked good till rained. My curtains never stay right cause the area getting wet all the time. Now started to grow mold. I just got tired of calling them, wait for them to come and nothing fix. Now waiting for a chance to call a handyman to take down that indoor wall to see if we can figure out the leak, seal it and replace the wall. Now how much more thats going to be. Crazy one day they sent a guy just to ask to write a review on google. Plus all the texts and emails I got to put the review. I used ASP SuperHome to for a new roof and hurricane impact windows/doors. Ulises was my sale rep for both. He gave me his personal cell phone number and responded quickly to every question I had. I did the roof first with ASP. Enner was the project manager for the roof. He had answers to all my questions. My father and I were very impressed with him. He also gave me his personal cell phone number. The whole process from demolition to passing inspection was no more than a week. The company cleaned up all the garbage and debris after each work day. I did the hurricane impact windows/doors next. Osmani was the gentleman who installed all the windows and doors. He also gave me his personal cell phone number. As with every one else I dealt with at ASP, he was very knowledgeable in his field. The impact windows/doors passed every progress inspection and the final inspection. Everyone we worked with was friendly, kind, and responsive. The company kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and gave notice of every appointment with anyone coming to install or deliver. It took a while for the installation to start after the original order, probably due to the pandemic and delays related to that. Make sure the company is aware of any permitting requirements or checks specific to your town or area as they had to re-do some installation in order to pass inspection, however the installers completed this in a timely manner and with a pleasant attitude. ASP responded quickly to our request. Chris Pouridas came over and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the options and enlightening us on the Hurricane Impact specifications and requirements. The very next day he provided us an extremely detailed and very reasonable quote for the entire house. We accepted the quote and signed the agreement with ASP. ASP took care of contacting the HOA, and arranged for the Miami-Dade approvals. After about 1.5 months of getting these approvals the windows/doors were delivered. The installation started immediately on Tueday and ended by Friday afternoon. Rigo, the head installer, performed the work and also monitored the others on his team doing the work very carefully. In general I feel the installation was done very carefully and would be durable long term. I am also glad that we decided to go with the TM product, it has very nice asthetically and feels very sturdy. Overall ASP Windows & Doors delivered on their promise, showed outstanding customer service and communication skills and I would definitely reccomend their services to all of my neighbors and anyone who is seeking a top of the line window and door replacement company. Wehad 6 doors installed. we had to vacate the house because my husband has severe allergies and all that dust from the doors will not be good for him. I'm happy that the doors are finally installed. They are beautiful doors; However, I feel that many balls were dropped and we ended staying at the hotel and extra week incurring $2500 over our budget. Everything was going smoothly and the timeline indicated that everything was going to be wrapped up in within the week, until the installer realized that one of the doors was ordered wrong. After going back and forth about the door, I was assured by ASP that the door will be delivered right away and they had someone go pick it up in Tampa. If I wouldn't of argued it, the door would of come the following week which meant incurring $300 a night at the hotel for another 2 weeks. After that everything was somewhat back on track, but a bit delayed since the door was ordered wrong. The painting got delayed due to miscommunication with the painters and ASP. ASP never notified the painters that the door was ready to be painted. I had to be the one to tell them. I had better communication with the painters than I did with ASP. After the mishap of the door, I never heard back from ASP, no one called to check on the doors during the process and I was left in the dust. Finally all doors were installed on week two and now they needed to get painted. Since ASP didn't communicate to the painter that the last door was installed, the painters could not schedule to come in and paint until 3days after the last door was installed. Again that meant more nights at the hotel incurring $300 a night. Finally after staying 2 weeks in a hotel, the doors were painted. The doors are very nice, but the suffering of miscommunication with ASP was the worst. After receiving a text from ASP to see how installation went, I wrote them explaining my experience and how things could of been handled better, I didn't not even get a reply to my text or a phone call. I felt that after all the time and money we spent, they at least owed us an apology. read more

I requested a estimate from this company and first sales man came to my house and measured everything send me s quote and never followed up I kept calling and finally I was able to talk to Patrick the other sales man that apologized for the way the first sales person treated me and kept promising me that he will take care of me and he will make sure that everything goes smooth, after 4 weeks of back and forth with him finally he send the new estimate but he raised the price by 15000$ more than the first guy .
