The bikes worked wonderfully and Aspen is an amazingly beautiful place to go explore - especially on an ebike. Highly recommend this place, and it is very close to the bus RFTA.

Coming from MN and not being acclimated to the altitude yet, the E-bikes made this ride physically possible. Once we got there we locked them up and hiked 3 miles. All calls went to VM and the mailbox was full. Tried to email through the website with no response. I contacted the seller and they made attempts to contact this shop for several days with no response. The seller eventually shipped another bike to my location and a local dependable shop will assemble and fit the bike. The strange part is someone signed for the shipment at the Hub of Aspen so somebody is there. I chalk this one up to the Aspen mentality of greatness and living in a parallel universe. It goes to show you don't have to be brilliant to run a business in Aspen. Pity on those that give this place any business good luck.

We had concerns about driving someplace far due to current road conditions and also doing snowshoeing in an area that was beyond our ability due to how much snow was out there. However, we still wanted a challenging workout in a beautiful scenic environment. Erik was THE PERFECT guide to give us EXACTLY what we were looking for AND MUCH MORE!!! Erik picked us up at our hotel and supplied us with a brand new type of light snowshoe that was really incredible, he wrapped a light fanny pack around us with organic, ionized water (with more he carried if needed) and a waffle cookie bar for added energy. There was also organic HOME-MADE chocolate chip cookies he had made for us and gave us a bag, for during and after our time with him. He took us to ABSOLUTELY gorgeous trails that offered us the incredible scenic views we were hoping to get, with trails that were perfectly matched to our ability. In addition, Erik made us feel safe with all of his knowledge about proper guide protocol, his background of the area, his guide certifications, and his perfect ability to understand our athletic level and line-up an incredible day around it. There is no other company you should be looking at for ALL of your snow sporting needs other than Sun Dog Athletics. They've since moved that service to the "red brick" facility in the middle of town, but they cut it off at 3:00 p.m. After I made a mad dash across the pass and down 82 to get there in time, I arrived at 3:06. I asked the elderly gentleman at the desk if I could just jump in and out really quickly, as I was only 6 minutes past the deadline. "Well, the rules are the rules". Please???
