Overall in the past, I was pretty happy with the services I received from this office. Everyone is professional, pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to Dr. Logan because when I first started going to this office, the dentist was in-network for my insurance. However, at my recent appointment, I was not advised that this was the not the case anymore and only found out AFTER the work for a crown was done that my portion of costs would be more than 3x the amount I expected to pay. After calling my insurance, I was notified by them that Dr Logan was no longer in-network with them. This was a shock and very upsetting because I believe that this should have been brought to my attention before having extensive and costly dental work done. read more

My husband has been going to this office for the past few years, each time they "work" on a tooth it ends up immediately needing a root canal. He recently went in to have a permanent crown that they glued put back in, and it fell out again after a day. They can't even glue in permanent crown right. read more

Great place to take your family! My whole family goes there and we have for years. Great group of ladies, the dynamic is great. Brian is the only guy there and he's amazing as well. We always feel like we understand where we are if it's positive feedback or some room to improve when we leave and the service is top notch. Highly recommend! read more

Best dentist! I am terrified of the dentist. I do not numb very easy so anytime I've previously had dental work it is a very traumatic and painful experience. Not this time. I had a small filling and a broken tooth which needed a crown. I had major anxiety prior to my visit. I had an appointment scheduled for a couple weeks away but was in so much pain. I called and they were able to see me the same day. They were so friendly and calming. I ended up using the laughing gas to calm my nerves. Everyone was so patient and kind. I barely had any pain and they checked on me and made sure I was ok the whole procedure. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist before. I would highly recommend them. Thanks to them I am not terrified of dental work. I cannot thank them enough. read more

I absolutely love Dr Logan and her team! I have a fear of dentists steming back to childhood, I felt physically ill just at the thought of visiting a dentist. Dr Logan's patience, understanding and gentle dentistry is beyond compare. I'm shocked to see the other review here honestly. In my 30+ years of going to dentists, I have never found a dentist and staff so friendly, skilled and awesome. Sara cares about patients and makes an every effort to maximize comfort, talk with you about any procedures and she genuinely cares. The person I see most on visits, Shilo (the hygienist) is so caring, gentle and patient, in short she makes visits a joy. I often remark to my wife that I wish we could find other health providers (eye doctors, primary care, etc) as awesome as Sara and her crew. I have been a patient for nearly 2 years and my 4 year old son has gone a couple times, their gentle hands and kind demeanor with him has made going to the dentist fun and not something he dreads. read more

Dr Logan and her staff are great. I always get timely appointments and have been seen for an emergency within just a few minutes of calling. I took my young daughter there who required needing a pediatric specialist and we were referred to one with no issues. Both my husband and I trust this staff with our dental care and have been seeing Dr Logan since she opened up this practice. I have had no billing issues with this office, which is almost unheard of these days. read more

The dental work I had done at Aspen Creek dental was sub par. The work I had done, several times over many years, had to be redone completely by another dentist and cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. The receptionist is extremely rude. Dr. Logan herself is very sweet but I feel her skills are poor. My new dentist stated that Dr. Logan did a lot of work that did not have to be done. Would not recommend. read more

Do not go here!!!! A dental assistant did my crown in spring 2014, and immediately afterwards I needed a root canal on that tooth. Bottom line: any dentist office that allows dental assistants, instead of dentists, to perform crown work should not be licensed to take care of people's teeth. read more

This was my first visit to Aspen Creek Dental and I was very impressed with the clinic, the staff, and Dr Logan. Everyone is very professional yet the office has a very relaxed and casual vibe. I found Dr Logan to be a conservative doctor with her recommendations/practices, unlike comments by a few suspect reviewers on this website. I'd seen a new dentist in Longmont after our initial move to the state this spring; he'd recommended that I've 3 amalgam filings replaced w/ resin composite (mercury was clearly not his concern, rather it was $$$ for his clinic). None of my previous MN dentists had ever made this recommendation. When I asked for Dr Logan's view on the Longmont's dentist recommendation, she politely and professionally disagreed favoring a conservative approach stating that the fillings (and filled teeth) are in fine condition. I thought it spoke volumes about her ethics and professional practices. All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this dental practice. read more

I've been to several dentists over the years but this group is the best by far!!! In addition to having an upbeat attitude throughout the office, they also have technology and knowledge to make my cleanings fly by. I get to watch my choice of a good movie while they clean my teeth, it doesn't get any better than that!!! read more

This Office was recommended to my husband and I by a friend, and we are very grateful! The Office Manager: Brian, helped us find a back to back appointment so the hubby and I could swap turns with our little one, while one of us was in the hot seat. The dental hygienist: Shilo, was GREAT. Getting a teeth cleaning usually hurts me, but she did a great job and no pain. She was really nice and sociable, it didn't feel like a dentist appointment/cleaning, they really put your mind at ease and make it a super comfortable environment. The dentist: Dr. Sara, Rocked! I've had lots and lots of dental work through out the years, mainly due to bad genetics, bad dental education and bad teeth but also partly due to other dentists that wanted my money, and performing procedures that I didn't need. They see my mouth with crowns and fillings and think: Gold Mine! This Dentist didn't do that, she told me what needed to be addressed now ie: cavities. She told me what might potentially cause a problem later on down the line, but she didn't recommend to fix it now. They have a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" attitude. The other issues weren't bothering me, but definitely something to keep an eye on. What was really nice for me, is after the xrays were taken both the hygienist and the dentist, walked me thru my teeth on the computer screen. They showed me where my cavities were, where I need to focus more brushing and flossing and where my crowns could potentially cause a problem. My previous dentists acted like the Xrays were only for them to view, and if they said I had a cracked tooth or cavity, that I just had to believe them and fork out the money. I used to say to my previous dentists, "show me on the xray where the issue is", and they looked at me like I was crazy, or that I wouldn't be able to understand an xray. It was nice that this dentist, didn't even have to be asked, it was just common practice to show you. Hubby enjoyed his appointment also, of course he got a clean bill of health, but it was suggested to floss a bit more, for both of us. I really appreciated that they didn't talk down to us about the flossing. So many dentists have told us, you need to floss more, over and over during the same appointment, as if you didn't hear them the first 10 times. We know we "need" to floss more, but it's sometimes difficult to get into that routine. Nobody while I was younger, ever took the time to explain "why" flossing is so imperative, but Dr. Sara and Shilo did. All in all, we enjoyed our dental experience here, and are happy to now have a family dentist nearby that we don't dread going to. We Highly-Recommend them. read more

I waited to write a review on Aspen Creek Dental as I was hoping my issues would be fixed but instead they are now much worse. It started with fillings that were needed awhile back. One filling came completely out within a month while flossing. The office did get me in quickly and corrected it. Another of their fillings was bothering me and it turns out it was loose. They supposedly corrected that one as well. I started having issues with it again and decided to try another dentist. It turns out this filling (which was loose for the second time) was never bonded correctly and my tooth was decaying beneath it. Luckily we caught it before it turned in to a root canal but it does have to be replaced by a crown. I am also having to have another filling from Aspen Creek replaced as well but it isn't as urgent. The staff there was always so friendly and accommodating but I absolutely cannot recommend a place where dental work has to be constantly redone. I am now out additional financial cost and extra appointments to correct the work completed at Aspen Creek. read more
