Due to being sick, coughing and sneezing, I thought it prudent not to go. I tried calling 3 times to cancel. They don't have a voicemail set up. I finally got someone and explained why I wasn't going to my appointment. She stated I could be charged. Absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer be using this service.

Not only was the oral surgeon there the most genuine, nicest, most caring and seemingly educated dentist/surgeon I have ever went to..... but I also hit dead stop traffic on the way to my hour and a half drive to get there from where I live. I would have never expected them to wait, even though I was an hour out at this point, BUT THEY DID!!!! I couldn't find a spot and they showed me where to park and let me go move my car so I did not get it towed. The treatment they gave me was far beyond anything I would have ever expected considering I know doctors/dentists have to follow certain protocols. They genuinely cared. I've been there several times before, I'm sure they could see I was not late any of those times!!! Unfortunately traffic does happen, but I've had to cancel a couple appointments due to it over the years. They did an amazing job and now I am waiting for a call back to finish the rest of my root canal process. This is the ONLY Columbia dental office I will vouch for and will ever say I truly appreciate. I've never had a problem, and everyone I see there is just as kind and genuine!!! Everyone from the surgeon to the front desk office staff! I wish I had taken the surgeons name because he was THE BEST. Thank you so much, Columbia Dental of Bristol.

His staff is probably going to come on to say that it might still be covered that the insurance process is not complete but I called insurance and they simply don't cover that. I went back for a cleaning today and I expressed my discomfort at the prospect of having more than bitewing xrays ( and the American Dental Association has guidelines I was going by you can look them up your self even the ADA thinks dentists are going overboard with xrays) and he kicked me out for not doing exactly what he wants. I can only conclude he cares more about profit than respecting his patients and their bodily autonomy. Another thing that I found unprofessional were his receptionist texted me and threatened to cancel my appointment and charge me 75 dollars for a missed appointment if I didn't confirm the appointment with them. What's with that? I don't know about you, maybe you are the type that just goes along with whatever the dentist says, and if you are just interested in being told what to do and don't want any input about your oral health and are willing to just put money in the hands of someone who sees you as a profit center then you and Sherif Gabr will get along marvelously. In another review the office attempted to do damage control by claiming I was combative and rude, but that is just a blatant lie.

Modern is the key term here! When they chose the name they sure chose wisely. The images they do are so advanced I can see find cracks in my teeth. The newest machine they used on me today scanned my teeth showing where I have the most pressure on my teeth. I am a major TMJ grinder. Day and night. Not by choice. I'm glad He understands me so well. He has literally saved my teeth! No one else in my family has had their teeth half as long as me. And this is so with his work! I trust him like no other dentist I have ever had. Other dentists have done crowns and I've been with unsightly bonding. With the work Dr Gaber has done. You can't tell they're crowns or fillings. I wish I could afford to have all my teeth redone.

    My daughter recently got all four of her wisdom teeth removed and at first I felt like she was in…read moregreat hand. The staff from check in to check out were great and the office was well put together and clean. What I'm disappointed in is the postoperative care we received by Dr. Fenton himself. After the procedure, my daughter had the normal post operative symptoms, especially from what I thought was post anesthesia side effects. Since that first day she has been running a fever and has been in extreme pain, again what I thought was normal. She has taken her dose of medications correctly and consistently and has only felt ok for a couple of hours throughout the day, by the evening her symptoms worsened. It is now 3 days later and we are in the Emergency Room due to a fever of 103.1 and tachycardia. Dr. Fenton was not sympathetic at all when he called me back yesterday morning and the reason I decided to bring her to the hospital. I tried not to call because we were following the instructions we were given and she was on top of her postoperative care but for some reason she has gotten worse instead of better. When I tried explaining that to Dr. Fenton at first he seemed ok but the more questions I asked the more annoyed he seemed to get with me. All I wanted was his professional opinion and if we are doing something wrong because when you know your children, you know them and my daughter was not ok. When I left the message I made sure I mentioned that she has history of seizures and that's why I was concerned about the fevers she was getting his response from as "well that's something that should've been mentioned, it's not in the chart." That is something we never forget to mention. He basically said she was dramatic because of her age (teenager), she's 18 not 13. I even tried to tell him I understood what he was trying to explain to me because I also work in the medical field and deal with postoperative care weekly but that seemed to set him off. He told me he did not care about what my background was and that he didn't need to talk with me about that but all I was doing was letting him know I understood but there's something wrong with my daughter. He told me to talk with her primary care doctor and to keep hydrated and he was also chuckling like if it wasn't a serious matter. I have never dealt with this kind of situation with a professional in my life. I have worked in the medical field since 18yrs old and never came across a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL like I did Dr. Fenton. We are in the ER getting testing done and temporary treatment until we find out what is going on and have proof of it all. What was suppose to be good Doctor Patient care turned into what felt like I was bother to his Sunday morning. I wish we could've experienced the type of care I read on these other reviews because that is NOT the same doctor I spoke with. All I wanted was him to be understanding and reassure me that everything was ok but it feel that way. It's important to make sure your patients are doing ok after surgery especially when it comes to the mouth. I will never recommend anyone to that place, don't let the nice office and staff fool you because the man behind that is anything but sympathetic and professional, I should've realized that the moment he walked in and didn't introduce himself before getting my daughter started for the procedure, he just got straight to the point
