I went here because I was referred to him by a friend. While the receptionist was friendly enough,…read morethe Dr. Morganti was not. I want my teeth pulled because I keep getting infections. I wanted them replaced with snap-on dentures. I have over $34,000.00 of open credit including $10,000.00 with Care Credit. Even still he refused to do the work because he said I still had some good teeth. I told him I wanted them out. He said he "wouldn't feel comfortable doing that". I told him all I wanted was a perfect smile. His response? "You're not going to get one" What happened to the customer was always right? I have made an appointment with another Dentist and will see how that goes. If I am unhappy with the new one, I will go to Costa Rica and have dental implants put in for 70% less than what is being charged here. I can go there and have a full set of implants done for $7,000.00 compared to $90,000.00 that is being charged here in the States.

It took three appointments and two trips to the office before I was able to get a cleaning. When I was finally able to get a cleaning, the hygienist Dawn never took the information that I provided her to update my file and she cleaned only a small portion of my mouth that took 10 minutes. It was the worst cleaning in my entire life! The dentist is nice but his staff are unprofessional and miserable people.

He fixed a tooth that chipped, in the process he took pictures of my teeth with a mouth camera but…read moredidn't tell me that insurance might not cover the cost nor did he present any clinical justification for needing to do that. That is 175.00. His staff is probably going to come on to say that it might still be covered that the insurance process is not complete but I called insurance and they simply don't cover that. I went back for a cleaning today and I expressed my discomfort at the prospect of having more than bitewing xrays ( and the American Dental Association has guidelines I was going by you can look them up your self even the ADA thinks dentists are going overboard with xrays) and he kicked me out for not doing exactly what he wants. I can only conclude he cares more about profit than respecting his patients and their bodily autonomy. Another thing that I found unprofessional were his receptionist texted me and threatened to cancel my appointment and charge me 75 dollars for a missed appointment if I didn't confirm the appointment with them. What's with that? I don't know about you, maybe you are the type that just goes along with whatever the dentist says, and if you are just interested in being told what to do and don't want any input about your oral health and are willing to just put money in the hands of someone who sees you as a profit center then you and Sherif Gabr will get along marvelously. In another review the office attempted to do damage control by claiming I was combative and rude, but that is just a blatant lie.

When they chose the name they sure chose wisely. The images they do are so advanced I can see find cracks in my teeth. The newest machine they used on me today scanned my teeth showing where I have the most pressure on my teeth. I am a major TMJ grinder. Day and night. Not by choice. I'm glad He understands me so well. He has literally saved my teeth! No one else in my family has had their teeth half as long as me. And this is so with his work! I trust him like no other dentist I have ever had. Other dentists have done crowns and I've been with unsightly bonding. With the work Dr Gaber has done. You can't tell they're crowns or fillings. I wish I could afford to have all my teeth redone.

I would give more starts if I could. Long story short, I had a severe tooth infection that my…read moreregular dentist tried to drill out, but that left me in agony afterwards. (I am pregnant, so I could not be prescribed any sort of pain killers besides tylenol after the procedure.) After several days of no improvement in my pain levels, my dentist referred me to Dr. Affenito's office. When I initially called, they said they were very busy and weren't sure how soon they'd be able to help, but when I explained the situation fully the receptionist said, "Come right on down...we'll figure something out!" Headed straight there, met with the doc, scheduled a tooth extraction for the next day after my antibiotics had one more day to kick in. Dr. Affenito had to reschedule another appointment to fit me in. The procedure the next day was painless and quick. Dr. Affenito always kept me informed about everything he was doing, and always consulted me when a decision had to be made so that I could be a part of the decision making process. The doctor and his entire staff were so extremely kind at each step along the way. There were many calls and faxes required between my regular dentist, my OB and Dr. Affenito's office, and there was even a glitch with my insurance, which caused them to be on the phone for about an hour extra. No one even hinted at being inconvenienced by any of that. Their primary concern was always how I was doing/feeling. It is a small practice, and you can tell that everyone there genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of the patient.

As an anxious adult that has postponed wisdom teeth removal for 10 years, Dr. Fenton's office was…read morethe perfect place to go when my wisdom teeth started causing issues. The office waiting area is very cozy and everything seemed meticulously clean. Poster stating no pictures or videos could be taken to protect HIPPA laws and which is understandable. My consultation was quite straightforward and Dr. Fenton and his assistant explained any complications that may arise, talked through my xrays with me and provided information on alternate pain management methods for recovering (Exparel injection & SockIt Gel) vs opioids. Before I left the office my estimated cost was explained to me (due in full same day as procedure). 3 days before the procedure I received a text with information and reminders on how to prepare for IV sedation. Dr.Fenton also sent a prescription for ibuprofen & acetaminophen to the pharmacy so I would have them ready to go. Fast forward to my procedure date, I chose IV sedation plus the optional Exparel injection. I was brought back to the extraction room and 2 of the assistants asked my choice of music for the procedure, hooked me up to monitors while making everything feel less daunting. First they started with laughing gas and then Dr. Fenton set up the IV and next thing I remember, I'm waking up from the greatest slumber. My husband had already received detailed post care instructions so as soon as I was done with observation I was walked out to our car and ready to rest. Dr. Fenton also called me later that evening to check up on me which was a nice personal touch. RECOMMEND you opt for the Exparel shot if it is within your financial means, I'm on day 2 of recovery and feel no pain. (this is my experience only and I do have a high pain tolerance... do your own research). *If you have had nausea before from any procedure you can let them know so they can give you some Zofran along with the IV. Overall great experience but glad I don't ever have to do it again lol
