They fitted me for a retainer. I had a great experience at the 4 appointments I've had with them. At my first, I made a six month teeth clean. About a month ago, my number had been changed and I had forgotten to call them and change it. When I arrived for my six month teeth cleaning, they told me I no longer had my appointment as they tried to get into contact with me several times. I told them I had changed my number and they basically said "you can wait to see if the person that had your appointment shows up." They had not contacted me via email. I had blocked out time at work for this and left VERY disappointed. I will not be returning. I work in healthcare and would never do that to one of our patients that don't confirm. It's a wild concept to me. I left livid. I had been excited about the teeth cleaning. Then they had the audacity to text me saying I missed or cancelled my appointment and I should reschedule.
