I have had nothing but problems with my dentures. I got them in 2024, and I have had the lowers break 2x, and the uppers lost the soft reline after about 5 months. I paid for the top quality and the only thing they could say after they break is that I am a heavy/hard chewer. I feel like the highest cost dentures should be better quality.

I kept telling them that food was getting in the gaps they missed. They know I have SLE LUPUS. I tell Drs over and over again to ensure they understand I'm not a normal patient. He said they would replace it for free since I already paid $7k. I paid for a proper procedure. I did not get that. I kept telling them they were done incorrectly. They kept putting it off. The Dentist left and started his own Aspen Dental. The dentist after him also said they did it wrong so they would do it correctly. Now they are saying they can not stand by their word. I had an some doubt because while sitting in the waiting room on several different occasions I could hear them gouging people. I reiterated that I have SLE LUPUS and I can't have infections in my mouth. It could cost me my life. They were not concerned at all. They charged my insurance on a day I wasn't even there. I will report the fraud. They only care about money. DO NOT USE ANY ASPEN DENTAL CARE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

They care for their patients and their teeth. It's truly a pleasure to meet with Dr. Alemzadeh he has great patient chair side manner.( very reassuring). Predatory, Aggressive and Dangerous practices - Avoid at all costs…read moreI have been a patient with Canton Smiles for over 2 years. I have periodontal gum disease and my treatment plan was to close the gap in my 2 front teeth in order to proceed with a treatment in hopes that they can treat avoid extracting my teeth. They referred me to a prosthodontist and I have been under her care for about 18 months, and alternating cleanings between her office and Canton Smiles. Yesterday, after being examined by my prosthodontist and my orthodontist I was referred back to my periodontist in Canton Smiles for treatment of inflammation behind my 2 front upper teeth. I scheduled and appointment at Canton Smiles with Dr. Schatz. Instead of receiving medical care, I experienced predatory bait-and-switch. First, the periodontist Peter Schatz was completely unprepared and asked me what my own treatment plan was. After explaining my history, he diagnosed a periodontal abscess and left me to go "consult" with Dr. Reza. Dr. Reza then came to the examination room and proceeded to push and extreme financially motivated scheme to extract 8 of my front teeth for bridges. I asked to consult with my prosthodontist, and reminded him that I was there to treat the inflammation in my gums. I was then approached by the front desk lady to discuss my the treatment plan for extracting teeth and bridges. Once again, I had to ask about the treatment for the inflammation, she said she would need to speak with Dr. Schatz. She again returned and told me that Dr. Schatz was going to be sending a script to the pharmacy for the abscess and he would not be willing to treat my abscess until my 2 front teeth were extracted!!! Extremely dissatisfied that Dr. Schatz couldn't find the time to discuss his the treatment for my abscess, I asked her to send the treatment plan to my prosthodontist and I would discuss it with her. I immediately consulted my orthodontist, who shared his disappointment with how Canton Smiles handled this abscess. He confirmed that he is aware of my bone loss issues, and that he does not see the red flags being raised by Canton Smiles' extreme claims. Canton Smiles tactics feel more like an attempt to bully me into expensive, unnecessary surgeries. They care about money, not medicine. Stay far away.

Aparently, she tried to do the fillings when they should have been root canals to begin with but she did not inform ME of this. She saw the pulp in one of my teeth and did not tell me (which left a nerve exposed). Later, after she refered me to a Endodontist, she informed THAT doctor that she had seen the pulp in my tooth so the Dr. that she refered me too even agreed she mishandled this badly. So, I paid her for two fillings, resulting in pain and root canals, when they should have just been root canals to begin with! If she had just told me that and not tried to make some extra cash, I would have been a loyal patient!

The new dentist- Grubler I think his name is? very rude and will not listen/ is not patient centered and thinks he knows everything. If you want a dentist that will hear your concerns, consider alternate (less invasive treatment options) or even take the time to talk about toothpaste recommendations, he's not your guy. I will not be seeing him again. Will stay here for pediatrics but I'm personally finding a new dentist for myself.
