The truth is, on February 5th, I was due for a cleaning and a "try in". After sitting there for about 25 minutes past my appointment time; I was called up to the desk by Maritza (spelling) and told that "it was too early to have my teeth cleaned" (my insurance wouldn't cover it) I wasn't given the option of paying for the service. I posed the question: why wasn't I told this when I booked the appointment originally OR on the subsequent phone call that I'd placed the day before". She responded: are you keeping the appointment? I didn't answer because I was upset and took my seat. Me taking that seat was my answer. Maritza calls the office manager Jamie Montz. She was so very nasty in her demeanor which put me on defense immediately! Keep in mind, the employees had children behind the desk, playing. Out of control. Another employee had a cake delivered by a patient and the 2 people that accompanied him. They were taken to the back to have services rendered to them. A couple of patients... waiting, commented about that. I asked Jamie for a supervisors contact information and she slapped her card on the front desk and informed me that "she was it". I was so HUMILIATED at this point. To add insult to injury; when the young lady came out to bring me back for my "try in" Jamie put her arm out in a racing motion on the employee and told her that "we won't be seeing her today". I think her name was Jordan...she didn't know which way to go, but, I did. I went out the door. What a start on my BIRTHDAY! Long story short, I didn't get my try in for my partial. It's sitting over there. No one from that office reached out to me as of this day 3/4/2026. I did reach a very nice employee in the Garyville office, who put me in touch with her supervisor and I lodged a complaint through her. Something needs to change about that front line representing all doctors on staff there. Color was brought into the conversation. And Jamie made sure I knew that she'd had her say, it was final and "IT" ended with her.

During her procedure, she repeatedly told the dentist that something was hurting and that she felt a lot of blood in her mouth. Despite expressing her concerns several times, she did not feel that she was being taken seriously. At one point, she had to sit up because she was spitting out a large amount of blood and had already swallowed quite a bit of it. When she mentioned what was happening, she was told that it was "just water." She was left with a significant injury inside her mouth, along with pain and swelling. What disappointed us most was not only the injury itself, but also the lack of concern, communication, and empathy shown toward the patient throughout the situation. The only solution offered was a prescription for medication, without a clear explanation or proper follow-up. We cannot recommend this office.

Well, this past weekend, I was playing with a Pitbull and the dog reared his head back and smacked me in the mouth. This morning something felt odd and I found the implant bond had broken and the tooth was loose. Being a front tooth, it stands out so I called early and left a message, by early, I'm talking about 6am. They reached out, asked if I could come in within the next 30 minutes and after a bit of cleaning up and fixing things up, I walked out with my tooth repaired. This is the kind of dentist that you want, someone who takes your concerns in and takes care of your needs. I have been seeing her for about four years now and am very, very pleased with her professionalism.

Initial Consult - The atmosphere is super friendly and the people explaining every detail made it very easy to understand the entire process from beginning to end. The cost is substantial and they work with you to help you obtain financing and set up payments that work around your budget. I'm now waiting for surgery date and VERY anxious and nervous. I trust Clear Choice completely but it is a pretty intense surgery as I'm having a lot of teeth pulled. I'm doing this to gain back the confidence and self esteem I've lost over the past 7 years due to medication harming my teeth. My smile used to be one of my trademarks and I'm hoping to get it back by trusting Clear Choice. 2. SURGERY DAY was arriving at 6:30am and I was in the chair at 6:45am. Everyone came in to greet me and encourage me and I am usually extremely fearful of sedation as it rarely works on me. I made my concern known to the surgeon and he was very attentive. The next thing I recall is waking up and realizing THE SURGERY WAS COMPLETE!! What?!? This is AMAZING!!!! 3. Day 1 post-op and it seems I'm still on some kind of numbing after effect. It took about 5hr30min for the surgery from start to finish and I don't recall one minute of it as the doc was kind enough to relieve my intense anxiety with sedation. My gums bled all through the night and some today. I keep my rag close by. My life saver is the ice pack. Make sure you have frozen bags of corn or peas!!!! They will be you "go-to"!!! 4. Day 5 post-op. The numbing from the procedure wore off the end of the 2nd day and the doctor has me on 10 days of antibiotics and 10 days of pain killers. I still rely heavily on ice packs. I can tell if I forget my pain med so I won't do that again! My diet is sugar free popsicles, fruit yogurt, scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes... ********* UPDATE ********** _________________ 1 STAR _______________ Here it is 5 months later and I've just completed my 2nd step appointment, which is IMPRESSIONS. This is a 4hr visit where they remove the temps and get an impression of your gums. It's not very glamorous but it is necessary so they can order your prototypes. THIS VISIT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER!! After 2 months of delays I find out that my treatment plan will DISCONTINUE if I do not pay them the final amount due for the entire process. I've paid them close to $28k and there is less than $6k remaining. I explained that since I was not satisfied with the care thus far that I would be more comfortable paying the balance once I got the prototypes in. This caused a HUGE impact and they sent the Executive Director in to strong arm me and tell me they were NOT ALLOWED to move forward until the balance was paid. Keep in mind, they had put me off for 2 months and the last month had been extremely painful as the temp set was agitating the roof of my mouth so much that it was raw. My own GP had to order me something for pain as Clear Choice refused to acknowledge me until this final balance was paid. I was super excited about this process and never imagined after the great initial care that the following care would be so unprofessional. THIS WAS A SHOCKER!! The director told me they would keep working on my teeth until I was satisfied but they simply could not order the prototypes until there is a zero balance due. They seemed oblivious to my concerns. I ask him how I was supposed to trust them to take good care of me and that based on the follow up care thus far I would never recommended them to friends or family. They've set an appointment for the 27th, then cancelled, then confirmed it again and then cancelled it again..... ALL IN 4 HOURS!!! TO BE CONTINUED

At 105, that's too late!!! I ended up have medics and a dr check my daughter because she was still pale and lethargic almost a week later. She said she was so scared when she went in the back because they put her in an unclean closet size room and the NURSE ADMINISTERED the anesthesia!!! She said she NEVER even seen the doctor at all! At discharge, they prescribed her an antibiotic (Penicillin) and I told the nurse she is allergic to the "cillin" family and the nurser said if she does have anaphylaxis, just call the doctor... ZERO CARES for their patients! STAY AWAY and read the reviews below before making the same mistake I did!
