Had a root canal and two crowns done the summer of 2022. Root canal became infected two short years later. I've seen two dentists now that have said my crowns are awful and they had no business merging them together like that bc i can't floss them properly. Anyway the root canal i became infected 2 years later. So now i have to pay a bunch of money to get it fixed despite all the money I already spent at Aspen Los Lunas for them to fix the original issue. While they entice you with their low prices and deals don't be fooled by them bc now this is going to cost me double plus the headaches and bone destruction in my mouth. Now i have to see an endodontist and there's the possibility that I will need get my crowns replaced after a few years. I was only 26 when this was done so the crowns were supposed to last???? This is just ridiculous and infuriating that i received such poor care. read more

Great staff. They explain treatment in detail and answered all my questions. I was seen on time and treated very well.

It says they're temporarily closed, but they are back open. I wanted to get established with a dentist and it was quick and easy to get an initial exam appointment with Aspen. First appointment was just X-rays and scans and exam of my mouth, followed by one-on-one discussions with the hygienist and dentist about my care plan. The office manager then chatted with me about cost, what my insurance would cover, etc. and helped me schedule the follow up appointments I needed. I have some dental anxiety and everyone in the office was really understanding and nice about it. They answered my concerned questions with understanding and empathy. A big emphasis on the commitment to me being comfortable, taking breaks if I needed, etc. All of my appointments went well and I had a great experience. The staff was all really nice and knowledgeable, and I am planning to continue to go to Aspen for my future care. read more

I have to say that when this office was open, I had the best service of any dental practice I've been to. I asked if they could do some proactive preventative measures on my eroding molars.. "sure!" (Other dentists would never say anything, like rubbing their hands together for some prospective future high dollar crowns etc.). I had some old cosmetic work re done, and it was excellent. The billing manager got all the insurance lined out ahead of time, and it was the lowest out of pocket I've ever paid. Now, the region is short staffed, so I made my routine appointment in an ABQ office, but I hope they can get this one going again. It was clean with good people, space age equipment, and I think there are advantages to having a big corporate dentist interact with the big corporate insurance companies. The system seemed to be better. Let's hope little Los Lunas can have this big dentistry business re-establish here. read more

Kind staff but the financial is a joke. When I objected to paying 33% interest for care she threatened to throw me out and cancel any care through their practice. I won't be going back no matter how much I liked the dentist and hygienist. This office was on the list with my insurance but once I got in the office the story changed. read more

I had the best visit here, and I wasn't the one originally scheduled! They had an opening after my husband's visit and they let me know they could get me in as well. I experienced excellent and timely care, a thorough but quick exam, and was diagnosed right away and scheduled for work the very next day. I'm very excited to say I'll be coming back for follow up care. read more

Be wary of every cent they bill you for. They swindled me out of hundreds of dollars! After speaking with the office manager I noticed a pattern of word-games they played in order to get me to agree to sign my treatment plan. I went to them for a broken tooth and left feeling absolutely handled. They said it was going to be $12,000 because all my dental work had to come out and be redone. I went to another dentist and got my broken tooth fixed that day for $250. Here i am a month later and just realized aspen dental charged my carecredit card $4000. They did NOT fix my tooth and no exam costs 4k! RUN! These guys are crooks! read more

Hardly open, no phone answering or answering service. Made an emergency appointment and they were closed at appointment time and they couldn't not be reached. They called back to have me reschedule. They were very rude and seemed like they were trying to force another appointment. Aspen dental in Los Lunas is unprofessional, unorganized. They will never get a recommendation from me. In fact I encourage people to avoid Aspen dental. read more

I went to this location in Los Lunas because it is closer than running back and forth to Albuquerque. Not real impressed with the results of a full upper denture and partial lower. I did this with the idea that I would have to replace my existing set of same because that set in my mouth was completed in 2008. To shorten this I will state the people at this office are super, very personable and give you the feeling all is good. That written I ended up disappointed in the final results after a $2660.+ purchase because the new set this dental office supplied has less dental material than my 13 year old dentures. Keep in mind that price was supposedly discounted off of a $3133.00 asking price. Yes, I did ask why and was told you have a set you ask for and that the dentures have a 3 year warranty. This all took about 30 days and the day I was to pick up the set I had to pay the balance amount before ever taking delivery, ( I paid cash). I needed to ask to have adjustments made twice before they were close to acceptable. Tried to leave a review as ask by their site and when I issued a 3 star rating, the review closed, I haven't heard a word from them since.
