At one point a couple weeks before they did call and speak with me that they may have an opening a couple weeks sooner potentially and she would let me know if that opened. The front desk woman was going back and forth with me saying "oh yes you said this and the doctor was even by me when you canceled" " we have the call recorded and the doctor said he can send you the recording" please do send that conversation ..but honestly I'm not interested in arguing..and gladly will not be seen..but don't try to tell me I'm crazy like I would first of all cancel an appointment I waited 1 year for..and or not remember doing it! Very unprofessional and unapologetic...I would have been accepting of them saying there is a misunderstanding and we will have to figure out another date or something...but instead I was met with them being rude and blaming me! I did have to arrive 20mins early to fill out the forms and have them check my dental insurance for coverage. The staff were friendly and made me comfortable. They explained the procedures and treatment plan easily. I was even happy to see there were some appointments for Friday as that is my only week day off work.

I called to have a copy of an xray and after putting me on hold for several minutes, she hangs up on me. Not only did she not even have the decency or professionalism to call me back, but then she proceeded to ignore 8 calls over the span of an hour before they closed. My parents have tried numerous times in the past to make appointments and they literally never answer your phone. Even Jesus himself couldn't make them answer their phones. I am in medicine and have worked at a dentist office myself and I have never in my life heard of professionals messing up the most basic task. It's like going to a doctor's office and the doctor simply doesn't know how to get your blood pressure. It may not be his job, but he sure as hell should know how to do it. I was dealing with wisdom teeth pain for 2 months and simply thought it was a tooth pushing. Each night was a headache and hard to sleep or even eat. I registered online (great option by the way) scheduled an appointment for Thursday to get an exam/x-ray. Come to find out they needed to be pulled. They were so accommodating and Maria explained to me so well of what the options were and how things could go. They were even willing to extract them for me the same day but I wasn't prepared. I scheduled for Friday morning instead (next day). During my visit I got to meet some of the nicest people that clearly LOVE their profession. Everyone from the front to the procedure itself were excellent in making my nerves calm for this. I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Maria, Andrew, Sonia, Dr. Bhatti, and Amanda, for helping to guide me with patience and compassion for the situation I was in. You all made a nerve wrecking situation very pleasant and 3 days later I have 0 pain whatsoever (I've had 0 pain since the procedure at all which is outstanding). I looked at 4 other places before finally discovering this place and I'm glad I did.
