I've used this service for 3 years now and today was a new service tech. He did a fantastic job. He was pleasant and thorough. Loved his attention to detail.I will request him for the next appointment. The only reason I am not giving this company 5 stars is that they keep forgetting to schedule me for the requested 3 week of the month. My service is every 3 months. Last couple of times I've had to call to get schedule an appointment. They have, however been able to schedule at a time most convenient to me. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. Worst shady company ever. A fat kid named Preston show up in my house and said that they do a 50% off because they working my street on some house ( which was completely lies ). Couple days after two "brothers" show up - and said they the technicians. When I found out they the owners of this company. After they finish they job ( which was bad - lots of roaches show up the day after like they spread water instead of some chemicals look alike ). I offer to pay cash but they was insisting to get my credit card info, never received a receipt. The day after a lady from their office calling me and ask when should I do my next appointment. I ask her what she talking about, and she said that I agree on a contact that they need to do more 10 jobs or else I can cancel for 150$ cancellation fee. What?! Normally, Richard Salazar is our technician and he always provides outstanding service while offering knowledge for the extended services that our program includes while promoting the extended services the company offers - without being pushy. We had moved into a house that had a serious infestation. We can honestly report that after 6 months of working with 6Brothers we have seen 0 problems - we mean nothing! The ability to live in our home, with our family and friends being able to frequent - without concern, has made this a true win-win project. I love supporting small businesses. I booked an appointment and the night before I panicked because I forgot to ask about the safety of our pets with these chemicals. I sent a text at probably 7 PM not expecting a response that evening. They responded to my surprise, and when the gentleman came to spray, our house was cautious, yet very friendly with her puppy, and concerned for her welfare, with the chemicals, so told us to keep her away until what he sprayed had dried. On July 17th, we had our initial service with a huge cricket problem. After servicing, all I saw the next day were a bunch of cricket corpses and very few live ones. Day after and since, 0! I would do zero stars if I could. Showed up in my driveway one day would have sent them away but my husband is a sucker for door to door people. Signed up first service may 27th they charged me on the 25th before service huh? Called the office to let them know don't charge before you show up then found out we were on a 2 year contract monthly 44 dollars but quarterly service which makes it 132.00 for them to show up. I know that it was never mentioned since I don't know anyone that would pay that for a service. Then on top of it all they processed another charge two days later I called agin and they said they would apply to next month. They didn't give me a copy of the contract which the guy who was going door to door said I wouldn't be in a contract , but apparently yes there is and its a year contract. So the year was up this April and to my surprise I get a text stating they would be coming Monday June 29th. So I called and stated that I had called back in April and they told me my contract was up April 26th, they said it was but since I didn't use all the allowable sessions that I would have to pay $170 to cancel . But if I do the service this Monday and pay $75 than they would cancel my services for free . Horrible horrible company , I would not recommend them . And to top it off there treatments were hit and miss . We would still see bugs that they said would be taken care of .We had to put out Ant traps ourselves to take care of the problem.
