The only really difficult thing I had to do was say goodbye to the apartment and move out. I am extremely picky and so when we began to tour houses, Wesley's patience and eye for details really helped narrow down potential properties that would be a good fit for me and we also struck out a lot of bad ones. Wesley's experience shines during touring. My realtor, title company, and mortgage broker all complained to me about Ryan's lack of response, and the difficulty they had communicating with him. My first issue with Ryan arose early on when my agent and I showed up to meet with the building inspector for the standard contractor's report on the property - only to find the electricity turned off - and the breaker box locked. Thankfully my inspector was very resourceful and was able to get into the box, but had he not been able I would have been charged for his time and either an incomplete report, or pay him again to come back to finish the inspection. And that's how it started.... I'll spare you the rest of the details and incidents where I felt I was treated rudely and unprofessionally by Ryan Charlton and how the sale was delayed due to Ryan's apparent lack of attention for detail.
