We have had rodents and bed bugs issues in the building drag on and on because this guy doesn't know how to function. He didn't notice a bill for the building go up from $200 to $800 dollars and we lost $5k because of it, and how long he takes to send financial reports (less than once a year). His performance has gotten even worse after he got his cataract surgery. There comes a time when you need to recognize you're past your productive years, and that time came about 8 years ago for Andrew.

After move-in, we were a big stuck on what to do and how to get our home rented out. We connected with RentWise and they put us at ease. Everything moved so fast, from the moment we got off the call, things just started happened, photographers showed up and took professional pictures (after we had the place cleaned) and made a map layout of the property (got the files the that same evening). By the next morning, our home was already listed and advertised (i think it was 22 outlets that RentWise marketed the home to). Within 48 hours we had ~30 contacts. RentWise showed the home to 5 lovely couples/families that weekend and 3 qualified applicants for us to chose from a couple days after. All-in all, the process took a little over a week. I cannot believe how fast we got qualified applicants and a lease executed. They are worth every penny (it probably would've taken me a month) not to mention they got us 10% more than the top end of my expectation.
