Josue explained in detail what they would need to do to my car and I fully trusted him. Throughout the process, Yuri kept me up to date letting me know exactly what was happening and when it was happening. She even assisted with the insurance claim and assured me that they would take good care of me. Given the extent of the job, the turn around time was fairly quick in my opinion. They even gave my car a full detail before returning it back to me and I genuinely appreciated it given how my 2 toddler boys left the back seats. The body shop quotes all included repainting the roof, even though there wa teh smallest scratch or chip. Rick looked at the car, saw the minor paint ding, and rubbed it right off.
