i Would highly recommend going somewhere else. Tony was very unprofessional, did not communicate effectively and did not complete the agreed upon services after I paid $500 down. He promised 3 days to replace the front bumper, passenger side view mirror and driver sun visor. After 5 days and roughly $200 in Uber fares, i went back to his shop for my car that still wasn't ready. It took him and his employee an hour to put my new bumper on and he didn't have the fog light cover. He offered a $200 discount off the $1500 we agreed on then stuffs my keys in his pocket and calls the police when I refused to pay $1300 for a new bumper that still had a hole. He said he ordered the side view mirror but he couldn't find it. It was a disappointing and deceitful experience and I will not be going back for anything but my money. Tony/owner, at Best Auto Body and Paint was recommended to me by my sister who has had satisfactory work done by him and his company in the past. I brought my SUV in for two separate dents and several scratches. He quoted me a fair price, he said it would take five days, he promised it would look as close to brand new as he could make it; he was true to his word. I wouldn't say it looks factory perfect but dogone close to it. Tony also cleaned and de-calcified my head lamps for me at no additional cost. One negative was that his credit card machine was inoperable, (I wanted to earn points/ miles by using my CC) If you're looking for a fair price quality work, I can only share with you my own personal experience. The main guy Tony is a lying dishonest and unprofessional piece of crap. I was trying to get very minor bumper paint damage to be fixed which requires removal of the plastic bumper part and need to remove small piece of trim off the bumper. That idiot managed to put bumper cover the way he pinched electrical plugs cover between body and bumper cover so it gets crooked and impossible to get cover out In the process he left few clips off which l found on the ground next to my car, but said that he will put everything back when he's going to do final assembly, I was stupid enough to keep coming 4 times when we agreed on time when I should drop off my car, and every time he wasn't even in the shop, or lying in to my eyes that we didn't schedule it for today. Do you self a favor don't even consider that place, anyway his pricing roughly the same as other body shops in the area. You will spend a lot of money, your time, blood and nerves to get very questionable results if you lucky or quiet possible more problems with your car body and functions than you bring your business to this dumpster. If l could I will rate this place as -10 instead of 1 star. read more

(which was super important because we need the car to get to work daily) Only suggestion I would give to Tony is to be a little more consistent with the information that he gives to his customers. However when we saw our car again I almost cried (lol) it looks so beautiful & like new, better than it did before the accident! It is amazing that they are still in business! They lie to just about everyone, use bad parts and also lie about that. My car that was fixed a long time ago had to have a new trunk lid put on and NOW the paint on just that part is peeling. You can tell they used some old used part and painted it to almost match. I went to see Tony on a recommendation from a friend who owns an auto fab shop. He takes his own vehicles there and I had noticed the perfect repair and paint match/blend Tony had done on his wife's Tahoe. Tony had very reasonable rates and was friendly and professional. He repaired major body damage on my Ford F-250 and did a completely new color change paint job. Tony had me stop by when he had the truck bed off and painted, to make sure I was happy with the color I had chosen. It's hard to tell form a catalog. He removed and repaired all the body panels individually and did a proper paint job. Anywhere else it would have just been taped off and sprayed, but Tony did a 10k paint job for half the price.My truck now looks better then new. read more

There were two reviews for this place. Both not good. They must have been able to get rid of the posts. I will keep checking and will repost if necessary. I had by car done here. The price was right, but i wish I paid more and went somewhere else. They are very unprofessional. The car was not done when they said it would be. The window control was working when I dropped off the car but wasn't after I picked it up. I had to pay for a new one. Every time I went there, they would tell me either "it will be ready this afternoon" or "it will be ready tomorrow, for sure". After a QA, I found a couple of areas that were marred. They had to sand and spot paint. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

Like the other post the price is right up front than they claim they can't gets the parts from junk yard they substitute aftermarket with out approval by time I get to them to take care some place else he starts working on car it's in Piece's to late They slammed parts on car with wrinkled sheet metal painted it and calls me its all done i get there and it's still wet. Tony tells me the sun will straighten the cheep parts thy just have to set.
