They were patient and professional. Sal was gracious enough to accept the job of uninstalling my previous parts that were done by the dealership and replacing them by installing the new aftermarket parts, that is, the side skirts, spoiler, and front splitter. I went in and show them the damage on top of my roof (only needed paint touch up less than a dime) and they saying a bunch of bull**** and saying that they would need to repaint the whole entire side of the car and it would cost $1200-1600 (for a paint damage that's less than a dime? ridiculous) And then when I show them a crack on my front windshield (easily can be touched up with a replace kit which i did later) and they claimed that the damage was non repairable and that I would need to replace the whole front window. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE JUST LOOKING TO GET SCAMMED OR LOOKED DOWN ON. I'm even surprised that this place is still even running. Tyler) did a fantastic job not only communicating with me about the estimated time and cost, but also cleaning my car inside out! It looked brand new when I picked it up. I brought my F150 to Collision Tech and talked with Paul regarding my USAA insurance claim (I'm active duty military). He was very helpful, explained the progress, and did a walk-through on the vehicle to get an initial estimate. After a minor parking lot collision (hit and run), the truck had some scratches and a dent on the passenger side door and rear quarter panel. Paul advised me to fully correct the damage the claim was necessary, but that Collision Tech may be able to correct the paint at a significantly lower cost. I canceled the insurance claim with USAA and booked a follow-on appointment with Collison Tech. After meeting with Sal the following Monday, he got the truck in and out while I waited. The fix is unbelievable (see pictures) and you'd never know the truck ever had damage. I found Collision Tech through their outstanding Yelp reviews and now I know why. Not only did I save a ton of money, but the repair was perfect. I want to Thank Waseem and his team (Paul, Sal, etc) for a terrific repair of my 2013 BMW 528i. They made a frustrating situation about as seamless as possible. They dealt with the other party's insurance and kept me updated the entire time. Waseem explained how the "negotiations" work and how the insurance company will do their best to lowball at every corner. He said he would not let that happen and guaranteed my vehicle had the best parts possible for a quality repair. I got my vehicle back and the body work on my front fender/headlight was impeccable (like brand spanking new). There was one minor malfunction with the driver side door lock, so I brought my car back. You want to talk about customer service, Waseem not only fixed the lock but he polished the other headlight, so it looked brand new like the one repaired. He told me the repair would take roughly an hour so I asked him if there was a coffee shop nearby.
