Love love love how beautiful my car came out after being hit and having almost $3500 worth of damage done to her! You'd never know it now! My beloved Mustang looks as awesome as the day I bought her 35 years ago in 1989! Kudos to Tito and Carlos for their attention to detail and making her look SO wonderful again! They fixed a rusty spot (free of charge!) touched up the black finish on my bumpers PLUS she looks like I took her to a detail shop! She is clean as a whistle inside and out! Short story: do yourself a favor and go to a quality shop! I truly do not like giving 1 star reviews because I usually do a lot research... I wish I did more!! I took my old car to Apex a few years ago and had a good experience. I only take my car to the best places! Turns out, the shop was bought out a couple of years ago!! The old shop moved to El Cajon. The new owners made a small name adjustment (confusingly similar). I decided to give them a try based on the reviews on Yelp. BIG mistake!! The first red flag was when my front lip was not painted for over a week. The mgr, Ivan, claims he needed to paint match. While there's some truth in that, he should've contacted me. I'm sure it was a cover up since he already had the Factory code and forgot to paint it. Finally had the chance to take my car in and he matched the paint. A few days later I picked up the lip. I noticed a lot of paint chipping in the bottom but I didn't mind since it was the bottom. He made a remark about it should've came primered from the factory. That should be his job!! The paint did not feel like a 3 stage paint like it should be. I'm sure he just sprayed it without prep work. Paint started to chip around 2 months. There's no way a good paint job will chip that early! I'm guessing no prep work and no clear coat. He finally decided to repaint it but warned me it will chip again. My old lips painted at Carcoa never chipped! I don't know why I received such a poor job. I'm guessing because my small paint job was $150 and not thousands they could milk from the insurance company. I wasted a lot of time going back and forward for such a crappy job! Customer service is not there. He will never call to follow up. Please look else where! read more

My husband was in an accident two weeks ago, and my husband went online and looked Apex up and spoke to Ivan. After dealing with Ivan, I would highly recommend him for bodywork. Our car bumper and a few other pieces had to be replaced, not only did he do excellent work, but in a timely manner. We didn't have to pay for it, the other driver's insurance paid, but as hard as it was to give up our car, to a man we didn't know. After my husband had a rear end, messed up our car. And it only took a week to repair. The day we dropped it off, the parts were already ordered. And he was honest, kind, explained well. And made the car look brand new. It had a bumper bar to replace, a bumper, a piece inside the door, a scratch that was repainted. And all look brand new. Very nice guy, excellent work. Best Body shop in town.
