They texted me a couple days before to remind me to complete some consents and place a deposit for $50 consult which can be used towards treatment if we move forward after consult. Dr. Tariq presented as kind, warm, competent. I felt immediate trust in him to do my service. Yes it was painful, but that is expected. He used ice to numb the area for a short period of time before going in. Because the eyebrow area is so small, it is tolerable. I do want to say I have a high pain tolerance. To me beauty = pain. ;) I anticipated that I would need 6 sessions 6-8 weeks apart however Dr estimated 2-3 sessions 6 weeks apart. I am 6 days post treatment today and it's gotten so much lighter. I could probably stop here but I def want to have as much red removed as possible. Right after treatment, my whole tattoo appeared gone but shortly after the redness started and I was so swollen for 2 days. Used lots of ice and bought the $25 aloe treatment gel mixture they sell. It's been several years since I finished my laser hair removal treatments there and my results are holding pretty well. I had literally no hair growing back on my shoulder and back. I added more areas since then and all worked amazingly well. I also did 2 more rounds of Sculpsure for body sculpting and stubborn fat reduction in belly and flanks. As a background, I am pretty fit and just needed some additional toning and the Sculpsure was a perfect touch and greatly helped. I have continued with the scalp treatment for male pattern hair loss prevention and treatment. I am alternating PRP with hair growth stem cell factor to maximize my results and I can confidently say that the treatment was effective in stopping the thinning and stimulating some hair regrowth. As for new treatments, I started doing Botox for my frown lines and lines on forehead at Amoderm around 2 years ago and have done it 3-4 times so far. The results typically last a good 3-5 months for me and I appreciate how I am still able to have full facial expression with natural look and avoid looking frozen while having the lines and wrinkles erased. Same great experience as other treatments I have done at Amoderm and well worth the money. Highly recommend as before!

The front desk staff member, I believe her name was Lily, was not very welcoming during check-in. During checkout, the interaction also felt unprofessional and rushed. Normally, the staff takes the time to explain the checkout process and asks whether I would like to leave a tip for my nurse before completing payment, but this was not mentioned at all. I was left standing there unsure if everything was complete, and it honestly felt like I was being rushed out. I ended up having to call back afterward to make sure my nurse received a tip. During the call, I was surprised that no one asked for my name or even which nurse assisted me -- only how much I wanted to tip, while I didn't even know the exact service total at the time. That being said, I still genuinely like this place because everyone else I've interacted with over the years has always been kind, professional, and wonderful. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the customer experience moving forward.
